Rising and falling bitcoin prices are something that usually happens because bitcoin is fluctuating, so prices are certain to go up and down without anyone being able to control it. You know that there are people who are still wishing to see 10k or 12k price which we know that it is really that too far off but drops to this level could really always been that possible and this is why being that
confident isnt really that something you  should really conclude into your self. Speaking about the best time to invest then it would really be "NOW", why? the price had dipped again on 26k and could possibly be able to go below 25 if support would really be having some breakout or cant be able to hold up. This is why its up to you whether you could really take up the risks on buying now or not.

Good time will always be talking about lower prices but if you are really that pertaining about long term then this wont really be that much of an issue because you could really just simply

Those who want to buy lower because they want high profits but they will never be accurate enough to dive to the bottom they will just keep on trying to ask everyone whether bitcoin price will go to $12K or lower, precisely this is a ridiculous price obsession low but the fact that it will never happen from now onwards.
