It was my big mistake to trust betnomi.com before reading all their reviews here but after I saw their multiple scam attemps on this forum I decided to make this thread to warn others and try get my money back.

What happened:

I made 2 deposits of 0.03690btc each, that was 2x1000$ on 21th May, I wagered it mostly on e-sports bets (CS:GO) some day I won big some day I lost big but at the end my stats are 39 bets won 16 losts over 10 days of playing on their site. On 1st June I decided to withdraw my balance from their site as I saw that they limited my account to <0.1$ stakes so I requested withdrawal of 0.12586 BTC, and after that I got email that they noticed "suspicious activity" on my account. We all know that these types of scam sites notice only suspictious activity when it comes to withdraw your funds. I tried complete their KYC but everytime It got rejected.
I don't know what was the real reason of the rejection as their support seems not very helpfull at all, and could not provide simple concrete answers.
Next day after failed attempt to complete their intermidate verification they removed this option from my account, when I asked support why button does not redirect me anymore I was told that I should try start the verification via mobile phone, I've tried that but button still didn't redirect me for verification, I asked straight if they disabled it for me and support said that probably "have some restriction on my account" and their team is working on that.

They advertise as no-KYC crypto casino/sportsbook and forced me to complete their verification only to reject it and restrict my account from withdrawals.
Does require a KYC to cash out? and how much the transaction fee in BTC?

No, we do not require KCY for withdrawals. However, KYC maybe required for our Jackpots currently at (1.2 million $) for regulatory reason.
We are working with our lawyers to improve our terms and policies to minimize as much as possible required information's if any.

Did they give you a time frame of when it would be resolved? May I also ask if you are playing from a restricted country at all or using a VPN?

I'm not trying to blame you in any way because we all know that casinos are shady in many ways.

But this has been mentioned here several times before. If you are using a casino that requires KYC verification, complete it before making your first deposit or playing at the casino in any way. This makes you seem legit in every possible way. A lot of people have experienced this issue before and I believe it will continue to happen as long as they are not following this method.

Keep in mind that casinos are always looking for a way to hold your money, no matter how little it is. So, don't give them any reason to do so.

You are quoting an old post from 2020 for your defense. A lot of things can happen in three years, especially when it comes to terms of service for a crypto related service
Always refer to the actual terms of service of a casino and read them extensively before using it

Scrutinizing their current terms of service. This is what I saw in regard to KYC

I checked Betnomis ETH hot wallet.  The last withdrawal went through 4 days 6 hrs ago, 26.5 USDT.

Betnomi already had problems back in May, for example @GekkeBelg had to wait 26 days to get his money.

Betnomi hasn't scammed you yet. The withdrawal delays are a common thing at Betnomi.com. I have faced the delays on 70% withdrawals of mine when I was playing there in 2020. They have been running their business in this way for years.

About the KYC, Betnomi has updated their KYC related terms a long time ago. You won't be able to find out any recent posts of Betnomi where they mentioned KYC isn't required. Just wait until they fixed the issues on their site, then see whether the KYC verification works or not. They will pay you if you haven't done anything wrong.

I understand correctly they're only locking your withdrawal and not your account? Can you perhaps add more evidences like your betting history and everything you can? It won't hurt either to take screenshots of everything just for a keep-safe, in case you got locked out from your account. Not that I am saying they'll do that.

This was exactly my thoughts as I read through your post. If Betnomi wants you to complete KYC, why disable the button leading to KYC? I thought it could be a general issue from the backend.
Meanwhile, having issues with KYC is somthing that isn't complicated, so support must have given you a tangible reply but you didn't include it here. I would like to see the screenshot of the chat between you and betnomi support.
However, I know the feelings when you are hindered from withdrawing when the deposit was seamless. But I'll advice you to calm as your account isn't locked, it could be the delay as attested by some forum members.
Have you tried writing on their Ann thread about this?

What I mean to say here is, if they've already replied to you, why didn't you post the screenshots of the chat/PM logs where you had a debate with them regarding your withdrawal?

I believe they also had a live chat on their website, did you try to connect with them directly?

This was exactly my thoughts as I read through your post. If Betnomi wants you to complete KYC, why disable the button leading to KYC?

If you upload your documents multiple times and every time they get rejected, then the service may disable this option for you to avoid any attempt to abuse it.
However, if the service rejects your documents and don't let you pass their kyc verification, they must explain why they did so and explain what you are supposed to do to fix the problem. Rejecting your documents just like that without no explanation is a shady behavior. Just my opinion, though!

May I ask OP to decide against it? I've been trying to reach betnomi's representative through PM, and I am notifying icopress right now by mentioning his username here [hopefully he use the notification bot] as he has previously helped intermediating cases against betnomi.

OP has made a scam accusation against betnomi. Creating "another topic" by writing on their ann will make it harder for people overseeing this case to keep track of the flow of information as they have to get back and forth between threads. If OP wanted to move the discussion to their ann thread, then lock this thread for the time being until a result has been reached and re-open it just to update with the final verdict. Otherwise, just wait here until their representative come with an answer, or --if OP deemed he has to-- wrote to notify them about the existance of this thread on their ANN, but refrain from engaging further discussion made by other users on that thread and invite anyone who interested to move to this thread.

I said this above that it will be a general problem from the back end and not peculiar to only Op. Ico has already messaged then and I believe they will respond. But then if it's a general issue, you have no option than to wait.

Honestly, I don't know how some of this support stuff are given such sensitive jobs minus proper personal communication skills. I know customers can be annoying sometimes, but it could have been handled in a better way.
They are human beings as well. Sometimes they had to respond to more than ten users in a minute. They have some pre-written responses that they use when a global issue arises. For example, They have an issue with KYC verifications. If ten users ask similar questions, there is nothing wrong with answering them with exact text. You have to note that they are just customer support and don't decide what to do. They forward the information to the administration and suggest what they should do. Let's say users saying why didn't you guys write a notification that you have issues with KYC verifications? Well, Support doesn't have the power to do it. All they can do is suggest the admin panel to do it.

Moreover, sometimes Support can take time to respond because they might have connected with several users simultaneously. Sometimes customers behave rudely, and it's easy for a human to lose their temper. They are not Chat Bots who will respond politely all the time. If you talk with them well, they won't be rude.

I think we should also consider a possibility that their customer support's response is to deescalate the situation. The screenshot is too short and didn't give a bigger picture of the situation at that time, but there is a possibility that copiouscoolant was there to fuel the fire, giving provocative chat while they didn't actually have a situation or issue at that time.

The OP already applied for refund last December and probably he is already included on this batch of refunded user. He doesn’t update anymore this thread and he is not online in the forum since his last post on Betnomi thread for refund.

Let’s wait on his reply here once he becomes active again. The important thing is he applied for refund and he is aware that there’s a refund process which means he is still not totally got scammed depending on the result of the refund.

We have to warn people that Betnomi is constantly scamming, the only way to do is by replying on these threads.
The fact that it was resvoled later is already a very bad sign, there should be no accusation in the first place!
