My friend wagering requirement is a must in every licensed casinos and even if not on bonuses,  your deposits are also subject to 1x or more in some cases,  and let alone when you claim bonuses the wager may go as high as 15x to 25x in some cases.

In principle, most people do not read the terms and conditions, and see only the word "Bonus" from the entire ad. As you correctly pointed out, the simpler the bonus terms are, the more of those who do read the terms will fulfill those terms to get the bonus.

From my personal experience while in the gambling industry and using several sites I have never seen a wagering requirement for Rakeback or Cashback as these bonuses are given as a small return to gamblers who use their money to stake something on the gambling site.

$10 to $100 as a requirement sets pressure to gamble makes a person to put a lot of risk, rush the profits, and soon lose their money. That sets unrealistic expectation. yes, that's what casinos can do to anticipate how gamblers just for the bonus and then walk away with the withdrawal. it will be different if the ones who are given a free bet bonus are old members who have played with a certain number of deposits. I'm sure no one will be harmed.
