It is really that a wrong to have that kind of assumption that on whatever the amount you had gambled would really be taken it back because thats not how gambling business do works because we know that business
do run to make revenue or income into its owners and its true that you arent been forced to play which means that on whatever things you've been dealing with as long you do make out some bets on using up real money which simply is a gamble. Once you do lost, then its lost completely and dont hope for some getting those funds back and on the time you do win then for sure you wont really be having no complaints.

No one has ever been a victim of such fraud in gambling and the Gambling Authority will never support such fraudulent activities.

The casino is not a place for charity so whatever the gambler loses when betting will never be returned by the casino if possible only a Rakeback or other bonus but not returning the lost money.
There are no gamblers who are not aware of their decision to bet because betting is an activity that is really thought through so it is clear that whatever is done with all the risk the gambler accepts it but it is very strange when they get a win they regret and complain.

this is not different to the "Chess Gang" in our university back in the days , where they will give a puzzle move that you will surely see how to mate the King , but that will only happen once , because the next coming puzzle will be very difficult for you to win though when you look at it , seems to be easy but not when you made your move.

We are talking about the difference between gambling via internet or doing it in the real world, and the OP exposed a case where the victim was forced to play a biased or unfair play. We have been saying that the mentioned practice is typical and we have seen it in movies or even some in real life, but we are not linking this to online casinos.

But although I don't know concrete cases, something similar could hypothetically be done online, at a greater scale (not case by case but in a shotgun fashion). I'm thinking on pseudo-influencers who buy an old account to give a false sensation of experience and cheat on viewers so they fall in prefigured trick. For example, they could try to convince you to exploit some hypothetical weak point and share the profits, to let you eventually know that the one exploited were you and not any casino or third party.
