Out of the three, i'd say cashback would be the best option assuming all of them would be credited in the same amount because the other two would require you to wager them at least once and that would reduce the reward you'll get and it's very rare to win something big with free spins. I do not think free spins will make a gambling site to be ranked higher, but it can indirectly helped as it may draw more traffic and if the site is reputed enough to got the rank.

I think that all welcome bonuses and promotions should be well calibrated and worked out by the casino's marketing services in order for the casino's profit to grow as a result.  Maybe even a little, but it has grown even taking into account the fact that welcome promotions and bonuses obviously take away part of the money from the casino's profit.

And the cashback doesn't work when you don't bet on any games the casino has. Even if they get way more money from high rollers, retaining smaller gamblers can keep their business running in the long run since a high roller can't gamble as much as an average gambler does since they bet very small amounts and play longer and keep the platform running all the time.
