To be honest, I prefer any kind of bonus which is easy to cash out.  I hope you come up with any such bonus which has less wagering requirements. I understand that without wagering, people will misuse the bonus but it should not be the case that casino started to demand for 50 or 100x wagering requirements.

Cashback on loss can also be a god option. If a gambler lost a certain amount of money, you can offer him cashback certain percentage of his loss. The more you can facilitate the gambler, the better it is and gamblers will prefer your platform.

My personal favorite rewards/bonuses are welcome bonuses and tier-based bonuses also known as VIP bonuses which are of course adjusted to the total wager of the user.

Deposit bonuses are not so attractive to me because those usually involve way so many terms and conditions, so the bonus can be fair for both the gambler and the house. I agree that cashback is the best way to reward a player.  This option really does not oblige you to anything and, in principle, you can simply interrupt the game in a good mood. 
The other two options are better for the casino itself because the chance of losing these bonuses is generally 50/50.  And we all know that over time, in the long run, the casino always wins.  I would also note that the emotions from the cashback are always positive, but from the lost and even unexpectedly received free spins, they still leave the player with some kind of slight disappointment, as well as from any next loss.

I like this idea, cashback without wager requirements because most gambling sites do set a number to be reached before they will give out to the gamblers who are loyal. Putting into considerations the old or early adopters of the casino is a very good one because if not for them patronizing the casino, the casino would not have gone this far.
