So many of my customers and youths mostly is interested to make payment with bitcoin, I want to know bitcoin wallet that will be nice for receiving payment with bitcoin that will be safe for this business payment.

That is brilliant of you, for the such a good idea developed to accept bitcoin as payment is well encouraging and for you to also make it optional together with fiat is wisdom, this was thesame fare act El-Savador did when it adopted bitcoin as a legal tender, it never forces the people to use bitcoin for their transactions, instead they can choose between bitcoin or fiat, in this you can also get attracted to customers who will love to pay in bitcoin, others hearing such news will also come around to locate your filling station for patronage since you accept what they have in making payments.

Don't think that bitcoin will be the main payment method. It may even only attract up to 20 customers in the first few days, who then slowly return to conventional methods. Then it won't affect the OP's business too much.

Paying bitcoins for small transactions still comes with a fee, anyone would consider using it rarely.

That's what I've realized about 3 hours after I posted that reply and you're right it won't affect but I haven't really seen anyone really use bitcoin as a means to pay for goods and service. Maybe big business that sells products at higher price might be able to do it but then again, it comes to the problem I presented.

I think government will involved interms of business that the op is building. If not, there might some risk that OP encounter since cryptocrrencies are not backed by government or financial instutions, and transactions are irreversible once they are processed. This can make them a target of fraud and hacking attemps, which can lead to the loss of the OP's funds. also Bitcoin transactions often involve transaction fees, which can add to the cost of the buyer's gas purchase. Fees can vary depending on the network congestion and the size of transaction.

Is this for real? I guessed gas station would be one of the most difficult business' categories to start accepting Bitcoin as payment, because they are fully centralized around big companies and suppliers. To be a gas station owner doesn't give you autonomy to put your business on the direction you desire, as what really matters is the supplier. If the supplier doesn't agree with what you are doing on your business they can stop delivering to you and then the business is over.

At least, that was what I thought. Maybe because in our country the government plays a big role on every stages of the industry, with the exception of the final one (the final sale to the customer by gas stations, which are private businesses, but under a major brand/flag).

Would you be willing to use bitcoin as payment for something knowing full well how much it costs in dollars to convert it to your currency which is not dollars(while there is already your country's fiat)? and what price of bitcoin would be if you choose to hodl it for long? Let's try and be realistic and know the fact that, there are things that can't easily happen in a business no matter how sweet it sounds. 

Your answer would be the same as the people of your locality who knows the worth of bitcoin will feel when they want to fill in their gas using bitcoin as payments

Well first off I want to say I love this idea, and if I were a business owner I would be doing the same thing in making sure that my customers have both options of both a traditional fiat source of payment (typically credit cards here) as well as having bitcoin be an option.

an alternative that needs to be appreciated, because of course it is not easy to want to develop in a business to want to provide opportunities to make payments with bitcoin, besides requiring a strategy and careful preparation of what is needed. of course this is also a strategy to introduce bitcoin to other people that bitcoin can indeed be used and profitable. I have my strategies, do you know that you can only give hackers access to involve in your business, for you to have done this, you know that theirs another alternative source someone to bridge evil source of bringing your business down, the transaction of buyer will be confirmed before leaving, because the rules that guides the payment with Bitcoin and fiat transfer is there, we operate with regulations that is authentic and no one fails the rules.

Somehow' its always you beginners [Newbies - Members] that are always having these contracts that wishes to pay in bitcoin or someone just started accepting bitcoin in their firm or someone just convinced his or her boss to be paid and even pay the rest of them staff in bitcoin. I still won't be surprised to see someone convince his nation's government to start paying its civil staff in bitcoin.

Well I am not against anyone coming up with whatever business they do or not, but it will also be good if they includes some pictures that shows the evidence of what they are really doing. Although pictures are not automatic prove but at least it gives little confident about what they are saying, if that is a very cool way to promote the max acceptance and adoption of bitcoin then I don't see any need to tackle them or even putting eyes on them and what you know about newbies is that they could go to any length in bitcoin promotion which I think you don't have such energy currently.

In my country there are already a few gas stations here that allow or accept Bitcoin as a payment, I mean it's actually a good thing for Bitcoin adaptation since it could easily help a lot of people get interested in Bitcoin by seeing the Bitcoin logo or seeing that it is available as a payment might make them wonder what it is.

It might actually depend on what wallet you used, I mean most of the wallets already provide QR codes which I think is the best method for fast payment. Just consider the QR code and low fees I mean it would work, but most of the gas stations here used centralized wallets because it's convenient, have low fees, and is easier to manage so that the business can continue accepting Bitcoin without the need of some key since most of the centralized wallets have notification when it received payments for confirmation, I've tried it once and the gasoline boy says that I can't pay bitcoin because the owner is the only one can accept a bitcoin payment.

Yes, that's the ideal situation but does it always work out that way? The answer is obviously no. OP is a Nigerian and we all know how impatient our compatriots can be once it comes to money. Both buyer and seller will become impatient when the usual Blockchain congestion happens during Bitcoin payment. There's no argument on this. I've had a few of my P2P transactions delayed for over 24hrs before escrow could release my money even when it was obvious at the receiver's end that there was a signalled incoming transaction to their wallet. They waited until deposit was fully confirmed. In a situation like that, will you let the buyer go without complete confirmation; knowing that the payment can be reversed through double spending?

I think it's legal if he would establish a business with Bitcoin involve. Here in my country, government doesn't even care about Bitcoin since they've tried to put taxes in decentralized system which they have failed. It's actually an advantage to OP as bitcoin is a volatile whre it could increase its value. People would tend to think that customer wouldn't even use BTC because it might be their disadvantage but if we look at it, the convenience it gives to people if their funds are in BTC.
