To be absolutely accurate suspicious the sites need to be well observed because the KYC site has been submitted on many casino sites to scam the KYC sites. If you choose a recommended casino online for security, you are sure that this is a safe and protected casino that will provide you with the best gambling experience. You can also gain through the current standard of the casino bonus.

I basically don't think there are casinos that wouldn't require people to do KYC and any casino that claims they don't allow people do kyc or they don't ask for KYC ate mostly scam to me because I believe that a registered casino will always ask you to do KYC so asto always make sure that the activities of the casino is been monitored to avoid money laundering.

^That is how shady casinos will work, it will always have a loophole where they can find ways to scam people or selectively scam people.
Once a player becomes a failure to comply with the KYC and has a large fund in the account, they confiscate it, and the reason you did not comply with KYC is your account is frozen but they get you funds. Nothing we can do is choose a legitimate casino that does not have any issues like this especially when it comes to KYC.

For the fact that just it doesn't have an ANN thread here in the forum is something we should think of before putting the effort to call the out for this shady behaviour against ops and of all things being equal only what we can do is to warn others from falling victim to such casino who say one thing and do the opposite.

Most especially those that infringe on players' rights and force them to go through some thought process all to frustrate them into forgetting the money in those casinos.

Yes, the text you see in the front page is just like a fresh tag or you can say a catchphrase which is used to attract new players to the site. In the similar manner, OP is also attracted to the site also. But as everyone mentioned here, before trying any new site, we should always check the terms and conditions mentioned, and should follow that. And if we see then they have written clearly that, they will need KYC in order to let players withdraw. So can’t blame the casino either. It’s your fault that without checking the site thoroughly you deposited there. Now nothing can be done. Complete the KYC, and get your funds back.

The NO KYC FOR CRYPTO banner is the ground for the crypto player to avoid KYC.  This is no different from the government declaring a oneway road to use as two way despite the fact that the road regulation stated that the road should be use as one way.  When an authority declares something that can conflict or give excuse to a person in abding the set regulation, the declararation is honored and the existing regulation is temporarily void until the declaration expires.

In this case, the justbit.io banner declares that crypto players do not have to undergo KYC thus making the TOS regulation of KYC ineffective for crypto players.  Until this banner is retracted, crypto players are exempted from doing KYC.  And as we can see, the No KYC for Crypto Player banner are still on their site so the exemption for crypto players are still in effect.

By the way, Change of the terms of service is something that is not isolated to the industry of crypto casinos or gambling.

Every time Paypal, Google or Steam has a major change in the Terms, they usually send emails to their clients, and let them know that if they continue to access their services, it would be assumed the client accepted and would comply with the new terms and conditions.

In general, It is obvious that companies reserve the right to change their ToS and may or not notify their clients, all that makes harder for us to be up-to-date with many aspect of the platform.

If people already do not read the ToS once, it is harder they would several times to verify iterations.

This is why they should fully understand the ToS, its just a 10minutes read and it can save you a lot of money. Though OP knows that the site is KYC free, ToS still states that KYC will be asked if there’s a big withdrawals or if your account is suspicious for some reason, and the site have the right to ask for KYC as it is stated on their ToS. The site though should inform properly every user if they will change or update their ToS and give time to user to prepare for the update as many might not be ok with the updates.

I think OP was aware considering the title, it's just there has been malicious activity with the account I guess that's why he has been asked for a KYC. Casinos update their TOS from time to time so as a player that has money on a casino you better be updated with these kind of changes, it's a must for an online gambler.

I don't understand why some members are arguing about what's mentioned in their ToS and insist to ignore that it's written on the top of the main page in bold "NO KYC for crypto players". With this, it doesn't matter what their ToS says. If there is a contradiction then this is their fault not the player's.
I would understand it if OP was trying to withdraw a huge amount of money, but in this case we are talking about few hundred bucks! They should remove that part from their main page and stop making false claims.

And that is what others are pointing here, there is no argument that it says No KYC in their platform.

But as soon as the OP is asking to withdraw, then he was asked for the KYC. So yeah, he is not at fault because of the misinterpretation of casinos that they are not going to enforce KYC. But sadly, it is not the case, as maybe they flag his account for being suspicious or whatever. The point is that the platform should removed their No KYC policy on top because it is very misleading.

It is normal for others to point out about reading TOS first because even if they have this Banner yet we knew crypto casino engagement is tricky and all these years we have encountered so many things like this that casino pretend to be KYC free but what is written in the ToS is far different and they have all the rights to ask in case.

But your argument is correct that this is some kind of fake banner, and mostly a not so good casino will only implement , seeing that Word in top of their site will make players confident about their privacy but the truth is they are being fooled.

I would not recommend anyone playing in this site.

There's an exception to the rules if the OP violate the casino ToS. He didn't mention the complete srory but this might be the reason casino holding as tramp card on his case.

I agree that casino respects their tag line on the front page if they claim to have no KYC requirements. The only problem was that tag line is not visible anymore on the casino front page while the OP doesn't have proof for that claim or am I just missing it.

No reason, they just informed me that I can withdraw just my deposit

At least you've got your initial deposit and you should be thankful with that, do you ask what could be the reason why they didn't give you your winnings? because of the KYC? for me it seems that could be the valid reason and you are lucky that they allow you to withdraw your deposit wherein most of the casinos do freeze your account not unless you submit your KYC
Yeah being thankful for the refunds of deposit alone is not good enough this is because the players have put in a lot of time and effort to win those games, I don't like the idea of casinos asking for KYC verification at the point of withdrawal that attempt is not clear to me and at such could be a pointer to a scam ahead since your funds will be licked while you undergo that verification.

And in most cases, the verification will not go through and the player will have to wait for a complaint such as this one, which shows that the casino cannot pay a high amount even though the player won fairly.

I just realized that there was a change in the contents of the first thread.
Agree with you that there is a possibility that the account has activities that violate casino rules so that this casino confiscates Op's funds.
I'm curious what happened and what the casino did after confiscating Op's money and asking to provide personal data or KYC while the casino itself said it didn't require KYC.
Or maybe the Op got a big win from betting and wants to withdraw it and exceed the maximum limit for withdrawing funds from the casino so the casino asks to do a KYC filling.

In general, It is obvious that companies reserve the right to change their ToS and may or not notify their clients, all that makes harder for us to be up-to-date with many aspect of the platform.

If people already do not read the ToS once, it is harder they would several times to verify iterations.
And that's becoming surprising for the gamblers that think that most of these terms are firm and unmovable and unchangeable. When someone gambles in a casino, that should be taken into notice that terms can be changed at any moment they want to.

I guess this is already a thread that's solved OP's problem.

The mentioned casino just allowed him to withdraw his deposit only.

No reason, they just informed me that I can withdraw just my deposit

If there's no reason then that possibly means that the casino don't want to deal with you anymore and it won't be a surprise if they ban you to their platform.

I have been reading other similar cases on different casinos, and the response from the customer support is usually the same. What I find that is common in all the cases is that the users were not aware of the Tos, they assumed everything would be fine since the casino is legitimate. With the everyday changes in policy regarding cryptocurrency, it is important to carefully read the TOs and watch for new information concerning any changes they may have made regarding kyc and withdrawal.

Casinos will always send newsletters whenever they made changes in their TOS I always received a notification whenever they add or modified their TOS so if you're actively playing in casinos where you have accounts be sure to whitelist their newsletter and always read it, it will save you from all the hustle or future issues when you are updated on the latest TOS of the casino you're playing.

So far Justbit.io is the only casino I've seen where they promote their casino as having no KYC but in their terms, they ask for KYC, this is a sign that they are misleading people, and it will have an impact on their reputation, and will question their intention as we have here in this discussion.

No one can deny the fact that the casino is at fault for putting the wrong text on the home page which is basically not what they follow, and any argument regarding that is probably wrong as well since the platform is promoting itself as being a NO KYC CASINO while that is not entirely true and they ask for KYC as soon as someone tries to withdraw a big amount.

But, think about this, if the user had read the terms and conditions, even if they had that text, he would probably save himself from all this hassle and would probably just prefer a different casino where he wouldn't need to face this.

Bigly appreciated - your ideas on casino newsletters and TOS adjustments, just tremendous! We gotta be in the know, folks, about anything that might hit our accounts or the joy of the game. Putting those casino newsletters on the whitelist - believe me, folks, that's the winning ticket to getting the latest intel, dodge those pesky issues.

Now, TOS updates, you gotta read 'em, folks. No excuse for not knowing the rules, am I right? Staying ahead of the curve, getting the best info - that's how you make the greatest choices and guard what's yours.

But, let me tell you about Justbit.io. It's a real puzzle, folks. They claim there's no KYC, but then, there it is in the fine print. What gives? Users might feel duped, and it's no good for their rep. Be wary of those casino guys using sneaky tricks. You know what they say: "If it's too fantastic to be real, it ain't." Let's all be top-notch and cautious about where we put our time and cash, okay?

It is a really dishonest tactic as casinos know that people still want to retain some of their privacy when gambling with cryptocurrencies, and advertising the casino in this way and then have a policy which runs contrary to their advertising is without a doubt a form of false publicity, and as far as I know there are laws against it, so the casino is exposing itself against legal action by their customers, and even if it is doubtful a gambler could win at court, this could be grounds to have their license revoked.

Newsletters are not the appropriate way to inform customers about changes in the service's ToS. Most of the time, newspapers, as well as promotions emails, tend to be spammy and most customers do not subscribe to them. The company must send a dedicated and formal email to all its customers to be sure they are aware of the changes.
Besides, those changes and new rules shouldn't have a retroactive effect and the ToS page should include the date when it was last updated. This is what professional companies do.
