I’m looking to invest 10k, I’m trying to decide if to go with XRP or ADA.

In terms of holding I can do it for 1-3 years no real time limit. Not sure what returns I might get short term vs long term. ADA for example i might get 3 to 4 x return, however with XRP that might be a lot more should they win the court case.

An amount of 10K sufficiently sufficient for investment. So in my opinion, it should not be invested on any platform for more profit where the risk is too high. I think investing in Bitcoin will have the opportunity to get a big return. The XRP and Ada Market are still in the leading position, but the XRP lawsuit and the supply are overwhelmed with investors. Moreover the possibility of increasing the price is very low in the long run. With a lot of supply of two coins XRP and ADA, it is very difficult to find the new ATH. Considering all the things I think it is best to invest in Bitcoin.

You can safely invest in the ADA platform and there is no doubt that XRP will definitely win the case. And if you can invest in present time then 100% you will definitely achieve success and benefits no doubt. Yes I agree with you. I think if we can invest a little bit here now we might be able to make a profit at some point. But if something good happens in the case. But I think it will bring good things for us very soon.  I think we have no choice but to wait. But before investing here we have to think and invest whether we can get something good from here or we risk losing our money. If we invest now thinking that we can get 100% profit.  Then it would be a great folly for us.

That is a good idea to invest for a short period of time like this, in time's of ADA Coin's, no course for alarm, but ripple XRP has court case, which is if XRP win the court case is going to pump beyond measure, because last Bull run Ripple did not make much impact, and investing now has big advantage and also risk as well.

Trust me slowly you will lose all your money. Use $5000 to pay for lessons or courses. Only by investing in yourself can you see the growth of money and other values.
Regarding XRP or ADA, you can buy either one but remember that BTC is an important part of the portfolio. Do not forget that.

While you always need to your own research why would you ever pay 5000$ for courses? If you look for it, there is a lot of stuff available online and personally I don’t really believe in courses that promise you a lot of things but the only one that will get rich is the guy given the courses.
10,000$ is a lot of money and I would spread it out over more coins, and always include BTC and ETH

free chart reading courses a lot to be able to research altcoins it's just that it takes a lot of time. it's better to use the 10k money for BTC, ETH, BNB investments that have minimal risk, nothing else. and don't get carried away easily which looks tempting, most beginners will fall into a black hole, use maximum gadgets for learning

Why not go for BNB or ETH, ADA is also a good choice but with that amount of money, I will go for BNB instead. XRP has a great community out there although a lot of FUD about XRP but XRP remains solid. If I end up choosing XRP I won't hold long, max until the next bull market end and I will sell all my XRP instead I will go long term for ADA.

I mean I'd stay away from xrp for multiple reasons but if ypu have to depend on a court case to get on the right side of the investment do you really want to be in on that.  Why not put your money into something not in the middle of litigation.  There are zillions of other projects, and although mostly are all scams there are some good ones.  I'd look elsewhere.

If your amount is big and you're going to hold for the long term, so i would like to recommend you to invest only with Bitcoin, it seems safe investment even not problem if long term, but it’s not guaranteed with XRP or ADA will be profitable like as 3x-4x profit in the long run.

It would be nice if you left both of them, and chose other coins that have more potential for the long term. If you're interested in ADA and Ripple, it's best to stick with ADA, and leave Ripple behind. Ripple's problem so far has not found a valid decision, and the SEC is still monitoring Ripple.

I would say put it in XRP, buy some NEAR, and do bounty tasks to get free cryptos like Shardeum and Q Blockchain on Zealy io. Don't forget to stake your NEAR.

both altcoins have great potential in the future. Cardano and XRP are old altcoins that have weathered different phases and conditions of bull and bear markets. and both are still showing existence and are still consistent to continue to increase. but for long term investment you need to do more research on both. I prefer Binance and Ethereum for long term investment up to 2 - 3 years.

xrp and cardano are not bad altcoins, I think they are suitable for investing, especially since they are still at the top of the coinmarketcap ranking. but if it's just the two altcoins I don't think it's complete, considering that there are still ethereun and also bnb which are altcoins with great potential today and for the future. on the other hand I will add polygons to complete the diversification of my investment, considering that polygons are growing and more and more are using the network

These coins are not looking good at all, you can't rely on a profit from them. I have had these coins before and too bad to say that I really in regret buying them after almost 2 years of holding, I can't say it was worth enough. From now on, I was hesitant not to just consider those coins among the top coins but to see their performance as well. Because many projects are even worthy than these coins (XRP and ADA), and they are more profitable.

if you invest in XRP then you are betting 10K, and that is in my opinion. but why don't you see other altcoins that have bigger potential than cardano and riple because in my opinion both of them have high risks. so my advice is that the 10k you have is better invested in Bitcoin or Binance because these two coins have a greater chance of being able to profit in the future than ADA and XRP.
