There was a time I contacted binance customer support to ask if I could get a new wallet address. The person in charge was asking me several questions to know why I needed one and after providing them with all the answer they needed my request was still denied.
Sometimes to provide security and better service, Binance also announces the retirement of some addresses and gives the opportunity to retrieve new addresses, but this is possible only when there is a direct announcement from Binance Exchange.
A few days ago I received a notice to retrieve all Ethereum based wallets.
I don't know if it's possible but have you tried deleting your account from Binance and register another one? I know it's not possible to use same document to complete KYC on Binance but I suspect that if you delete your previous account and then proceed to creating a new account could solve this problem. I haven't tried it yet though.
I also got such a suggestion from a friend of mine but the issue seems complicated to me and since it is a centralized exchange, what if it is considered an illegal activity and freezes the funds. So I think exchangers like Kraken can be used without going through such a complicated process.
