UEFA National League 2nd semi-final match is about to start between Spain vs Italy at De Grolsch Veste Stadium in Netherlands. Both teams are strong enough to put up a great fight and it's hard to say which team will win. But Spain is stronger than Italy and Spain has many good stars who can perform well. But I noticed Italy is ahead of Spain in FIFA ranking. So it cannot be said for sure which team will perform well in the field. Croatia and Netherlands played yesterday, Croatia won brilliantly. so today's match cannot be confirmed whether Spain will win or Italy will certainly try to perform well enough to win the two teams.

As expected, Spain was the better side throughout the match and Italy did not show up fully. They were behind Spain in the match and did not have much opportunity to meet the ball. Spain scored in 88 and won 2-1 to face Croatia in the final. I'm sure it will be a good final, I think Croatia will beat Spain in the final and reach the cup.

Yes this was the case in the second half but I was actually waiting for this to happen. Because there was a clear superiority by Spain over Italy so it was the best for Italy to be just patient and focus on their defending. It is inevitable that your opponent starts creating even more dangerous attacks in this case. Italy still did a really good work by keeping the score at 1-1 until the last minutes. But that upsetting goal by Joselu came in these minutes and it was devastating for Italy.

There wasn't much time left for an answer and Spain managed to secure the win. It is good for them because if we we watched extra time then it might have been for the benefit of Italy. Joselu was like a savior of his team because he scored only 4 minutes after Morata was replaced by him.

Italy given Spain a gift in the 8 minute, the pass from Donnarumma should not go to Bonucci, that was the mistake and the lucky 1:0 for Spain. In the next 20 minutes was Italy with 2 goals the better team, but one goal was not given because of offside. Then Spain was over a long time the better team, they have shot very often on the goal of the Italians, a total of 19 times. Shortly before the end then the 2:1, I would have liked to see the two play another halftime. was a good game.

I wasn't so confident about the match having 3 goals or more, and if I had to bet, I would put a maximum of 2 goals, I'm glad I didn't place that bet.

I honestly thought that this time it would not be extra time and in fact it should not have happened that the football referee extended the match max 4 minutes and not even 6. Of course, this is not an excuse for the complete confusion that prevailed in those minutes when it came to Croatia, but they obviously cannot do without real drama.

Well it could have gone the other way if Var approved the Italy goal in the first half. But for me this was a couple of easy bets on this match especially on goals. Also i think that Spain will struggle a lot with this Croatian team that plays really good togheter. Will be an intresting final.

I see no reason why Morata would be the number 9 of Spain and still act like he's still on the training ground, for what reason would an attacker who has many chances but could not convert like 2 or even all. I'd prefer having someone like Diego Costa than Morata, the man Morata is like a mistake to the Spanish national side and if they get to meet a team like England it won't be in the favor of the Spanish side.
Spain need to get a better striker and not Alvaro Morata, how I wish Immobile was a Spanish player, that's the kind Spain needs to get more goals, a sharp striker.

I would not say it was an easy win for the Spaniards due to the score line being marginal and it was close to heading into extra time just like the game between Croatia and Netherlands. However, Spain were undeniably the better side to be honest, they created more chances and it was quite different accustomed style of dominating the ball possession with any distinct objective for it than just the pass accuracy that are always well above good percentage, they had more attempts on goal and the victory was well deserved.

Although, I really can't judge the new system just by one game against a team with a substandard midfielders, I guess there should be more insight into what to expect of them along the line when they play against Croatia, which I believe have more quality midfielders than the Italian counterpart, that would be a better and tougher test for Spain.

I think this time Italy will be different and will surprise Spain but it seems that even Italy can only score goals from the penalty spot. Unsatisfactory results achieved by Italy and I do not know when they will be like this in international competition. Spain did a good job to beat Italy in the semifinals and thanks to a goal scored by Joselu in stoppage time, Spain stepped into the final round of the nations league against Croatia. I can't wait to see who will be the champion this time, considering that both teams are equally strong and it will probably be much more fun to see a team that has the same attacking style of play.

Spain were actually not in a very comfortable position during the match. Therefore it wouldn't be fair to say that they won without problems. Because Italy couldn't take advantage of really critical goal chances. Frattesi could have scored a goal with an amazing assist if he wasn't offside. Frattesi had another big opportunity in the second half but he targeted Simon with his shot. I can also say that Morata was really disappointing. He wasted big opportunities and in one of them the goal was like nearly empty.

Le Normand played his first official national match in his career but it started like a nightmare. Because he caused a penalty on Zaniolo's shot. This match could have gone to extra time though if the ball didn't hit two Italian players and found Joselu in a wonderful position to score.
