I will share a little of my experience when I invite some friends who like to bet at local bookies.

A few months ago about 4 of my friends came to my local town house to bet on a football game and after a while they were arrested by law enforcement in my country because I live in a country where gambling is strictly prohibited and there are laws in it. Just tell him your mind and tell him to quit gambling. Let him know that addcits are not adviced to reduce the amount of money they are gambling with, that addicts should stop gambling and go for self exclusion.

You know more than him about gambling is the truth, you can get some news about what ended the life of some addicts and how chasing money with gambling will only lead to depression, thievery or illegal acts. If trustworthy, tell him how you trust him, but that you are just saying how gambling addiction is not good at all.

Don't feel guilty about it if it is really not your intention to make him addictive to it, you just invite him to play to entertain and no one wanted that to happen. As a friend what you can do is to talk him and his family and probably knock the sense out of him. Actually that's up into him if he really wanted to change for the sake of his family because after all even if you do all of the possible things to help him and he can't help himself or trying to help himself, you are just wasting time.

I think that since they liked to bet on local bookies,they were already addicted but addiction was not there yet because they had to find ways to gamble as gambling was strictly prohibited by government and they even went to jail for some days before they were released.You should not feel guilty at all as you told them a new way of playing without fear in the pseudo anonymous crypto casinos that most governments can't really track as it would drain them a lot of money and resources to do so,so you did a good deed for them and you should be proud of that.

It is not your fault that one becomes addicted,anyone is responsible for their own actions at the end of the day,so nothing to fear,they were already avid gamblers before your invitation anyway.

If I understand from what you have said it does not seem entirely your fault.
You are just a friend of theirs and feel sorry if they have to deal with the law just because of gambling until you decide to introduce crypto casinos to them to be safer and in the future not to be in trouble with the law again.
It is better to suggest to your friend who is already addicted to think more clearly and limit his gambling so that there is no destruction in his family.
It would be a shame if the unity and harmony of the family were destroyed just because of gambling addiction.

Give your friend motivation, friend and advise slowly so he can think that his actions are a big mistake, don't forget to keep an eye on him so he doesn't fall deeper into gambling.

Would you blame yourself if you introduced a new bar to a casual drinker and that person frequently visited the place where he eventually became a real alcoholic? If your answer to the question is NO then I think you shouldn't put the burden on yourself when that friend of yours became a gambling addict. The only instance that I think you should also take the blame is if you forced him or hyped him too much without giving him any warning.

It's not simple as that, I think the @OP already did that, but what you can expect from an addict? they weren't listen to their parents or wife, @OP is just a friend and it's impossible they will listed to @OP.

I think the @OP friends are somewhat have a bad personality because they ever got jailed, a good people will not get jailed since they're obey the rules in their country. @OP need to seek a help from professional to solve this case.

Of course you are the mastermind of all that, you must be responsible for your actions to those who overdosed on gambling addiction, supposedly, after being redeemed from arrest, you don't introduce them to online crypto casinos anymore, rice has turned to mush, what can I say, it can't be other than a rehabilitation method for one of your friends.

One of the ways you can do this is: put your friends into gambling rehabilitation, that way you can make amends, to those who were deeply involved in online crypto gambling, they don't want to hear your advice on excessive addiction, rehabilitation is the last solution.

I guess you don't need to feel guilty or what, yeah you show them how to gamble online, but it's totally out of your control on how they are going to gamble. Unfortunately many of us become addicted to, maybe there are individuals here who got out of their addiction because someone help him or it is ourselves who says that we need to stop gambling already.

And even if says that he should stop gambling, then how will you know that he will listen to you?

Maybe you can talk him out of quitting or at least lessen his gambling, but that is the only thing that you can do.

How could I not feel guilty because before he only gambled when there was a sports game playing and he was not a gambling addict.
But after I introduced him to the crypto casino, he didn't only bet on sports but also on several games such as craps, roulette and poker.
What concerns me is that he forgets his family just for the sake of betting, even worse, forgetting his responsibilities as the head of the family.

I have given a lot of advice and always provide an understanding if betting is just for fun and don't forget the obligations.
In fact, I always invite him to travel so he forgets about the gambling he is doing but it's all in vain, nothing changes at all, instead he always holds his cell phone all the time just to be able to bet.

I can do bad things (Like gambling), but I never try to invited someone who are doesn't know about gambling to try gambling. I know, is bad and doesn't want to invited other people to do the bad things.

This should be a lesson. Not because you do want to help, you'd already provide the help; think of the consequences. It is never advisable to support an individual in gambling because of the risks involved. But no matter what, and if the cited situation is true, be a friend to him. Help him morally to regain atleast his mental state. Also, try to accompany him with other activity not involving risk and money such as sports and the likes to somehow calibrate his drive to gamble. Also, do not blame yourself for everything because that's his decision in the first place. It is solely dependent with the gambler on how would he end up after playing; broke, victorious, or just fine.  Lastly, seek for professional help becaause addiction is not something to be cured in an instant and with ease.

I will say also that it is not his fault. Like in my country or my area if I should be specific, anyone can be exposed to gambling at anytime and it is common among friends. Because a friend knows gambling through me and he is addicted, I will kind of feel guilty because I care, unless I do not care is when I will not feel like anything is happening.

If it is me, I will not give up to continuing advising him and make him realize how gambling can not be helpful but distractive if there is addiction.

It seems that it won't be easy, friend, because OP has given his previous response that he has done everything he can to stop his friend's gambling addiction, but it's all in vain.

If you called them again and they defiantly response your call. I believe those gamblers come back to you. Because they will think you must have called them again to discuss some betting matter. A gambler will definitely run away if there is a betting related issue. In may sense you actually better inform them about the addiction first. What is the purpose of gambling and how gambler can survive in gambling for a long time. And awareness should be raised on some issues. You can aware them about the law. You can try to bring them under control by discussing these issues.
