It doesn't sound like we have heard of this casino before. It doesn't have an ANN thread here. Histake is up for a year but wasn't posting anything to the biggest crypto community, that's unusual. OP could just be spamming this casino.

The casino though isn't saying anything about KYC. If OP withdraws the $8000 balance without sending KYC, it would be cool to see a screenshot.

Not sure if he is only spamming the casino because last year he also had a case against one of the biggest casino that had advertisement here in which Rollbit
 resolved case against rollbit  meaning he is not just someone that bumping casino out there but actually have some proofs.
anyway lets use this thread as warning for those who might try playing in that said casino.

Ya im not spamming a casino for no good reason lol...I gamble a lot, and am pretty honest with anything. I bet on sports for a living, am not cheating the casino, KYC with every casino, try to follow rules to as best as my knowledge.

Never heard such a casino site before. But from your statement it seems initially that they will not refund your funds. Scamming possibility is really high in this regard. You should know better before registering on such an unknown site. I don't know when you faced this situation. I have never heard of this site or maybe I missed it, but cases like this usually happen often, if indeed this casino is active on this forum please contact them on their thread but if they have never been active on this forum you can contact their support on their site , we can't be of much help in your case especially if having experience on the site seems impossible, usually we only play casinos that have a good reputation on this forum and also casinos that are active other than that never touch it. try to contact them again

Just heard of histake.io casino, but after researching more the casino turned out to be a scam and has already conned several people.
But I want to ask Op, did you not do your research before placing a bet at the casino?

Yes I use a bunch of casinos on here, but I am a profitable sports bettor and unfortunately get limited within a week. Also not a lot of the casinos here offer some leagues and markets i like to bet on

I was wondering what happened for them to have shutdown their sport bet section without making full payment to players. It should not have been so. Something must have prompted that decision from their end and from the looks, if I am not mistaken, things of this nature points to financial challenges which an organization is facing hence their actions. I must say this there is likely a tendency that they might shutdown entirely if care is not taken.

I checked and I do not think their presence is registered here as they are not popular in terms of recognition as a casino and from what I am seeing based on the replies to this thread there are some members who knows about this casino and are registered members there I think OP should join force with them to get back what belongs to them.

Yes, it is funny to see the chat.
After your account is fully verified, the casino should not have any doubts about you and should send the money to you.
But unfortunately, they delayed it and said that is because of a high volume of withdrawals.
It does not make sense because they should process your withdrawal.
After all, you already passed their rules and verified as they want.
But I also see that you say the casino is new, so I guess you know the risk.
The lesson here does not use too big of funds to bet because I see you deposited $600 and for a new person in the casino, that is an alarm for them to check your account.
Even if you win a lot, they must check your account.
I hope you will get your money without any delays.

Have you read their terms and conditions before depositing and betting with them? Because some times, casinos have some rules that if you don't abide by, they will not let you withdraw any large amount. If you have read them and you are confident that you didn't go against any of the rules and they are still not releasing your withdrawal, then that is a matter of concern for you.

What did the support say about it? I can't find any information posted by you regarding that. You should have used a more reputable casino like Stake even if you like sports betting. Did you choose them for some bonus or anything?
