In debates about games, people often cite Steam reports.

A great many gamers use older generations of graphics cards, and these are sufficient for most games. There is also a wide selection of used AMD cards on the market that aren't profitable for mining but are well-suited for gaming.

I use RTX2080Ti since it was out on the market. Even for sometimes mining too, still powerfull despite power consumption.

The RTX 2080 Ti is a good graphics card for gaming, but you are mistaken about mining. The Turing architecture is no longer supported by mining software developers because few of these cards remain in working condition, and newer architectures like Ada Lovelace outperform the older cards in many respects.

Not in all coins.
By example QUANTUS, RTX2080Ti beats  RTX5060Ti, if we ommit power consumption.
I can buy RTX2080Ti at less than half price (both cards second hand) from what I pay for RTX5060Ti.
In next photos, both card are used with 100% power limit, no overclock, no undervolt no optimised, stock settings, on left RTX5060Ti, on right RTX2080Ti:
