When we began to provide evidence, it turns out the sister appeared.  
4. Man believes that she is in the Ukraine and her sister in Poland, but forgot to turn on VPN and logged into technical support through the Poland.

If you are telling the truth about your situation, I believe that you are on right. I haven't read the TOS of this casino but I believe that majority of the casino accept even there are 2 players on the same IP address which I guess why the casino refused your withdrawal.
