The reasone some traders continue to fail is even beyond emotion, it is just greediness, they like high leverage, they continue to use high leverage and they continue to lose, spend more time on the screen and trading become a problem for them.

Not only the newbies are losing, some people that have been trading for awhile too may continue to lose more than gain, trading is simple to learn but not simple to make money with it. Well, that's why they are called "newbie" for a reason, meaning obviously they don't have enough experience yet, and also we should expect more losses especially if they are just newbies. Experience is earned in a very long time process, and not all of the experience will teach you something valuable in return, but sometimes it depends on how you will take those experience, as your teacher or discourager.

Controlling your emotions will be hard, especially if you have a very high pride and big ego. For me the easiest way to control your emotions is when you can easily accept the result, move on, and learn from every mistakes you've made.

Having an experience is one characteristic of a successful trader, Even successful traders has their own experience having uncontrollable emotions that lead them into losing couple of their trades. In reality, it's your maturity that can play a big role in this one. You will never be able to control your emotions because that is really an internal part of yours and when it comes to the money market, it's always at its peak level mate. Have you ever traded for real and seen how the heart pumps when you see red candles? In a similar way how excited one gets when it's going for a green candle?

Well it could also be our best friend if you know what you're doing. Emotion is always going to be part of us as traders and the only thing we can control from our emotion is our reaction and when it comes to trading, we know that panic selling is one of the common reactions by some random investors especially newbies in the market.
