what will happen if done, works fine ?

and does number of transaction per sec stays constant ? like bitcoin 7transaction per second.
how do we calculate TPS ?

you can place ANY data in the blocks, ever since ordinals was made. But it's not particularly recommended dot do so around here as it's frowned upon.
