What happened:
Yesterday I found the site and decided to create an account because they offered an attractive bonus of 200%. I deposited $350, I took the bonus that I lost and then I made another deposit of $270 from which I managed to win $1250. Today I was refused withdrawal on the grounds that I have several accounts, which is completely untrue.

This is, was, and will not be a good decision. Whoever that user you deemed trustworthy enough to review your evidences, you'll just put them into a tight spot. If they see the evidences and favored into your side, the OP will get triggered and accuses that user as part of your team, a liar, or the likes. If they favored OP and deemed your evidences is not strong enough, you'll say the user is not trustworthy.

Are you registered on any ADR? CasinoGuru? AskGamblers? Or --only-- if you're confident that the evidences will not be detrimental to your security system, you can share it here in the open for everybody to review.

Admins aren't going to close the thread, and this situation hasn't been solved. I don't see any posts by Little Mouse where he states that OP is a multi-account abuser and that you were correct to close his account due to bonus abuse. Maybe that is yet to come. Besides, how do we know the evidence isn't fabricated to have Little Mouse and everyone else believe what you want them to believe?

A couple of days after he opened a new account to claim again the 200% welcome bonus he requested 1 deposit address  bc1qxlut8xnf5jkeghqz07s9fuqct2yysv6za3jg4q proof

The problem BCR316 sent bitcoin from bc1q0dhu6c6xzgc692t0kjze7csmf57g5wly8pvz53 to our site deposit address and bc1q0dhu6c6xzgc692t0kjze7csmf57g5wly8pvz53 got his bitcoins from bc1qd30hjnhkwqcpn36jf52gvencp9203a9sngt208 proof

After that he made a second deposit request from our site now our system gave him this address bc1q67ny3hal8clgkrujls70ujj6cj8vdp99esa5l9 now he deposited from bc1qc98u8u5armr33tfjdr7vcjma8vyf2the450wmk but


bc1q0dhu6c6xzgc692t0kjze7csmf57g5wly8pvz53 sent money to bc1qc98u8u5armr33tfjdr7vcjma8vyf2the450wmk


In resume you use your BCR312 withdraw address to fund a new account to claim again the 200% welcome bonus

Thanks to scammers like this cody we have to reduce the welcome bonus from 200% to 100% so we are not going to get new scammers trying to exploit our site

They were all blockchain txs, so there's no chance of fabrication. Imagine, you have received x amount of BTC in an address from betcrypto¹, and later, betcrypto found a link between the withdrawal address and a new user deposit address, there's nothing you would think of I believe. That's what happened. I requested betcrypto to present all the proof here. They told they will share so, allow little time to them so they can post the proof.

Ok so magically you got Bitcoins from bc1qd30hjnhkwqcpn36jf52gvencp9203a9sngt208 because he is such a good guy, he sends money to random addresses  and turns out one of the lucky randoms addresses one was for you out of MILLIONS of random addresses you got it

So how much did you actualy manage to cashout? And what was the inital deposit that you have made?
Or should I ask, whats the total ratio of deposit vs winnings , witouth the bonus of 200%.

OK, the bitcoin addresses are connected, there is no doubt about that. As the player says, he could have received or bought the coins from someone else who also played on the same casino. Theoretically, it's possible. Personally, I don't think that's what happened. Only a few hours after one withdrawal from Betcrypto, the coins move to a different address that deposits on the same casino. I don't believe that story and I don't think it's a coincidence.

Show me the login logs. And if me and my friend played from the same computer i will admit that you are right. Until then you are just scamming me.
