Trading online is easy and more profitable, as you can operate easier and quicker with huge amount of money. Try trading with cash. Just counting banknotes and coins would take a lot of time.

In general, online and offline earning hardly can be compared. Operation area is to wide. You can be a realtor, sell a multimillion estate and earn hundreds of thousands as a commission in just one day. Neither online nor offline will feel that work is superior unless we react to it ourselves. I think both are important so that we always have more options than earning on one channel. I do not agree trading is superior, you didn’t give any reasons why you believe so. For me, crypto trading is more of a side hustle and I don’t think it should be a primary source of income. Since Covid, many jobs now offer their employees the opportunity to work completely remote from home or partially remote and come to the office twice a week, it’s quite similar to working online. Even if you’re working at McDonald’s, I would not advice you quit your job to focus on trading, yes you could make some profits but what happens when you get liquidated and do not have a job to fall back on.

That will depend on the person, not everything was meant to be doing the job online nor the other way around. I don't think it's superior to say that online job compares to offline job, if we can take a look at those who are in great riches right now, most of them works offline especially those huge companies.

Online job was just likely a decade in existence and it just booms during the pandemic so I don't think it's superior. You should really be thinking up mainly that trading isnt really that something could be considered as a last resort specially when you are on a situation which you do really need job or you do really want to need to have money out from a dayjob on which we know that trading does impose up risks unlike on getting an offline or physical job which would  assure out somewhat a sure monthly income.Do it first as your side income on the time that you do have your main job because if you do go directly and tending to make it to be one, then most likely you would fail. This will always depend on your capacity and knowledge, if you’re good in trading then working fully online mighr be good for you but if you want security and stable income, having your job can also be good. I do prefer both, because I know trading is too risky for me and I can still do both while working offline. I don't know which one is superior, but it would be better if you run both. I mean trading you can do on the sidelines of your activities every day. it won't hurt your time to work and you can still get paid. the results you may get from online will only be an addition to you.

Commuting in my opinion is an unpaid hours in working, I think that companies should incentivize the commuting part of work, maybe more people will consider working on-site rather than online or better yet, a pay rise should be a consideration. Regarding online work, it's difficult if you don't know where to look for work especially with an interconnected environment that we have right now, the competition is much more fierce than ever.
