Maybe a day for some people, but not for addicts. Some people do not lost to gambling at ones, it is gradually. All they will noticed is that they will feel like using money for gambling, even if the money is for another thing. And they will be losing it all the time because they gamble frequently.

Someone like, could i even remember a particular day noted for my losses or mark them down except if am going to go through the track records on my bettings made or their slips, this amy actually be a loads of work for me when i still have other things to engage my time doing and moreover it doesn't make a changes concerning the past, i want to believe we most atimes keep the record of when we win in gambling than when we looses.

Yes there is a decrease in value but it's not only the token or its value when I lose those tokens their price was at its all-time high and I was earning $3 to $5 daily if I remember from staking my token if I did not lose those tokens I could have accumulated different coins and tokens from staking BFG token, I still believe in this token so I still accumulating because their platform their token and I'm still waiting for their goal to list their token on top exchanges like Binance.

I can't remember the specific date but I could remember it was on a Sunday after I have attended morning mass. I had the money that someone gave me to give to a customer of mine about $300. My friends came around and as usual, we went to the casino to have fun. It's hard for me to recall the exact date and amount that I had a huge loss in gambling but as far as I can remember, that brought me a tragic experience and lesson at the same time. I was with my friends that influenced me to gamble during that time and we were also having drinks. They told me that they have been constantly winning and had bought good properties because of gambling so that made me bet my savings which is intended for our house renovation. I believed that I could be as lucky as them. I was under the influence of alcohol so I was careless with my decision. I have lost my savings in an instance that made me feel very upset but I can't blame them because it was my personal decision to bet everything I had. This was back when the value of BTC is low and I made the big mistake of pressing the max bet button which is so foolish of me. Before, I don't know many gambling games that are online and I mostly focused on winning in dice games. But there was a lottery at Freebitco.in back then.

So, it's not really something that hunts me, but the amount of money that I've lost in gambling before is enough to buy atleast 2 cars. We all have big losses that it couldn have changed if you did other choice.  On loss that I made was big enough to regret but not really an amount that I could buy a car. I don't gamble that much.

If gambling loss still haunts you then gambling is not made for you. When you gamble, you should bear in mind that you can lose your money and you should gamble with the money for which the loss do not make you sad.
Although no money is extra for us, but this is how the experienced gamblers tell us. In gambling, we have to face big losses just like we get some big wins in gambling. If your old gambling loss is in the back of your mind, you will never be able to enjoy gambling, and also your gamble will be driven more towards the emotions of recovering the losses.

I'm one of those fairly financially responsible people that don't invest, gamble or use for betting too much and always play it very safe, so I don't have losses that haunt me. The worst I remember was in winter of 2020, I think, and it was losing about $30 on betting, but, while sad, it wasn't catastrophic for me.
But it's interesting to read through the thread and see what comes up often. Poker and dice seem mentioned most of the time, with dice probably being #1.
Perhaps it's because of how quick and easy playing dice is, especially with options of automatic betting, various existing 'strategies' and actually just make you lose more while feeling like you might win a lot.

Mostly the losses have been gradual and not very big at once, but I remember once I lost a significant amount of money that I don't remember the date to. It was around $200 but it was about 5 to 6 years ago and though it doesn't sound like a big amount, it was for me since I don't come from a very rich family background or from a developed country.

This reminds me a night from over 10 to 12 years ago. It was in a Tennis Tournament. I was betting in point market. Started with £200. From the afternoon to the next day morning. Gambled over 10 to 12 hours and made £1300+. Then I become greedy. Mind started tricking me. In the next 10 to 15 minutes I lost all and then went to a sound sleep LOL
