It depends on the level of discipline and emotional maturity. I have this notion that any body who is passionate about anything can do such thing no matter how risky or complicated it is.

What really matter is patience, consistency, dedication and willingness to learn and keep learning. Remember every pro trader was once a newbie. If they didn't make up their minds to take the risk they would still have remained where they were before they started trading. So for me be it trading or investment both have their risk but it takes great understanding about how each of them work to limit they risk associated.

Trading is not a good "investment" for newbies to be honest, unless you're gonna do spot trading, like buy low and sell high, of course you have to do some research as well to avoid buying shitcoins that will just make you cry when it got dump by its dev. But in the end, it still depends on your choices, if I were you I'll just buy Bitcoin and hodl it 'till new All Time High comes again.

My advice and personal experience in investing and trading, maybe it can motivate you.
First: investment, you must really use investment money with cold money, meaning: the money you invest in crypto, is really money that is saved, not taken anymore, that money has a certain period.
Second: crypto trading there are several methods such as margin, futures, spot etc.
Bottom line: you really have to have patience and the right calculations, including the trading knowledge that you have, learn, ask, spread is the basic capital in trading crypto, to prevent real losses. And one more thing, advice from the closest experienced person, is important.

It is highly recommended for every individual to invest, especially investing with bitcoin because bitcoin has the possibility of providing large returns in the future, you decide you want to trade but before that you need to know that trading with Crypto has a high level of risk because the price movement market is very volatile especially If the trading you choose is day trading, then it is very necessary for anyone to learn how to trade properly in advance so as not to experience losses when later facing aggressive market movements.

I agree that it is highly recommended, but I also would like to suggest people to first take a step back and check what they are doing. Because otherwise they are not going to end up with a good return, and that will be a big trouble when the time comes.

I just think that without good plan trading is kinda hard. I mean trading has to be really complex because there will be a lot of things to prepare instead of just a budget. Mental readiness, knowledge and ability to understand the market are things that will support someone to make profit. Without all of them, trading is just gambling and profit is only expected because of the luck caused by price volatility.
