Hi everyone i want tell you my story with that casino duelbits.com . My account with them since 2020 my username sasky1994 . but before 17 days after they see my account have good green profit they asked me for my KYC i sent to them the KYC and i waiting them 6 days after that they told me they done the KYC but your account under investigation they delete my all balance and i waiting them 16 days every day i ask them about my case they told me please be patient is that fair? This my last big win in screenshot

Does this mean you're have successfully withdraw multiple times, but your $2,740 withdrawals since June 27 are still processing until now? the rest $13K which on your account has been wiped by them? they must be have explanation behind that.

Well, no doubt Duelbits flagged your accounts since you're won big money and exceed your deposit amount, I think they're currently do a whole investigation to see if your account have did suspicious or breaking their TOS.

AFAICS the accusation is legit and we're need to wait Duelbits's response this accusation.

If they told you to wait for your withdrawal to be processed? Just wait. Perhaps, it has something to do with frequent large withdrawal in which they deemed suspicious.

Duelbits have been operating a for a few years now with lots of promotional campaigns, games and bonuses, so I think they won't sacrifice their reputation just for this one. Plus, it would be a good idea if you can include the conversion between you and support. Don't forget to follow up your issues with them.

As far as I'm aware, if a player requests a withdrawal while the process is still in progress and before the request is broadcasted to the network, casinos automatically deduct the requested amount from the player's wallet balance.

So I guess this is normal.

Take a look at the screenshots OP has posted, it clearly says that his withdrawal is still "processing..." in which most casino do this often on their platform not just Duelbits.

There is no some sort of "deleting logs" because that would be a surefire recipe for a disaster especially for complaints like this one.

The words "balance" and "logs" have very different meanings. Moreover, as you can see from the screenshots of the conversation with the support, they did not delete his balance but put it "on hold" until the case is resolved. This is a normal procedure in almost all casinos.

As I said before, please read more carefully before posting.

This is the normal process and the site should ensure that the gambler understand this process, because if they don't this will be the result, the gambler will panic and probably will spread the news right away to ask for some help. There's a clear proof that the site is cooperating with OP, so let's wait for the final explanation of Duelbits and I believe if proven wrong, the site should compensate the waiting time, imagine the stress that this gambler feel, if the site see the irregularities they should say it right away.

I went through all the information here that you have provided here, there are many things to consider first of all, his funds are actually on hold and it's been more than 3 days, which means that the company is investigating on how the guy won this big and they are trying to find a loophole somehow so that they might not have to pay upfront.

I do think that for a processing even if worst comes to worst you don't have to wait for more than 3 days, therefore right now I do believe that duelbits needs to either consider his case, make sure they pay him up or legally provide an argument so as why they are not doing that already.

This seems to be a serious issue. It is a good thing that you brought you it up here since Duelbits is active here, I hope they resolve it very soon since you have been waiting for more than 2 weeks now. It's not good if you'll ask me. But keep being patient and wait for them. 16 days is a long time frame IMO, perhaps Duelbits can share some overview about your case (what is the account's issue and so on) so we'll also be enlightened about this one.

As per my experience, I have no bad experience depositing, playing, and withdrawing with Duelbits. I also been there since 2020, but I'm a smaller gambler compared to you OP.
