What is the reason they gave you to ban your account? I can see in one of your screenshots that they asked you to fulfil KYC: did you do it? There is no proof there that you didn't abuse their terms or your KYC was valid, and your explanation on the case is very short.

Of course, 20k is an important sum of money and you must feel really angry, but to accuse a well known casino here you should provide more evidence. I hope it will be solved, but if the ban was permanent it doesn't look good.

Do you have any proof that your KYC was approved? Maybe they sent you email about it? After they approved did they ban your account or was there a different trigger that occurred?

My next questions would be on the crypto trading, did you use any bots or outside technology to execute trades? Some more details on this would be helpful. I see you told them you are a Korean youtuber, would you have any videos of your trades or anything to help this case out?

I also have had issues with Rollbit recently banning my account for 'Sportsbook abuse' but want to look at your case as objectively as possible and get the facts first.

Mind sharing the whole chain of conversation without snipping parts of it. The evidence you provided seems incomplete because support often explain how you abused their system while of course, you will ask for a better explanation which is not available on your screenshot.

I don’t know exactly how the trading on Rollbit can be abused unless they have a promotion in there that will give rewards per trade while you are using multiple account to buy and sell your own order just tomclaim the rewards without losing any money on the trade. Either way show us complete screenshot to make this accusation clear to viewer.

I am not a member or team member of Rollbit also I am not a fan of Rollbit. I have just posted my views not the views of the site or not on behalf of the team. I think they have banned your account only as you trading on their site and not playing on them which is their main target of them. Regular trading is allowed on the exchanger.

it is simple

1.trading 1000x crypto (floki and zcash) and make money 20000$ usd
2. can't withdraw money. rollbit request me KYC
3. after KYC approved, try to withdraw but can't.after around 1 hour account log out automatically
4. can't log in and account is banned with 20000$ usd

Casinos generally don't like players using their sites mainly for crypto trading since that's not the original intention.

I think you are misunderstanding what he meant, he is not talking about crypto trading like in Binance and other exchanges, it's more like binary options but with crypto up to x1000 leverage that rollbit offers.

So, just to make it clear by stating the obvious, you choose rollbit to trade instead of the conventional CEX or DEX is because they're offering 1,000x leverage? I wasn't sure I understand this feature correctly that I need to search for a back-up information from an article.

Wouldn't you agree if we say that your intention is not purely good? You came to rollbit to exploit this feature to make a huge profit from a tiny amount of money.

However, IMO, with that said, you're not the only one to blame. Rollbit also shared the burden and at fault here. If they're not ready for an "exploitation" of their feature and have a countermeasure placed to deter abuses, they shouldn't offer the feature on the first place.

Based on Razer's reply above, you've made way so many profit, roughly 670x of your initial deposit, if my calculator is not error. Wouldn't you agree that it is way above the word "enough"?

Can you briefly explain what sort of Market manipulation he did? If he got the skill to trade and make money from $100 to $67k, that's not a reason to ban a user.
