They did invest in Peach Bitcoin and in many other bitcoin related services as their blog post[1] - in total $100 million were distributed. I've tried looking up to which amount PB was able to gather but the only thing that I was able to find is that this investment happened in June 2022[2]. Whatever it was it's great to know that they were able to find a VC willing to trust in their mission - I'm sure that they do not regret their decision.

If it doesn't exist - I never realized, there could be a way to know which fiat currency is being traded in these open offers. Sometimes someone may be working with a fiat to put up for sale, but could use another fiat that is in greater demand. Having this situation in some cases can be interesting.

Ah yes, my bad, it is indeed the sell orders!

I don't know if we have access to the list of buy orders, but when you publish a sell order, the app tells you how many potential buy offers your offer matches. For example with a sell order with low premium (which should cover most buy orders), it shows me 500+ potential matches. This makes it possible to adjust the price accordingly.


On a side note, I noticed that the latest app update offers now a dark mode, which is more than welcome!

I think there's not a straightforward answer to this - Marketing alone wouldn't help as users will be "shocked" by the premium they would pay and just resort to the basic idea of "I never heard of Peach, the price is ridiculous, I can grab more bitcoin in Coinbase or Binance at a lower price". I think to grab more users it would demand a mix of marketing the correct niche of users (privacy focused ones) while also promoting workshops or even webinars on why is Privacy important and what it relates with having bitcoin and how Peach helps in keeping that bridge steady. If we do not educate the "Average Joe's" about basic concepts of Privacy, they'll never care about going to a less known market to get their bitcoins.

But, who can understand why your purchase order is not finding a seller?

Although all my uses have been successful, I have nothing to say about the application. I think this element is missing, understanding what it takes to make the final connection between the buyer and the seller.
It's what? The rate used? The payment method? The sale/purchase value?

Yeah, big players purchased a lot of bitcoin in last few months, and hodlers are not selling their coins yet.
I heard reports that cash is also getting more scarce.

I don't like talking to bots at all, but I did some testing and asked a few questions to chatbot, and I think you seriously need to improve it.
On most of the questions I asked there was no answer at all, three dots appear but no text comes out of it.
I only received answer on one question about restrictions, but I already knew the answer on that.
This is a new feature, so I can understand why it's not working like it should.
