One would hope any campaign wouldn't skimp on the fees, but when they're sky-high it'd be smart on the project's part to not go overboard.  That kind of reminds me of all those internet startups in the late 90s and early 00s that burned through capital as fast as they got it--and on unnecessary stuff, too.

I don't see in OP rules that someone have to pay if they want to leave this campaign and don't sign for some other campaign from competition manager.

Considering how much Mixtum is spending on this campaign, I really don't think $25 is a lot to cover transaction costs.  

I am not in this campaign, but since I am in another campaign of yours and I have full confidence in you (you already hold the funds in advance, right?), I could also imagine that the rewards will only be sent every two weeks if there are extremely high transaction costs > 30-40 sat in the current week.

It doesn't have to be that you pay so much unnecessarily, so that would be my suggestion...
