With all the proofs betcrypto sent me, I can confirm that Cudy89 has abused the bonus system by creating alt accounts. He has claimed the bonus first and have some fund withdrawn. Later, he created another account to claim the 200% bonus which is a clear abuse/cheating. Betcrypto has sent me all details, my decision is based on the proof he sent.

The IP is not going to match because you are using a VPN if you look up these IPS on google they are reported as SPAM etc

There’s a possibility too that it’s your mom but since that you are playing in online casino. An evidence such as similarity on IP and account history is enough evidence to tag your account as multiple account.
