Can we conclude that such are individual destiny?

It becomes funny when an individual mismanages their money or monthly income, and yet they still say it's not their destiny to be rich or poor.

We humans are born with two hands,legs, eyes, and one brain (except for the disabled), but every individual decides for themselves how they want their brain and mind to be developed (I am not exaggerating). For example, someone who envisions themselves as rich, works smartly and becomes so calculative that they make good financial management of their money, but most people don't train their minds on how to build wealth or how they can possibly expand their income.

So I don't really agree with that ideology of some people saying it's not their destiny to be rich, or some saying they are destined to be rich. Whether you have one destiny or none, if you work smartly and also learn how to expand your income, you will make a good living just like everyone else.

When talking about this issue, we can't just consider how successful their without viewing their earn, what if part A is earning more than part B in this scenario the difference is clear that part A will be living comfortably than part B. Firstly I don't like comparing myself with someone else because we don't have the same problems and opportunities. Your colleague in the office might have wealthy parents or relation that supports him. He might even have an inheritance and live in his father's house. You might have more responsibilities than him. Maybe you pay the bills of your parents or sibling and you have a family you must support. I have a friend that has a sick child and he spends so much on medical bills every month to keep the boy alive, so he might not achieve much.

The next thing you should consider is your expenditure. If you are spending above your income, you can never be able to save. And if you can't save, there is no way you can invest. If you don't have an investment, you might remain poor. If others become financially stable after a few years and you are still struggling after so many years, then you should check yourself because something is wrong.

You can't always conclude that that is a person's destiny because at times our traits and level of exposure also have a big role to play in why some people work all through their lives whereas others work just a few years, gather enough, invest and start living the life of their dream. Lack of not having plans to live a better life  at old age can also cause it. Some persons believes that as long as they are getting paid monthly and can take care of their needs they are OK with their present life style. This will make one stagnant in life,if you don't plan to double your income.

One of the individual might be luckier to be working for a big firm, while the other is working for a smaller firm. All things being equal, the person in the big firm will earn more. Two people might be earning the same salary, but their life styles will determine who saves more. How stable the economy of a country is, also determines how well they pay their workforce. The workforce of another country with the same requirements of qualification might not be able to pay as much.

So luck, location and lifestyles are some of the factors that determines the financial status of two individuals with the same qualification.

This is not the same for all jobs, some jobs will never make you rich. But if it is a job that can make someone rich and the person doesn't get rich, it can as a result of choices that the person made in the course doing the job. When some people are working, they never consider to make some sacrifices for their future. They spend all the money that they earn without trying to have any kind of investment that can rescue them tomorrow. These people end up working and after retirement if it is a job without pension and retirement benefits, they discover that they are poor despite working all their life.

For me there is no such thing as destiny, we are the one's who are making our choice for our future, what we do now would reflect in our future.
So for those who are spending more than they could and doesn't know how to handle or manage their money would be the ones who would work for a long time but doesn't have much when their retiring.
But those who could manage their earning and find other alternative income would be the one's who could retire early and be successful.
It all depends on how you earn and manage your money.
