It's just a forum question review, 2 people who are coming just randomly saying without a nice explanation.

This one first time to see about these case.

Now the real question, did you also contact "Evolution Games". As I know, it's prohibited to betting to 2 side according to policy and how the game work especially "Baccarat". But you try to bypass this by betting to side on different casino.

This is the first time, and I see real-case about these one.

Then, ask some questions to "Evolution Games"

To verify the claim, the problem on casino is always tricky. Sometime, there always have some user who are make prohibited activity and then blame casino other they not doing it while casino claim doing it.

So, In-this case. The only one and real for verify the case are from "Evolution Games" but contacting by your self.

they are unreasonable not to give any proof they want to appropriate the money i deposited in the amount i won total 2,200$

If you are truly innocent and you did not use a second account to "opposite bet", then your best shot is to contact Evolution Games yourself and verify that the claims made against you by Blizz.io are true or untrue, and acquire evidence while doing so.

Even if the user was 'opposite betting', Blizz.io are still at fault as they clearly had the intention to close this users account, and still decided to take identifiable information from the user. This is totally unethical and wrong. If blizz.io had the intention to close the account whether or not the user submitted their documents, they should not have requested them from the user. For this reason, I placed a warning on the Blizz.io announcement thread.

   -   According to your message, it seems that you did not read or understand their terms and conditions of their casino platform.
But you can still appeal it to them, because there is no mention that they will not return or release the money you want to release.

It means that there is still hope that I am not sure about either, so the best thing to be sure is to appeal it to the scam accusation so that you know what you should do in these situations.

they locked my account and took away my deposit and winnings this is my first time joining this site and having such a problem is crazy
Not sure why this site took even your deposit amount in which most casinos returns the amount and will blocked you permanently ,this same case happens in those accused being scammer.
hope that there will be lights as I am not familiar with this site and wondering where did you happen to meet them?
that does not stand that they are proven scammers , anyway like what said about try askgamblers and casino.guru for other option of them clearing your case .
though there is no assurance that you can ever take your funds as this is only the site can bring you.

can you clear what part did OP accept that he violated the rules?
because according to the site , OP violated their terms but OP is constantly telling us that he Broke nothing and just the site that claims he did.
and also what do you mean that they did not mention about will not allow him to withdraw when its clear that the account was blocked and being confiscated ?

this has been mentioned completely above,
but I think that OP's accusation will go round the scam section and other sites about appealing .

this is a scammer stay away after i was offered on forums to play at blizz.io i deposited and won then i asked to withdraw they asked me to verify my identity after i sent the documents for verification they closed my account and took all my money for a very absurd reason i really don't understand what is going on

this is the reason they give really I don't know anything they don't have any proof

Who offered you to play there? because it's impossible for it to appear because you saw the thread from the casino because this casino thread has been inactive for a long time so it has been deeply embedded, unless you get an offer to play at the casino the very first time they appear on this forum and that means you have been playing there long enough.

Like some of the suggestions above, first move this thread to the Scam Accusations even though many member see this as just a complaint from a player who was detected cheating, but you won't get any answer from the casino representative so filing a complaint on askgambler is another option. But no matter what steps you take if they do find fraud it will not make you successful in taking your money even if you deny it.

Not only Blizz but the majority of the casino is doing this when a user is subjected to investigation. I don't understand too the logic behind asking KYC while they already have the decision on the case against the user which can’t be overturned by submitting an ID. They should just close the account and refund the user deposit without asking for KYC they are just getting the identity flr whatever reason they have to use against the user.

The awkward thing is these ID’s that the user being submitted might be bought or hacked which means they can’t guarantee that the ID they are holding is from the user itself. Imo, submission of ID while your account is suspected for doing shady activities is very uncomfortable since you done know of the casino will plant evidence against you same case like this one.

Some casinos also have the condition of uploading documents with your selfie to tackle these issues and have heard on the forum that one of the casino is asking to upload street selfie also with sign boards but that's too much for me. The hackers and others might be using these bought ID documents but when suspicion arise and they ask for more your funds will be blocked with your account so it's better not to do such frauds.

Why do people like learning the hard way? After getting into scammers trap you will know how to find your way into this forum and make a topic about how you get scammed, why can't you create a topic asking members if you can trust blizz.io or if any members have used blizz.io before and what can they share about their experience?

You took the bold step and walked straight into the fire, bravo, you should be brave enough to digest your losses and keep quiet about it too, what do you expect to hear from members of the forum now?

A thank you? Members on this forum prefer using online casinos that are popular on this forum, they must have ann on the forum too, this is the easiest way to trust any online casino on this forum.

If I never get to know about Bitcointalk forum I won't dare deposit a penny on any online casino because I don't trust easily.

maybe he just checked the thread that was created a year ago without any red trust on this forum then deposit it to play and I suggest it's better to play on a trusted gambling website than any website that no one reviews it.

any website is reliable please let me know

Always DYOR(Do Your Own Resewrch) my friend. You can use the forum search function if you want to research the casino that interests you before you make any deposit. Simply go on the gambling board and search the casino. It will give you all the posts that have the keyword that you search including thread and post. This way you can identify whether the casinomis trusted or red flag since the forum has a trust system for the reputation.

As an alternative, you can use https://www.btcgosu.com/ and https://gamblingbro.com/ because this two casino review platform is owned by forum member that shows hardwork by delivering quality criticism to all the existing casino here. Still always DYOR since its your money not ours.

I was so stupid that I didn't research carefully and quickly joined the scam site

Why do people like learning the hard way? After getting into scammers trap you will know how to find your way into this forum and make a topic about how you get scammed, why can't you create a topic asking members if you can trust blizz.io or if any members have used blizz.io before and what can they share about their experience?

If you are really not guilty, I advise you not to stop! Be active on all casino sites, post information in chats. If the casino values its reputation, it will return the money.
I've seen similar complaints before. The Evolution provider provided information with the same IP addresses of the player. After that, the players had to put up with it, because they themselves were to blame.
From myself, I advise you not to play Live games. They are doing dishonest business.

maybe he just checked the thread that was created a year ago without any red trust on this forum then deposit it to play and I suggest it's better to play on a trusted gambling website than any website that no one reviews it.
any website is reliable please let me know

maybe you can read the reviews from btcgosu because it contains many reviews from trusted gambling websites that are already proven and that website even has a list of all the bonuses.
btw did you try stake.com?
