But this time, it's no longer that stability that people want but freedom. i prefer to do business with income every month and use part of my income to invest in bitcoin, compared to trading and risk my money being lost in the market. because trading has risks and requires my time to analyze the market all the time just for profit, and i personally am not suitable for that. especially in trading, not every time you can get a profit from your trading and that would be risky for me who needs money for my various needs every month.

I prefer to be in crypto related job like in signature campaigns rather than working as a public servant because of the fact that there were possible issues we might encounter just like mine. I am currently a new volunteer law enforcer that is prone to some political issues which affected one of my colleague as he lose his temper everytime critics hit our job. As a volunteer I  only get $50 a month honorarium plus my signature campaign weekly payment. To be honest my overall salary is not enough for me to invest upgrades with my tools and equipment to be used as a volunteer law enforcer.

Don’t be deceived by the steadiness of the salary because even if it’s stable, it is equally stagnant; you may never earn more than what you’re being paid but guess what? If the people who built these big companies today never took a step forwards, they would have been nothing more than employees who are being paid a steady monthly salary.

Yes I agree with you, basically everyone has different thoughts. Having a job that generates monthly income, I think usually people like this tend to be more about their daily lives, where the income they get per month is only enough for their daily needs, also if their income is limited they cannot set aside some of their money for savings. For me, limited income is not a reason not to save, because I think there will be things that might happen suddenly and this certainly requires money to handle it. So even though the monthly income that you get is limited, there is nothing wrong with setting aside a little to save because it can be used someday when there are urgent or unexpected things like what I said.
 
But I myself prefer business or business anyway, because it's not just about losses or profits but by running a business or business it also makes me learn many things, where I have more responsibility with what I do personally, whether it's income and expenses, business ideas, marketing or others.

Crypto trading and civil servants are two things that are very far apart in comparison, for me these two things have no choice, both are life motivation and positive goals to improve our economy well or financially.

For me there is no choice, as long as we can do it and work to produce a good economy there is nothing wrong with both, civil servants have a job and a salary, Crypto trading is done to generate additional economy, so both are done without having to sacrifice each other, in essence I like both of them and for the reason that they are both different activities and generate financial economy.

Working as a civil servant is the dream of many people in my country, and even they will get many benefits that will guarantee their lives in the future.
To be able to enter as a civil servant is not easy, there will be many selections made.

Well, if the salary or profit you are gaining from Signature Campaign is enough for you to sustain your daily needs and wants and also your investment, if there is, then you are good, or that's good, but the thing is, Signature Campaign is a based project wherein you can only earn if you get to a project, but what if there isn't? See? Even though you are gaining from crypto-related jobs, you still need some stable monthly income. Why? Well, in crypto currency, there's always a risk—the risk of losing money, the risk of making a mistake that will cost you money—so what if you only have crypto-related jobs but suddenly they're gone? Then you don't have other means of earning.

I think it depends on a certain individual.

Some people prefer sure money, that's why they wanted to have a job, keep it as long as possible if they are contented in their monthly salary or don't wanna leave their job because they are afraid that if they do, they will not find another job. Other people prefer their own source of income which they control their own time and pacing, and their selves are their own bosses, which I prefer.

For me, you're going to be more productive when you manage your own time and decisions to earn money as much as possible, but stress cannot be avoided since it's part of our lives.

I believe the answer to your question is obvious: you cannot compare a monthly salary with the money you make from trading; trading is based on performance, as you stated, but in the workplace, no one will value your work no matter how much you strive to kill yourself. Instead, it is preferable that you concentrate on trading and make money every day or every week. However, trading is based on your level of expertise rather than just your performance, mate. If you lack this level of expertise, I doubt you will be able to make any more money than you have been making from your monthly payment. Those who trade are very skilled and won't allow anything to happen to their trading fund. You also made the right decision by taking on additional work outside of your job because relying solely on monthly payments is dangerous because it leaves you without anything at all and increases the likelihood that you will run out of money to cover your expenses.

As we grow older we learn a lot and having freedom is one of them. It is not easy though since there will be a lot of trials to happen. But first things first, we need to have enough savings to start a business and another fund allocated in case our business won't work especially in the first few months of operation.

As for OP's case, she seems to have learned a lot of trading skills that enabled her to gain profits even if the market is not doing well. Pretty sure it's a tough way of earning money at least for most people like me. I also tried it before because I thought I could live a life through trading.

Having both would really be always that good on which it would really be just that depending on how well you would really be that able to have that good time management on dealing with things.Yes, its easy but you would really be ending up on having no choices because you do deal up with both things. If you do find out that trading is much more worth or you are simply that confident with your trading skills then it wont really be that bad on quitting  your job and would really be going full time with trading but if you arent that still confident with your skills then make trading as your side income. It is true that once our side income becomes that more bigger with our main job then we would really be having that kind of boredom or losing interest gradually.

I could say since i was actually on the same situation on which Bitcoin trading or investments turns out to be more feasible or something that more worth rather than on spending my

I think that there is no such thing as a "steady income". People are just deluding themselves that they have a stable source of money because they have a job. But the truth is that they can be fired for almost any random reason at any time.

Personally, I would rather concentrate on different passive income sources. The more you have the better. Ironically, having such an income source is infinitely more secure than hoping that you get to keep your wage job in the near/far future.

It is really hard to achieve stability not only in terms of performance and efforts you are exerting to improve your business, but there is also the time that could ruin everything that you have planned for. I think every investor in the business industry is aware of that risk which is any kind of time like for example the pandemic. This would be achieved if building a business includes a long-term plan and also being prepared for unexpected events in the process. Performance you would just need to find and hire people who are trusted and well-mannered cause people who have skills and talent but lack discipline could affect your business.

Obviously there could be a lot of people who prefer that they end up with a trading mentality or getting rich mentality because we are in the bitcoin world and there are a lot of people who are willing to take wild risks in this market.

But there are some like us, who prefer the monthly salary, my idea of financial life so far has been work as hard as possible, make as much money as possible, spend most of it, and keep if possible 10% of my salary in bitcoin every month and then keep on saving. After a few decades when I am old, if I am alive to be old of course, then I will have a lot of money, millions if bitcoin keeps rising like this, and I would be able to just retire and leave my kids a very good life. Simple as that.
