Hi, does anyone have any past experience with histakes.io?

I had recently deposited and won on their sportsbook. They then decided to close down their sportsbook and leave only the caisno open. Since i dont play the casino i went to withdraw
Sent in all my documents that say verifies on their site.

they gave me 1 withdraw of $200 but the rest of the withdraw ($8000) was rolledback
next day I went to withdraw again, and it has been pending for 5 days now.

I know a lot of casinos are not scams, but I know of some friends who have ran into bad experiences with crypto casinos so naturally i am worried about my funds

and to answer why I am not using a casino that is on the forum: I use some, and I am limited on some. Also not all the casinos (sportsbooks) have the markets and leagues I am looking for.

I have never heard of that casino but before you decide to deposit your money on any casino, you should do some research first, otherwise you might very well be caught in the scam trap and probably will never see your hard earned money again. Does histakes have a legitimate license? Have there been any complaints online - you can search on google and on their social media's. Do you have the real web address or perhaps did you get lured unto a phishing site? You can find many red flags if there is anything shady going on with that casino.  I am not trying to say that histakes is shady or anything and by no means do I wish to alarm you.

After googling the words "Histakes.io" and "scam", the first result is on Trustpilot and I can already find several scam accusations. And only 11 reviews...   Best to stick to casinos that have been vetted by the Bitcointalk community in the future.

Also, if it turns out that they are scammers, you should probably make sure the government identity documents you gave them are flagged as stolen. Otherwise you might find out that you have been the victim of identity theft. And that can become very serious (especially if somebody takes out a loan in your name). One of the reasons I abhor KYC.

 But I guess it would be better to show your proofs and conversation with the gambling site in this post for it to have further attention and to give it a bigger chance for your fund to be withdrawn. It is sad that your concern is pending already for 5 days, try following it up more but if it would cross a month, I guess it would be time to accept things unless you have something to come after them perhaps site's registration, but if not, this will just be a learned lesson. What's unfortunate as well, are gambling sites being not responsive on such issues. As OP have mentioned they have closed the sportsbook and left casino alone, which could even be a sign of bankruptcy? and if not they should atleast compensate their players whose funds got stucked.

have you asked their support as to why the $8000 was rolled back? Have they given you the reason why the withdrawal is still pending after 5 days? Have you had any type of conversations through chat or email regarding the issue? if you have you might want to take a screenshot and post it as evidence.

upon checking their website it seems that they didn't actually remove their sportsbook, they just remove the link. if you search "histakes.io/en/sports" you will be directed to it. I'm making an assumption here based on your post, judging from their action I have a feeling that they either don't want to pay you your winnings or they don't enough funds to pay you, either way, their actions are clearly shady.

First time to hear of this casino and this is the usual thing they do for those gamblers that try to withdraw with such amounts. They've got a lot of reviews as per google search but I wouldn't bite with all of them since there's an experience from yours telling that they are delaying withdrawals even after the compliance you've made with complete papers and process through their kyc.

As OP have mentioned they have closed the sportsbook and left casino alone, which could even be a sign of bankruptcy? and if not they should atleast compensate their players whose funds got stucked.

I have not used that casino, but man, there are some reputable casinos in this forum to use. Anyway, I'm sorry, because the whole thing smells like a scam. I will urge you to either check if they have any customer support services and contact them, or get their email and send in complaints. No, I haven't heard this casino before, so most likely everyone here hasn't had that experience playing at that platform because majority here chooses to gamble to casinos that has build their reputation here. Not saying that they have a bad reputation, but we don't like to take risk and then face issues later when we win and then we can't withdraw our money.

As @Dr.Bitcoin_Strange, the best thing to do is to make some noises on their social media account to get their attention so that the support or even the owner themselves will see your issue and maybe they will respond to you in timely manner. Just be ready though to prepare your accounts or even KYC if they are going to asked you to send to them before they will allow you to withdraw (it could have been in their ToS).

I only noticed in the negative reviews of histakes.io when the positive ones said that someone who posted on their platform was quick
to reply to it.

      But when there was an issue that one of their users posted on the platform, I didn't even see a replay from histakes.io to deal with the problem their clients faced on their platform. This is where you can see that this casino's intentions are not good. That's why it's still really good to know well before entering money to gamble.

Indeed as looks like similar cases with Him is happened some time ago and seems that he is luckier than others because the site let him withdraw at least 200 dollars before blocking(at least it will happen in the next 5 days like what they promised him to wait)  , But kidding aside , trust pilot results/reviews shows that there are shill reviews to boost the site but the big cases seemingly legit claims.

Ya im not spamming a casino for no good reason lol...I gamble a lot, and am pretty honest with anything. I bet on sports for a living, am not cheating the casino, KYC with every casino, try to follow rules to as best as my knowledge.

You should know better before registering on such an unknown site. I don't know when you faced this situation. I have never heard of this site or maybe I missed it, but cases like this usually happen often, if indeed this casino is active on this forum please contact them on their thread but if they have never been active on this forum you can contact their support on their site , we can't be of much help in your case especially if having experience on the site seems impossible, usually we only play casinos that have a good reputation on this forum and also casinos that are active other than that never touch it. try to contact them again

I was wondering what happened for them to have shutdown their sport bet section without making full payment to players. It should not have been so. Something must have prompted that decision from their end and from the looks, if I am not mistaken, things of this nature points to financial challenges which an organization is facing hence their actions. I must say this there is likely a tendency that they might shutdown entirely if care is not taken.

Yes, it is funny to see the chat.
After your account is fully verified, the casino should not have any doubts about you and should send the money to you.
But unfortunately, they delayed it and said that is because of a high volume of withdrawals.
It does not make sense because they should process your withdrawal.
After all, you already passed their rules and verified as they want.
But I also see that you say the casino is new, so I guess you know the risk.
The lesson here does not use too big of funds to bet because I see you deposited $600 and for a new person in the casino, that is an alarm for them to check your account.
Even if you win a lot, they must check your account.
I hope you will get your money without any delays.

I don't really think they would care much if they are scammers. Only a legit casino or any service provider would care for their reputation to be questioned or losing any genuine players without any reason. No I wont be using Histakes as they have removed their sportsbook, I only bet on sports.
I have been limited from Stake.com for winning too much i guess.
Betcoin.ag actually accused me of cheating after I made a withdraw and said that they think I am part of some "betting syndicate" and that I am not the actual person placing the bets. So they paid me (because they couldn't provide proof) and closed my account.

If histake had an ANN on this forum, things would have been different altogether. First of all, no one would have said that they hear the name of this casino for the first time because everyone would have know about the casino. Secondly, if the casino were honest, people would have blamed the OP that it must have been OP mistake that he is having trouble at the casino while rest of the gamblers having no issues. It can still be part of their rule when they saw some accounts that is suspicious. If there are no problems and it's written in the rule that KYC can increase limits, all withdraws shall be processed instantly after the gambler completed the KYC. Another reason why they delay the withdrawals is like you said because of the high volume of withdrawals going on in the site.

If histake had an ANN on this forum, things would have been different altogether. First of all, no one would have said that they hear the name of this casino for the first time because everyone would have know about the casino. Secondly, if the casino were honest, people would have blamed the OP that it must have been OP mistake that he is having trouble at the casino while rest of the gamblers having no issues. Also in case, it was already known as a scam casino, people would have told OP why he played at that casino when it was a known scam site.

But now, since we do not know about the histake casino, we cannot give the right verdict as to whether it is a fault at the part of the player or the casino really scammed him  

We can only take the word of the OP and assume that most likely the delay on his payment happened because as he states he is a gambler which has been limited or his account has been terminated at other casinos because he is a profitable gambler, and in that case it makes sense for a casino to have reservations against those kind of players as they can represent some major financial losses for them, but the most important part is that despite the delay the OP finally got paid.

Yes, the most important thing is that ops got a refund of his deposit from the casino but then some people are not satisfied with just getting a refund of the deposits from casinos they have issues with especially if the player already played and won some money and the casino take the winning and return the deposits.
