after signing i have deposited money to coinzino.io to play the first few times i withdraw is ok but after the 3rd time i have deposited and played after winning i withdraw then they closed the account and sent an email saying suspect me of violation waiting for them to investigate. after 5 days I still have not received a response from the email, then I texted the support chat on the homepage, they said I was in violation and the account was closed and can't be reopened, I asked what violation I did and asked by proof they don't answer maybe they want to take away more than 3000$ in my account

OP, by your evidence I have not yet seen whether or not they have a legitimate reason to ban you, and whether you have full rights to demand the full amount of deposited money back. But that being said, I did not see you write them the demand of a refund. So you might want to do that, so you have definitive proof that they refuse to refund your deposited funds.

If you want your scam accusation to be taken more seriously, then you should post it in the scam accusations subforum. However I would want to see more proof of who is in the wrong here.

Do you have proof of your deposit? You say if you have deposited 3 times. Try to share proof of your deposit here, if it is proven then we can report the site as a scam, and it will be recorded on this site.

In my opinion, there are lots of trusted gambling sites, don't let 1 fraudulent gambling site destroy a trusted gambling site. Do you have a specific reason why you are playing at the site? even though there are many trusted and well-known gambling sites

This case checks all the necessary criteria for the typical "new casino scams a gambler" horror story.
1.The casino is small and relatively new(I have never heard about coinzino.io before).
2.The gambler deposits a relatively big amount of money(3000 USD is a big amount).
3.The casino finds a BS excuse to blame the gambler for fraud and legally steal his money(or customer support is simply lying).
The question here is, why do gamblers keep depositing big amount of money to relatively new and untrusted online casinos? Is it because of the big bonuses or is it something else? OP, can't you just deposit 10USD and play for fun? What's the point of depositing big amounts of money? Greed? Gambling addiction?

Afaik, He didn't deposit 3000$ but rather his account contains 3000$ now after his 3rd time deposit and win. Probably he deposit less amount than that and just manage to turn it to 3000$ when he make the withdrawal. He mention that he keeps withdrawing until that 3rd time which means he is on winning streak that triggers casino investigation.

I’m not siding with casino here but most of the cases like this that newbie magically turn small amount to 3 grand or more always involves cheating on the casino games. The casino is relative new which is always being target by abusers since they knew it has a weak reputation.


Secondly, the casino from the beginning of the conversation especially the customer care you contacted has no clues of your offense meaning he or she is not I the know of what really happened and has refused to make further inquiries and it is likely they have refused giving out the information to the customer care so as to communicate you properly.

Security team is the one handling the account investigation while the support just forward information to the customer. It's normal that live support is not aware on his issue initially.

It is true that the security team is responsible for account investigation and should have been able to forward his  offense or fault to customer care to have him know what wrong he committed to warrant his account being blocked or suspended as the case maybe but here we have a customer care that should have been briefed after contacting the security but seems they did not give the customer care any hint of what happened do hence the cluelessness of the customer care service to update him on his offense. Looking at the chat you could tell even after some days interval still yet the customer care could not do update him of his offense.

It seems you've not been following Op on this issue and haven't even visited the board you directed Op to because if you did you won't have made this comment here.
As you can see as soon as Op was advised to mave or create a new thread in scam accusation board he did oblilge and created a new thread there and the thread has reserve enough traction that the casino representative has responded to the Op claiming that they have made payment to the Op but we are still waitng for confirmation from the victim (Op) to see if their claim is true or not.

The domain was registered last March of 2022. Having that said, it's still new and it can take away the deposits from its gamblers if ever it has.

It's better for OP to verify this as what coinzino's rep has said that the OP has been paid in full. Well, for further reasons they're not going to disclose what violation OP did and his account is already closed.

Some casino are fun of doing that kind of things to their players and the only thing their after is to just move away with players' money with some flimsy excuse and accuse the player of violating the term and conditions which are not true since they will not state any possible reason for doing so because it's their way of operation and they're known for such bad reputation and lies.

So the best thing is to avoid such casinos in all totality since you will end up losing money if you deposit into them.

I feel very bad right now after reading this very post because I could only imagine what op might be going through now and the chat support ot customer  support isn't even professional about their response and why will a fraud team close  down someone's account without actually pointing out the terms and conditions that was bridged and this is a clear case of a casino  playing dirties with their terms and conditions and I think this is a typical  criminal  act and should be treated as such.
I hope op stays strong to fight through this and you should try getting your lawyer to seek legal advice I suggest to know what next to do.

Trustpilot review is not really saying anything about the site, as they only have four reviews; 2 for 5 stars rating and the other 2 (including that of Op) for 1 star rating. And besides those positive reviews could be easily purchased.

This is the usual dilemma if you will play on a new site and without much knowledge about it.
Since the OP found his way to this forum, I hope he will read more threads in this board to learn which casinos are reputable or not.
Newcomers are posting their experience here if they got screwed, maybe trying to get help, good if there's active thread on this forum.
What I realized about trustpilot reviews is that some of them are fake reviews. If you are here in the forum, better read their respective threads and trust summary and you will get more detailed reviews and feedbacks towards the site.

Upon reading the conversation, I do think that there is something wrong with the casino.  If we notice, the support keep on saying that @OP breaks their terms without revealing what terms of the agreement is broken.  This is a simple saying that the casino is scamming @OP of his money.  The casino support should identify and tell the offender of his offence not just saying he broke the rule.  If @OP broke the rule, they must specify which one it is but it was never been specified, I agree that you should escalate this matter and share this to askgambler and have them investigate your case.

With the amount of deposit of @OP ($1k+) getting 3k winnings shouldn't be a problem, it is just two or three times of his deposit, and in gambling it is not news to have it 2x or 3x when you are winning,  not because an account is winning they are cheating the casino.  Oftentimes, a newly created account has this beginner's luck where they win a good sum of money.  

And if the casino accused the player of breaking the terms, they must specify which of the term is broken but sadly they did not.

With everything that has transpired I'd advised that you take a second to think before you continue using the casino and if you feel that something like this might occur again then it's best that you settle down and look for a more reputable casino, we have a lot of them here you could just scan thought the service board or service discussion board and read through their ANN to see if you'll see any one that suites you.

Congratulations mate. This is the power of unity. The forum was united to speaking on your behalf so that the casino would do the needful and at last it was resolved amicably and your funds returned back to you but would it not be fine you or the casino show us poof so that their reputation be restored. I would also advise to always do due diligence before engaging with any casino or if you find it difficult sourcing for casino out there, you can source for casino here as there are lots of casino here with good reputation and have been running for long. after signing i have deposited money to coinzino.io to play the first few times i withdraw is ok but after the 3rd time i have deposited and played after winning i withdraw then they closed the account and sent an email saying suspect me of violation waiting for them to investigate. after 5 days I still have not received a response from the email, then I texted the support chat on the homepage, they said I was in violation and the account was closed and can't be reopened, I asked what violation I did and asked by proof they don't answer maybe they want to take away more than 3000$ in my account

Let's first make it clear this way, if a casino is not a scam one and is trusted to deliver upto expectations base on the level of reputation they had and years of experience, a right mind thinking casino cannot just pause and disabled your account for no reason, also look it from this channel maybe you truly violated their rules, why not first go back to their ToS and read their policy again, then am not sure if this casino have their representative on this forum which is why one must look into the deep history of the casino before using them.

With respect to a gambler defaulting their terms and conditions, be it known or unknown to the gambler, the casino must reply to the gambler letting them know of their offense and  citing the offense as captured in their terms and conditions of services this we can be rest assured
that the casino is being fair on their judgement and if there must be a bargain, it would start from there while the consciousness of gambler is already awaken to their offense.
