Police just de frustrate people life for dis country, people wey suppose de protect us na dem de humiliate us, but d new Inspector general no dey take rubbish from police ooo, if police harassment u for road now and u see video do and u post am for social media, if him see am, him go just invite them to Abuja to face panel, either u are sacked or u are demoted.

Police been pursue one car last month for my state, de come get accident, fight wan come start since then Commissioner of Police for my state don talk say make de no search anybody phone again, incase if police stop u and de search ur phone, him drop number wey u go call, since den police no de search people phone again, if de stop u now na to just check ur documents, if e complete de go beg u make dash them something but harassment don stop for now.

I was made to understand about our dressing codes that whatever way you dress that is the way you would be address. If your dressing looks so catchy or rough in eyes then people will address you with what they see from you but if you dress a decent way despite any expensive phone you are using I don't think if police man will badge into your privacy wanting to know whom you are or not, or even seeing you to be a yahoo boy and whatever they feels. Police brutality  has been a problem  world wide and especially  for Nigeria  government, police  always  trying  to extort money from civilians and issue of bribe, thank God for the power of social media i saw a video  of police  harassing a young man and a video was recorded  and until later  the police man was dismissed  on a national  TV since they started making  examples  out of them it  will help stop all this  rubbish, the annoying  aspect  of it all is that they feel all young  men do fraud which is a very bad perception but I give a toms up for the inspector general of police.

Most of the cases of police brutality na against the youths and wetin dey cause am most na the way dem dey dress for street. Here no be oyibo land wey you go wear rag and nobody go send you. We get our culture and na dat our culture mindset na him police for our country dey use still discipline the youths. I no dey try justify the brutality against youths for our country but sometimes we suppose know how we go dey dress comot for public, because the way we dress naso dem go address us.

I know of some people wey get money and still dem no dey harass dem but rather respect dem because of the way dem dey dress for society. Na correct talk you talk so. Em get one phrase wey people d talk so ''the way you dress na so people go take address you''. If peso dress in a responsible way, police no go get mind to embarrass you or begin question you unnecessary via em source of income. E dey worry we the youth say we no fit waka, sleep or dey do we daily tinz with peace of mind for this country without police or efcc dey raid us. Few days ago around 2am, dem raid one compound wey student dey for my area. Dem beat some people wey dey inside and carry dem go put for their van after dem search their phone come see only BINANCE and TRUSTWALLET Apps for their phone. Dem talk say dem be yahoo boys but dem boys provide evidence say dem be forex and crypto traders. Dem come still collect #300k from dem even though dem no see anything for their phone, just dey beat dem to confess crime wey dem no do.

Wetin you talk na true, the harassment no be here. For Nigeria, the law dey only apply for the poor masses, because if police arrest big men or their family members, them go just call one commissioner of police and the case don close, unless na big man versus big man. Them say bail na free, but make them arrest you, carry you go police station, person wey come bail you must pay money, unless you call one force person
 

One day for FESTAC i see police people  just come down from them motor, begin dey drag one young guy inside them motor

This issue of police officers frustrating youth in this our country too much and it getting out of hands.but if anyone want to avoid frustration from police officers or any security personnel we need to be addressing decently all time because many people and police officer believes that bad addresses are done by bad people.so addressing properly is what we always need to consider to free ourself from this police officers harassment because I always found see that youth addressing decently are always free from frustrations.to be honest police officers were not that acting in this manner to youths before but some few  years back these are know to police officers that many youths are doing illegal things  now are days like take drugs or they are sources of income is more not legal.

One adage goes, "It's one bad apple that spoils the bunch," which means that simply one poor apple among many can cause people to assess everyone else negatively.Someone might not be a nasty person, but depending on how it may address them, they might think you are one of them.Therefore, if police officers are attempting to separate the bad from the good, I do not see that as harassment but many are just simply perceiving it in that way but they are doing their duty to protect the citizens, so if you are not doing illegal things, I think you should allowed them search you, sofar it is their duty too.
