Hello, just won some money and they do not wanna to withdraw it for 2days.
I made KYC and sent some AML documents what they asked. I think i still in minus on DuelBits, but they just wanna steal my money, clowns.
There is no INSTANT withdrawals. No any good support. Just scam.

Just checked your screenshots, what is weird is that you received a 500k withdrawal the same day 5h earlier but that the other one is still processing. But given this kind of amount, it seems normal that it can take some time to do extra checks. Duelbits is legit so I would give them some more time and hopefully they process your withdrawal quickly.

Try to be patient. They are telling you to wait, with that large amount they need to verify if there's nothing suspicious on the account's activity, their system and everything. 2 days is still too early to accused them despite of answering them responsively answering your questions.

Can you show us your wagering record because you might request to withdraw while you still didn't wager the minimum requirements? Your history shows how you manage to deposit and withdraw that same amount in the past without any problem so just be patient because they might just be investigating you for coin mixing or something since your account history shows the same pattern but rest assured that they will not gonna scam you no matter how huge your balance because they have a very solid reputation here.

The question for you is, is there a casino that will provide ETA when processing KYC from its players? To be honest, I have never come across it because the support agent is only in charge of answering questions from users and there are other departments that will process KYC, withdrawals, and include inspections when there are suspicions about their players.
I doubt they don't have the ability to pay players who make withdrawals because Duelbits sponsors football clubs in the English premier league and of course, the value is bigger. So besides the Op being able to post in the scam accusations section, it is also hoped that he will be patient waiting for his complaint to be processed by the casino, if Op is still able to log into his account it could be better to also include evidence from his game history to strengthen existing evidence.

I agree with you, however not only Duelbits but several other casinos will definitely do the same if their customers hit a big win and want to withdraw it.
This is a natural thing because casinos cannot just accept large withdrawal requests, they must first verify it to avoid unwanted or suspicious things.
I don't think the OP needs to state that the team has tricked him because it is listed for him to wait for the verification to complete first.
Saying this is a scam is too quick an assumption in my opinion.

we are talking "Half a Million " Dollars here mate , and for sure only few  casino will  imply instant withdrawals with this high amount and the support is asking you to wait but you are consistent in asking though it is only 48 hours passed?
there are even lower price claims that took weeks or even months before processed and released.
maybe try to have small patience and provide more proofs about the amount because you are asking for huge amount .

Cannot blame the customer support agents too, as they are doing only their job. It’s the internal verification team who is slowing the process. I know it’s a big amount, and when you wait 48 hours+ while waiting, it feels uneasy. Moreover OP you also mentioned that you have provided them with your KYC. So as I can see from the screenshot, you have made 2 times 500k withdrawal before this, so at that time, they didn’t ask for KYC? Did you cheated somehow in the game and won now? Or are you sure you have not violated any terms of services of the site? If not try to wait for a week and see the status of your situation. Its too early for this kind of accusation, Duelbits does not have a record of not paying their players if they deserve it, it's your being impatient that causes this anger we've all been saying if they asked for KYC it's because you sign up for this, we're not talking about the small amount it's a big amount, your anxiety gets the worse of you.
Control your eagerness to play and wait for the result of the verification and just hope it will go well if you think your account is clean then be confident,  and not angry about the delay.

I think I read that some KYC can take up to 30 days or something. Not sure if it always does, but until they say we are or are not going to honor your withdrawal you should try to keep it civil. Calling them clowns in every other sentence, or even creating this thread isn't going to speed up the process.

There are two past accusations against Duelbits has been resolved:
1. [Duelbits] SCAM Withdrawal Issue (Resolved)
2. duelbits.com scam me 16K USD with big proof

Duelbits has an instant withdrawal, but $500,000 is a big amount of money and you have withdraw few times, your activity trigger their system and it's make them to investigate your account whenever you have broke their rule or not.

I wouldn't say it's scam, they still hold your money for 2 days while other casinos are holding the gambler money for a week, month or six months.

The other $500k withdrawal request, if I am judging correctly, was about 4 times within 2 days, which is 2 million dollars withdrawn from an account. This might either be because the other withdrawal was not a success, which they later reversed to the account, or the other few were successful before the other recent withdrawal. If they are successful, it's also enough reason for a new withdrawal delay.

This is an online casino we are talking about here, and only a few online casinos can pay this huge amount of money to their customers within 48 hours. I am not saying the withdrawal was purposefully suspended, but we could also look at it from that angle too. And the technical team will be working all hands on deck to see if there is any suspicious gaming behavior. They will always come up with a solution, I believe. The OP just has to give them time. Judging by the amount, I know it warrants panic, but panic can't resolve anything here either. Let's just wait for the Dullbit representative to come and explain to the OP.

OP there is not much evidence to back your claim and many people especially new accounts have been accusing top rated gambling platforms on this forum for months, those accusation always come from new accounts, I have read some this 2023 and it's getting annoying.
