It’s like robbing a thief with his money if you didn’t release original funds.

Yes we agree with you it's not worth the time and money also we are from Costa Rica not EU, the connected account abused our bonus system and got a 200% welcome bonus

No, the correct procedure here is confiscating the winnings and giving back only the deposit(that is what I think). Cudy89 has blatantly exploited the casino's welcome bonus. he created a scam accusation and created a story where he is the victim but has been proven to be a liar and a bonus abuser.

I just saw the scan accusation you made for betcrypto.cr and I'm convinced with the proofs that betcrypto showed to the public. You are bust in short. One reason why you lost money is you try to exploit a welcome bonus by doing a obvious move. Of course casino can detect it since they have the control and can view most of your information. They don't collect KYC and it's the reason I think they are more strict on multi accounting since the first line of defense on multi accounting is non existent. Proofs are solid and I'm sure I'm not the only one who is convinced that you are multi accounting. There's no point in fighting that this casino scammed you. I was shocked how aggressive that this casino solved their accusation and I think it's the correct way of dealing with exploiters.

Betcrypto may be right in that the player used two accounts but this no KYC policy isn't going to last long with Betcrypto. There will be many problems along the way and KYC is going to be the only way to truly tell. If Betcrypto doesn't take just the bonus money it's going to get ugly.

He is asking now for only his seed money back because he knows he is at fault. However, he should have known this that he is doing wrong and if got caught, he will lose all of his money from both of his account.

Each casino has different penalties for cheating users and I would not buy into cheaters, but there are other casinos that get cheating users and then they take away the bonus money and return the user's deposit, but if you want to punish in your own way don't there is a problem with taking the deposit money, that is your rule that must be obeyed, but sometimes it is also true that if the user gets the money he will try one more time to cheat the bonus.

I also had no time to think why people are willing to commit fraudulent acts just to look for bonuses whereas if they just want to play, just play, why do they have to cheat and take advantage of bonuses or register for more than one account. sounds weird

Also this is one case where this person got caught, there might be other who are creating multiple accounts and cheating the system ?

Sadly we pause our welcome bonus system we are working on making it from 200% to 100% maybe this will discourage scammers

we do monitor IP address but it's hard because they can use VPNs we have our ways to detect multiple accounts we are not going to say how publicly, we did it with this user because we are new on the forum and we don't want to ruin our reputation

We hope there is not a next time but, next time we are going to share evidence only with a trusted forum member so we don't blow up how we can detect multiple accounts
