if, yes then in what condition it's possible. ?
and anyone mined a block by low hashrate?

It is possible if you are very lucky. A Solo BTC Miner Validated a Block With Just 10 TH/s Hashrate A solo Bitcoin Miner won the race of adding a block on the Bitcoin blockchain with an average hashing power of just 10 TH/s(terahashes per second). As per reports, this miner won the race to add block 772,793 on the Bitcoin blockchain with a much smaller hashrate than other miners and institutional miners. https://www.thecoinrepublic.com/2023/01/23/a-solo-btc-miner-validated-a-block-with-just-10-th-s-hashrate/

I don't think that you can still mine a block with GPU it would take years before it can find a block and mine it and if you are bad luck it may also turn into orphaned.
There is much news before I think last year on solo ckpool someone mined a block with a low hashrate USB miner I guess. So you still have a chance to mine a block with low hashrate but not on GPU because it can eat much power compared to ASIC-based miners. Just take note the lower the hashrate the lower the chance that you can find and mine a block.

is it possible to mine a block with hashrate lower then mining pools(or which have very high hashrate with lot of gpu) Mining with a lot of GPUs? Ever tried to stake/bet on an outcome with very high odds (highly unlikely to happen)? There is a likelihood that you will bet all your gambling life and never make that single high odd win. The same applies to solo mining bitcoin, There is a super slim chance that you will never mine a block as a solo miner, worse still if you are using GPUs. You may just burn all the money in power, maintenance and hardware with no result.

In this case, possible to mine a block with a hashrate lower than mining pools. But, always important to understand that chances of successfully mining a block would be significantly lower in comparison to those with higher hashrates.
I mean, it's all about probability and luck, right?
In certain conditions, like if the mining difficulty decreases or if you have an extended period of time to mine, it might be possible for someone with a lower hashrate to mine a block. However, I must emphasize that the likelihood of this happening is quite low.
As for anyone who's mined a block with a low hashrate, I'm sure there are instances of this happening, but it's probably not very common.
I suggest you keeping in mind that the world of cryptocurrency mining is quite competitive, and those with higher hashrates and more powerful equipment generally have an advantage over those with lower hashrates.

The probability that this will happen to me is 0%. This happens very rarely with other miners, but you should not hope for this. How can you compare a miner who has thousands of asics and a miner who has one or two old asics? On coins for mining on video cards with a small hashrate, you can catch a block in solo if there are few miners, but this will not bring profit either, because mining on a pool can give no less profit.

The probability that this will happen to me is 0%.
I usually don't correct opinions on the internet, but I can't help myself when it comes to numbers, saying the probability is 0% is wrong, even if you mine with a pen and paper your chances will be >0%. How can you compare a miner who has thousands of asics and a miner who has one or two old asics?
You can't, but someone managed to hit a block with a USB miner with no more than 2TH, this is as random as it gets. One thing you need to understand is that every block hit happens from 1 single device, actually, not even the whole device, it's a single chip out of a dozen on one of the hashboards inside that miner that would hit a block, if we talk "chances" then that's a different topic, but keeping it general and asking "Is it possible to hit a block with a very low hashrate", the answer is and will always be a "YES".

Don't dream about it OP, there are many dreamers out there that want to solve a Bitcoin block with very low hashrate, the last time I visited China there are some people still mining Bitcoin with USB stick hoping and praying that they solve a block one day, the truth is many people are also trying their luck as we speak, and the chances of getting lucky are almost zero, even if someone has to luckily solve a block, it might not be you.
Don't embark on this journey because it could waste your time, get a proper EH hashing power and try your luck, the higher your hashrate the higher your chances of mining a block for yourself.

It is possible if you are very lucky.
True
you need dozen tons of luck tho if you are using an old chip get single "accepted" transaction in prompt would be hard. If you want to test lucky that is totally fine but I do recommend if you have money to buy new machine that more efficient and at least give you money back in return if you dont have the money right now just do DCA bitcoin price right now and the price is really tempting too at this point

I can. It's a matter of luck, but of course that the chances are inifitely small. That's why it is called Lotery minning. I'm running an ESP32 chip as a miner. I'm mining at around 11kH/s. It was just for the fun, of course, I'm not expect to ever mine any block!

While mining with any kind of hashrate gives you a chance to solve a block, doing so with anything but ASIC (USB sticks and higher) is just a terrible way of doing thins, for one, the power consumption on something like a GPU is going to be higher by a few orders of magnitudes when comparing wat per hash, the second reason would be not knowing if your miner is actually working. When solo mining to a pool there will be a minimum difficulty target at which you need to submit shares at to get pool status so you know your miner is up and running without any issues (viewing that locally alone could be misleading), mining with something like 11kH/s means you won't even know if your gear is online, it will take you a while just to get a share above pool difficulty so let alone network difficulty. I am not against doing that for the sole purpose of learning, but treating it as a lottery ticket will require an ASIC of some kind, and to those who think well, mining with a 1TB USB stick still has almost no chance, ya that's true, but mining with a CPU or a GPU is worse by A LOT, with the 1TB it's like hunting a rabbit at 12AM in the middle of the woods, with a GPU/CPU it becomes like trying to get a headshot on a mosquito that lives in the next country.

A lot also depends on the speed of the pool so that it is the first to transfer your result. 11kH/s is very very very low today for bitcoin mining and the chances that the equipment will break earlier are very high.

Congratulations to miner bc1q0ftg0p7ljsj3m32e22ned92536gr5tafctr7mp who solved the 274th solo block at http://solo.ckpool.org with approximately 750TH https://explorer.btc.com/btc/block/790958https://twitter.com/ckpooldev/status/1660799764332519425?According to BTC.com, the user received a reward of 6.25 BTC and a commission of 0.24 BTC for a total of $177,115 at the exchange rate at the time of writing. This is already block 247 within CKPool. According to Kolivas, on average, this equipment capacity allows mining a block once every 9 years, given the current complexity.

Precisely. Very tiny chance, but it is there! When all things get aligned (the comets and the stars and all cosmos :p), these things happen! In my opinion, every new house built, should include a miner and in case the owner wants, it could be connected and mining to the owner! This could also be a way of keeping hashrate a bit more decentralised.

Then you need to use at least 3 Antminer S19 XP Hyd (255Th) asics, and pay for their electricity consumption of 16 kilowatts per hour. Such ASICs cost from $6,000 to $8,000 and you will also need a water cooling system. Or buy analogues of MicroBT Whatsminer M33S ++, but then the electricity consumption will be 22 kilowatts per hour.

You will get old trying to solve a Bitcoin block using a very low hash rate, it's not worth it, if someone I know plans to do solo mining I will advice them to use a higher hash rate, even with higher hash rate the chances are still low and you are talking about using a low hash rate? That's going to take like forever to solve a single block, those who got a block solved using low hash rate are lucky and that's like 1 out of thousands of Bitcoin miners using low hash rate on solo mining, it's not worth it.

How do you think this miner got the block? Did he do experiments on old ASICs that returned investments, or was he purposefully ready to take risks and pay for electricity for a long time? I also think that this miner is very lucky, but there are many such dreamers among experienced miners, so they mine bitcoin with a small hashrate.

So your saying dreams cannot become true? It does mate! So let people keep dreaming to solve a block with a lower hashrate.
