But if a gambler relies on gambling in any way, for sure he expects KYC rules in a casino here in cryptocurrency, even if he doesn't always win gambling, he is sure to be ready for KYC that will be needed just in case he wins. in gambling.
That's what might sometimes be annoying at the casino that they will ask us at any time to complete KYC for that it's very necessary to prepare it even though they don't ask for it at first, after all the average licensed casino will definitely implement it so being prepared is a good way because we can ignore it by filling in fake information data so that when they ask for documents but they are not the same as the identity we have written it will make things even more complicated.

I always fill in complete information data because I know that at any time they may ask me to provide my identity card and I make sure the information that I have filled in is the same as the identity because it would be inconvenient if there were differences and would certainly make things a hassle. but if you want to avoid KYC, you should just use a KYC-free gambling platform, even though it doesn't guarantee safety compared to gambling platforms with KYC.
Considering how regulatory pressure is increasing all around, we shouldn't be annoyed about completing KYC verification knowing it is for our own benefit even though it is generally for the authorities to check if we are involved in money laundering or not but if we don't comply with it, it simply means that we are not clean and that could get us banned in all the platforms if they have a way to flag certain users globally, so we don't really have much of a choice.

And one should definitely not make the mistake of using wrong information for their account because once they are caught lying and if they have money in their account, they can possibly confiscate the funds since you will be flagged for not being honest and might not get your money back.

Yes, KYC is no longer a significant concern and has become a standard feature of online casinos. It's standard practice, and if you're a well-known casino, it's expected. Unless he or she is part of a syndicate, no clean owner would utilize their sites to become accomplices in money laundering or other illegal operations.

~snip~
Personally, one thing I've discovered on my own is that no matter how a gambler claims to gamble for fun, there will still be times when he or she will be hungry for winnings, we all are humans with lots of needs, and to meet some of those needs, we need money, and if gambling offers the opportunity to make that money, then who wouldn't be interested?

I have always been an advocate of gambling solely for fun, cus with that mentality, we can gamble really with peace of mind regardless whether we win or not, but sometimes, it is just nice to stop beating about the bush and face reality, no body truly enjoys losing money, if it was so, casinos wouldn't have build their system in such a way that the gamblers are the ones on the losing side in the long term, but all the same, it all boils down to never allow the outcome of a gambling session decide your happiness or sadness - this is what i call discipline.
At least, we have to apply it to ourselves to avoid gambling addiction because it can harm our lives. And we also have to be able to find casinos that are truly trusted so we don't experience any problems. Yes, in choosing a casino, we must be careful because with so many casinos being launched, we can be tempted by offers from scam casinos, so we experience fraud.

And when we can get pleasure from gambling at a trusted casino, we also have not to exceed the limit because that is the start of all the problems that happen to many gamblers. And if we see that the casino is changing slowly and not by what we knew when we first signed up, perhaps we need to move to another casino. Especially if there are already some problems that the casino hasn't been able to solve, it might be a sign that the casino will turn into a scam casino, even though that's not always the case.

Taking into account that things are so difficult that can happen when complaints are made in a casino in a specific government instance, it is very difficult for that to prosper, also what it says is the whole truth, if in its policies of terms and conditions it does not say that when there is that large amount of money it has to be considered as a scam, then it is important or really mandatory to read the terms and conditions before registering in a casino.

I think almost all casinos are asking for KYC for whatever, at least there are a few that require it in the beginning, but they should do it at the time of deposit, i.e. don't make any deposit until KYC is met.

Most of the time it bothers us as players to do this, of course all of this is sometimes not even the casino's fault, it's the governments that make things that way, because it's the only way that licenses can be obtained, so when a casino comes out that doesn't have licenses, you can't trust that casino either, things sometimes get complicated, as I've said many times, government ens make people like us have to leave our data, and even in some countries those who operate with Crypto must pay taxes, which that I will never agree, it is up to the players to decide.
If what we are telling are just pure facts, why we are going to be scared? We may lost the battle but at least we let others know about the shady things that some casinos are hiding. It can made people to avoid playing on them which can be the cause of their collapse later on, which is a good thing for us.

You don't seem to get the point of the guy above. He said if we read the TOS already but there are terms there that at are not written and suddenly the casino implements them without any advanced notice. I think that is a scammy behavior. Not all unlicensed casinos are a scam. People are used to them already ever since. A true crypto/decentralized platform doesn't need it anyway.

Or a casino could give a very beneficial interpretation to their rules and allow themselves to do things that are not on the TOS, change the rules after you gambled there and asked for a withdrawal and then try to implement those new rules to you when you won and asked for a withdrawal before those rules went into effect and so on.

Which is why when selecting a casino the most important characteristic it should have is a clean reputation, and if it does not then regardless of any other positive characteristics the casino may have we must not play there.

The most important thing to do to start gambling is to ask for advice from the community, this forum will be even better, because as a beginner, of course, you have to look for a casino that has a good reputation on this forum, considering that there are also many fraudulent casinos on this forum, so beginners should not hesitate to ask, that's the importance of playing with a clean and trusted casino on this forum.

I think that's what must be done for novice gamblers to find out about the casino before playing because if you still try to play without asking, it will definitely be wrong to go to a fraudulent site and this must be avoided because that way you can reduce the number of fraud cases that occur on this forum from gambling itself.

Yess you are right that mate and The most known tricks for those scam casinos are they are offering small amount of bets and then you have a chance to win big amounts without asking anything, then after you won then they will have new rules which is what you said above once a gambler want to withdraw his/her winning then the casino make a thing that a gambler can not make his withdrawal. Or worst they will abandon the request from the gambler that he want to withdraw.

It's best if they find a casino like that, they should immediately move their funds to another casino that is better than the casino. It's for their own good because by changing the TOS without notification to its members, the casino seems to trap its members into following the rules while the casino easily changes the rules according to their wishes. That is not good for gamblers who often play gambling at the casino because they can get into trouble later.

And we have to choose a trusted casino that can provide a sense of security, comfort and calm so that we can play gambling without experiencing any problems. And we are fortunate to have many trusted casinos through this forum. And it's up to us to choose the casinos.

Of course I understand the point, what happens is that I say that it is just as an example, sometimes I have seen some players who think that the casino because it complies with the licenses, because they ask for KYC, I risk scams, and it is not like that, honestly nothing It is safe, not even in the best casino of all, why can they suffer from attacks, and if the casino does not have the capacity to respond to the money that the players have? It is difficult, but in general terms they are very isolated cases, however they must be taken into consideration.

Now, when we read the Tos in every casino, we are shielding ourselves from all misunderstanding, and everything changes if we accept the things that are not being proposed there , it is something that we must assume, that is why this is so important.

The casinos that are considered scams can be many, and everything changes when we as players try to withdraw our money from there and they don't let us, either due to internal problems, or they say that the withdrawals are Manual , those things are what They affect us because what we want is that if we enter a casino , play , and win , we must and have to be able to withdraw our money without any type of obstacle, it is normal, natural and what we have been used to, This is simply one of the typical cases where we quickly realize that it could be an imminent scam alert. Of course, before saying that a casino is a scam , we must argue things well so that there is no type of Misunderstanding. 'Because it is also our reputation that is at stake if we make an accusation of fraud and it is poorly established or worse , if we make it and it does not have adequate support.

Most of the time when a casino is a scam and they do not want to pay they will argue that you violated their TOS in some way or form, and while you could be completely sure this was not the case they will never budge, as doing so will mean they are basically admitting they tried to scam you and now they are backtracking.

However while common sense should dictate that a casino like that will not last long, we have at least one example of a casino which has been scamming their customers for years and the casino still find ways to gain new customers somehow.

And that is a sad reality. Most people are not yet aware of these scams yet. They still fall for some sort of marketing gimmicks along with the online casino's bonuses that are often too obvious to be a scam but people still does catch those. Casino's like giving a bonus such as added hit rate when they deposit $100 dollars. Or just as mentioned b the OP, the casino's purposefully give you difficulty on withdrawing your funds until you gave up asking for it. Some closes some do not. Most reopens just with another name.

Some closes some do not. Most reopens just with another name.

recently there was a very old and reputable casino here on the forum that became a scam, it took many days for people to accept that the casino had become a scam, as the casino had been operating for years and did not have many serious problems although it had some accusations in the past so people trusted this casino, until the casino went into maintenance mode, the casino representative in this forum did not communicate anything, he just remained silent until the days went by and by, and of course people were still optimistic that the casino will come back, it was just maintenance

then the representative says that there is a problem that he is solving but that it will come back soon, fact is that the casino disappeared with people's money, unbelievable but it happened and it is assumed that they have another casino, even though I have not seen any proof of this, me I dare say that these guys don't have just one casino, they have many casinos, and a network of scammers, so when one casino disappears the other casino remains functioning normally and they keep more and more profits with this scheme

looking at this casino's scam case it reminded me of the years 2013 when ptc (paid to click) sites were very popular and many scammers were creating many ptc sites and all the time paypal had to resolve disputes with the ptc sites vs yours dissatisfied customers until paypal stopped supporting ptc sites, in the case of casinos they are free because they accept cryptocurrencies as a payment method, so it is easier for a scammer there are many casinos

Such methods usually occur in shady casinos, small casinos or casinos that are new but cannot have enough income to cover the whole budget so decide to cheat by scamming the gamblers.
Actually, if every gambler is not easy interested with fake promotions and only plays at big and trusted casinos, of course they can avoid casino scams, but most gamblers want to find new experiences and move around casinos or be tempted by some profitable bonus promotions, so it's easy to get caught in in a scam casino.

Every gambler's expertise and experience must be honed so that they can easily determine a reputable and trusted casino.
Unfortunately, when faced with a promotional bonus, most gamblers forget about the risks that could occur.

So unfortunate turn of events. I'm guessing their number of clients have declined most probably? or are there numerous accusations and issues they're facing, that they can't afford to focus their time into it. A scam casino is always going to be a scam casino eventually, because that is the original plan regardless if it looks like it's legitimate and paying at the first few months of it's operation. So, that casino you're referring to has always been a scam. Legitimate casinos don't just run away, they resolve problems otherwise they will offer reimbursements or refunds when they are facing financial challenges or if the system is compromised.
This also reminds me of the local gambling place who pools people bets for one big lucky winner here in my region. After they accumulated large amount of money, they just ran away and never come back.

Scam casino sites also have a specific target. Because of this they never scam small amount bets so that gamblers trust the site and agree to place large amount bets. And so when many gamblers gamble big amount on that platform and when that site gets huge money deposit then they close the site and scam the money. And that's why for betting big amount and depositing big amount one needs to do a good analysis on a site and the license of that site.  Then it has to be done. otherwise there is a possibility of losing money

It isn't really surprising especially if the casino is only new, hasn't made a name and reputation to uphold yet, and seems sketchy with big and enticing offers, only to find out they have a small resource fund. This is why people should be wary of the scams and schemes lurking around. If you aren't going to be careful and will be blinded by the sparkling offers, then you sure are to fall victim in this kind of fraud. And once you fall victim, the money you worked hard to have will all just be put into waste. And let's be honest here, there's only a small hope for you to recover what you've lost since these scams usually appear out of nowhere and vanishes to thin air once they got what they wanted. Hence, one must really be vigilant in distinguishing which one is worth it and which one should even be glanced upon.

Yes your right that mate and that will happen if a gambler some have enough knowledge and And iQ because there are some scams casino who offered a lot of things and make a gambler turn their heads and try to play in that casino. And best example of that is there's no KYC and They offered small amount of wager and then you win 10 times or more in one bet which is pretty good strategy to catch the attention of the gambler and once a gambler will try and then he will win then he can not still withdraw his money because there's a KYc or else they will make and excuses that your account was cheating.

Now those of us who are knowledgeable in the gambling industry know that most new casinos still cannot really be trusted because they do not have a good reputation and are not guaranteed to be successful in providing service to all their customers.
Many novice gamblers have become victims of many shady new casinos, they are even willing to make lots of lucrative promotions that are spread on many social media media to get more gamblers to be tricked.

Yes, when you have become a victim of a scam casino, it is difficult to get back what you have lost, they can even make false accusations that reverse the fact that the gambler is at fault, so the casino freezes the balance.

You or we all know that it is commonly said that "if a thing is too good to be true, then check it very well, because it probably might not be true", one way scam casinos get hold of victims is through greed, it is the same way many crypto investors fall victim to various types of scams through connecting their wallet to an unverified source simply because they were promised some really valuable airdrop, and the scammers, instead of giving the airdrop after the wallet have been connected and the claim button clicked, will turn around to zap whatever the victim had in their wallet immediately before connecting the wallet to their fake site.
It is the same strategy those scammers use in a gambling casinos, though in a different dimension since casinos are centralized, if all gamblers can stop being greedy and hasty, but patiently verify a casino and make sure they have all the qualities of a legitimate casino before they put their money there, maybe, we will have a safer gambling environment around us.

If you dont find comfortable on seeing those terms and conditions on other language form or not english or your local language or known ones then you do always have the choice on skipping out and look for another one.
Not that totally the case though because there are other platforms which you could really be able to toggle in between language of your choice which is really good. In speaking about terms and conditions on all sites then it would really be just that right for you to read up on whats those common points which needs to be remembered, sudden altering of those terms are totally definitely showing on how shady the site is or something
that would really be considered to be a scam if ever they wont really be giving out any reasons on why they have done that but usually having no announcement in regarding to this does particularly means that
the site you are playing into could really be able to make excuses if they would tend not to pay up a certain win and using up those changes that they do have in TOS which do really sucks.
Even if we are really too lazy to read the terms and conditions, we can just read the outline or the points that we think are important. One of them is the point about KYC, deposit and withdrawal for example. I am also actually not a completely perfect person and sometimes too lazy to read the terms and conditions from start to finish, but from the laziness that I feel at the same time I always force myself to at least read the points that we think are important. And when we are familiar with those points I think it will not take too long to find what we are looking for, because usually every casino has the same point location, it's just that the difference is the policy at that point.
Exactly you're on point @Jody.Drummer but i don't consider it as laziness I think it should be considered as being careless because no matter how lazy you're to read a platforms policy you could atleast read briefly to understand and take not of some few things so a not to make mistakes, not everyone is perfect but atleast there are some things that are very necessary and shouldn't be avoided, it's just like coming into the forum without taking note of the necessary rules and doing things that could get you banned and when you get banned you'll start giving excuses and maybe claim you were lazy to do them cause no one is perfect, when it something that's very necessary and shouldn't be neglected.
If you notice, the ToS is mostly  one of the first things you'll see upon registration of a platform and it mostly comes with an agreement before you're allowed to sign up, and accepting the agreement means you've accepted their policy, so why then would anyone agree to a platforms terms without going through the policy to see what they offer, their rules and if you accept it, that's why I feel it should be considered as being careless and not really laziness because even though you're lazy to read all the policies atleast there are some few things you should look out for, which is the KYC, Deposit and Withdrawal processes.
