My dear, I understand that merit is not All about posting without purse, rather it's a good knowledge you have shared in the platform concerning what others have said, and which makes others to be more educated about the crypto currency exchange,so I advise you to rather seek for a good knowledge of Bitcoin than trying to post as many post as possible, that will not give you merit because it doesn't impact any knowledge about Bitcoin of crypto currency to any users..

So I believe you understand what we all have replied to you and please I am new to crypto and I want a brilliant people to bring up a good knowledge on how Bitcoin can be run profitable and a good knowledge that can enhance us for a better position of good knowledge of Bitcoin and crypto currency as whole,so that when a Post is made by the a well and good understanding crypto currency person it attract alot of people because his post will teach you what you don't know or you don't understand before and that is what we really need to bring up the newbie most especially..

Once you've been posting consistently, your activity level will continue to rise as planned, but Merit is a reward for your contributions to the forum.

Making your merits move in tandem with your activity is luck, and it will also occur as a result of your quality posts in reputable Bitcoin sections of the forum.
If you consistently make quality posts and make sufficient contributions to the forum, your merit will rise above your activity.

Prioritize your crypto learning first through making thorough researches that will make you fully understand the essence of crypto, and when you’re good enough, earning merits will just follow easily. Make sure to follow the rules in the forum and never resort into spamming and plagiarizing, as it will lead to banning your account permanently. And lastly, create highly quality posts that will make you a useful and significant contributor in the forum, people will eventually notice that once they see your posts very influential and convincing.

Why are you so much interested in growing your activities and merits, this could deterred you from learning the basic about the forum and building a good knowledge background to help yourself and other members of the forum in making good decisions, because not everyone who have tons of merits or activities are better quality contributors to discussions here in the forum, we still have some members who doesn't have much merits but are better members and they are contributing positively to discussion here in the forum also.
But your activities will naturally grow from your activities and posts numbers but for merits its only given for your contributions that meet another person standard and considered merit worthy.

Growing merit with your activities is not some thing hard if you have learn and follow the rules of the forum.but from you question I may easily conclude that you have not go through the forum rules properly if not you could have gotten answers to your question. so I will advise you to go back and learn more about forum rules. I don't know the reason why you are here, if not I may say you should not be that eager about merit but I say should concentrate about learning one to two thing about Bitcoin in the forum.

So getting merit in this forum is not hard once you can contribute valuable things to forum you will surely  get that merit, so the more you give quality post the more you will continue receiving merit and the more your activities and merit will continue be growing. Infact your merit can even pass you activities in you can keep contributing meaningful things to the forum.

I think that is where the real point is if you are waiting for someone to throw more light because it is practically impossible for anyone to point accurately as to what activities on the forum generate merits and as a matter of fact, the merit systems are somehow decentralized and that is what has improved the merit system and helped spread the way members thriving to gain it.
So even Little Mouse cannot help you to point to any light as were to get merit because he doesn't-have that answer.

But when he said search and scan the forum, what he mean is that you need to invest more time in searching out threads and posts that have generated merit and you should follow in their footsteps which I think is not too hard to do.

You won't be so desperate for talent. You discover something good in the forum and you will find that you got more talent than you bargained for. Always keep yourself in mind to discover something good, there is a lot to learn in this forum, take your time and explore them. All the people you see in great positions have come from nothing like you, so brace yourself and bring out the good here with creative thinking. You can see that you have become one of them.

When you mean by this phrase, this means that you have to devote your time learning and knowing at least the fundamentals of cryptocurrency. In addition, knowing is also not enough- you must at least contribute something to the forum that will deserve you that merit.

The more you try to chase for merits, the more chances of you failing in the end. Instead of focusing on getting it, divert your attention towards self-improvement and actually delve into discussions in various threads. In that way, the chances of you gaining at least a merit would be higher.

From the view of things I get that it's not a easy job to gain merit here in the forum, can't I just increase my rank just by gaining activities?

Just try to earn your merit organically not merit farming by creating interesting and meaningful related post and hoping to get merited there are too many alts like this even high ranks members are doing this but its totally nonsense to farm merits and for what? This forum is different now, you cannot earn huge money even if you got high rank unlike before you can earn even from bounty signature campaigns a very juicy rewards but things change, if you want to earn money in crypto you need to invest a portion of your money from your source of income not in this forum joining bounty or any campaigns its too hard for now. Don't just focus on earning merits try to learn more from this forum theres a lot of never-ending ideas here that you can apply in your journey to crypto.

If you didn't know gow merit works then you should read the thread about merits and ranking system posted by theymos. When you are new, merit should not be the number one priority instead you should focus on contributing to the forum. As you have said, creating post and good content comes easy for you so, that's what you should do.
