what can be seen in this thread is very shocking, some complaints against the casino being ignored by the new guy who says he is part of the casino team, it seems that people's complaints are something invisible, while they are posted on the same page and a lot close to where the guy who claims to be a representative of the casino posted, my question is: is a casino that has this bad behavior of ignoring customer complaints a casino that people should take seriously and trust it that they won't be too ignored when they have a problem?

in my opinion the answer to this question is very simple: it is obvious that a casino that has this type of behavior will do this with all customers, just see that in addition to something serious that was ignoring the problems of customers who posted in this thread, they are creating new accounts in this forum to speak well about them in this thread, this is a disgusting and dangerous attitude, because it shows that the casino has no character, they are a scam. in my opinion people should avoid using this casino as they like the money they have. It is better for people to look for better casinos that are old and reliable.

Withdrawals are accessible on the Polygon Network & we don't control the fees on BTC (3rd Party), but we will investigate reducing these further as they are too high. Exactly. The person replying to these questions ( AKA Porchy) is listed as the CEO of Housebets.io and refuses to acknowledge that there is a open scam accusation on the casino and a direct reply to his thread of mine and other users experience of how we got scammed and its as if he can't see them.

Housebets.io is a scam. I was givin restricted access simply because the housebets shotty development team failed to realize a bug when you wagered with BTC. $0.02 US was credited back to my balance. When confronting staff or a mod in discord or telegram I get muted simply because the chat agrees that I and several others shouldn't be held accountable for their mess ups. The mod (poochy) only reply is simply "your bets were risk free" not true, if I place a $2.00 wager im still assuming 99.5% of the risk. Housebets.io is the epitome of everything wrong in the crypto market and the reason why median class citizens won't provide liquidity in the crypto market. You advertise decentralized betting but when things don't go your way you freeze accounts and ban people. Housebets is not for the people it is a dictatorship and me and countless other people that you banned are not gonna just let this blow over. If anyone can help point me in the right direction, I'd like to light a fire 🔥 underneath their bums. These guys need to be accountable for their actions and unrestrict all the accounts they froze and allow withdraws. Its to bad that some people exploited this bug (even though as I do the math I quickly realize that the juice is not worth the squeeze). Alot of people myself included simply wagered with BTC and for that we got are accounts froze and banned. You need to make this right and really be objective about this.

As a result of you choosing to exploit (rather than some of the community who notified us on Discord) we don't want you in our community. We have paid out 100% of Sportsbook bets that go on chain & our casino margins are extremely low, with basically no edge for those with a high rakeback level and Race To Mars position. We have also paid out 100% of genuine bets. I am sure most of the community on Bitcointalk would agree with out actions here and would not have much sympathy given you withdrew $600 from the exploit that you found whilst taking no risk. We have a duty to the liquidity providers to ensure the platform is fair for both sides.

And I personally gave you my address because you told me that i had nothing to worry about and you still put my business in your main chat after muting me. I will post pics and even you acknowledge that I withdrew $110 and I've got proofn in the scam accusation thread of housebets.io. that address isn't mine but if it was then you owe that wallet address too because your eagerness and impatience produced this bug. Not I. As far as I'm concerned the price you paid for your audit should be how much money you owe that wallet address and your sincerest apologies. You didnt even give a warning to the users. I'm sure that you restricted access to some that didnt even notice the minuit amount that you speak of. This was not an exploit. What happened::

Last week I was given restricted access to housebets.io which means I have access to nothing including withdraws. Here is what I know. Housebets.io had a bug that essentially "due to the decimal places in BTC not being enough it rounded $0.01 & $0.02 spins to 0". That is quoted straight from the mod in telegram (porchy). My chat is still up in the housebets/lunafi telegram chat and you can see for yourself, although it has been highly modified and dozens of comments from users were deleted. Because of this bug he says I was gambling risk free and that I should be happy that I withdrew prior to my account being frozen. Just so were clear I was making bets in between $1.00-$2.00 US. That means if I bet $2.00 and I won nothing im only losing $1.98, and because of this bug which I will admit I did notice and think it was peculiar, but in no way did that $0.02 change the outcome of what was going to happen. I know my wife was banned and she had a pretty significant withdraw that she submitted but it never processed. Saw a few others in the telegram that were quickly muted that this had happened too. I'm very upset about this because i had no intentions what so ever to exploit a bug, which quite frankly doesn't even matter because they made the mistake of opening an online casino without some kind of a third party audit or any beta testing.

Butternuts have made serious complaints about our platform and we immediately started to better understand what happened.

The truth is, he found one exploit where very small BTC spins (0.01 & 0.02C) were credited regardless if the bet was won or lost. This meant that there was no risk, and of course this is not gambling. Knowing this, he used the exploit to be profitable and didn't bring the situation to us at any moment.

So he deposited just under $40 to this address. 3CJdqdsS4h8W78fkJrQ16d1EcBnrxraLUb and withdrew over $600 profit from the exploit.

We were transparent of everything that was happening and explained the exploit, all the users that were fair and brought us the error in the platform and we thank them for being fair with us, But unfortunately, this particular user chose to take advantage of the exploit without notifying us. We take fairness and integrity seriously, and it is our responsibility to ensure a level playing field for all users.

Upon discovering the exploit, we promptly took action to rectify the situation and protect the integrity of our platform. We blocked the user's account to prevent further exploitation and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

While we understand that the user may feel frustrated about the account block, it was necessary to maintain the fairness and integrity of our platform. Exploiting the system for personal gain without reporting the issue is not aligned with our values.

Here's the facts. I didn't find an exploit. I simply deposited bitcoin and placed wagers on a third party game. And was credited $0.01-0.02 after my usual $1-2 bet. Between 1-0.5% because of your teams negligence. Where is the accountability? Where is the decentralization. So far you've proved that players at your casino can be placed on restricted access for simply winning and not having your beliefs or values.

I don't know why the victim didn't bother searching around, but Housebets is a pretty fucked up platform, and it seems they don't even care about their reputation here. They didn't even bother to clear up issues that were raised against them sometime back.

People should just avoid this platform in general. There is nothing worth risking depositing any money there.

Housebets Scam - Funds Stolen & Richard Hogg’s Involvement

I am writing this post to expose how Housebets scammed me and how Richard Hogg, who has been listed as the CEO of Bridge Technologies B.V., responded directly to my formal complaint but refused to take any responsibility.  

Summary of the Scam  
I deposited $7,500+ into Housebets between February 28 and March 8, 2025.  

- Before depositing, I asked their support if I was allowed to play from Portugal. They confirmed that I could.  
- I played normally, but once I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly restricted.  
- Soon after, I was completely banned from the platform, and my funds were stolen.  
- Housebets ignored all my attempts to contact them.  

I reported this fraudulent behavior to ANTILLEPHONE Services N.V., the supposed licensing authority in Curaçao.

Richard Hogg’s Direct Involvement & His Response  
To my surprise, Richard Hogg himself responded to my complaint.  

- Initially, he said he would investigate the issue.  
- Later, he replied that he was "informed" that I had multiple accounts and abused bonuses, which is completely false.  
- Housebets never provided any proof of these accusations.  

Richard Hogg’s response follows a common scam pattern:  

• They allow users to deposit and play without issue.  
  
• Once a withdrawal is requested, they suddenly fabricate accusations (multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or other vague excuses).  
  
• They ban the user and keep the funds, without presenting any solid evidence.  
  

Who is Richard Hogg?  
Richard Hogg has been publicly listed as the CEO of Bridge Technologies B.V., the company operating Housebets.

However, in his response to my complaint, he suddenly claimed that he is no longer affiliated with Housebets.  

If that is true:  
- Why did he respond directly to my complaint?  
- Why did he make excuses for Housebets instead of investigating my stolen funds?  

Legal Threats Against Me  
After I insisted on getting my money back and mentioned his involvement, Richard Hogg threatened me with legal action if I mentioned his name in any public forum.  

This is extremely suspicious.  
- If he has nothing to hide, why is he trying to silence me?  
- Instead of helping a victim of fraud, he is trying to intimidate me.  

Final Warning to All Users  
Housebets is operating a fraudulent scheme. They accept deposits, allow users to play, but will ban accounts once a withdrawal is requested.  

Richard Hogg's response shows that they will make up false accusations to justify stealing your money.  

DO NOT deposit in Housebets.  
DO NOT trust Richard Hogg’s excuses.  

If anyone else has been scammed by Housebets, I encourage you to share your experience.  
Let’s make sure they are exposed for their fraud.
