Like me, there is no problem if I pass KYC on a casino platform here in the crypto gambling business as long as you know yourself that you follow the dos and don'ts of their gambling.

That's because many gamblers underestimate ToS and think all casinos have the same ToS even though the rules are different.

With fiat credit/debit card deposits, you should be able to report it to your bank and reverse the transaction, that's one advantage of fiat over crypto deposits.

If a casino have license then they are required to follow the rules which is to ask their gamblers to complete KYC to avoid using their casino in illegal activities like money laundering and fraudulent activities. I think the same should be the case with the KYC issue as you are preferring. If a gambler gets approved after submitting KYC first then there will be no doubt. Gambler will deposit and withdraw from the platform without any fear of his account. Most of the time it is seen that many gambler gamble without completing the KYC and he is always in a panic and tries to withdraw if his amount increases a bit. If a casino makes KYC mandatory then it should be forced to do KYC after registration.
