It's a home game for PSG so I find Newcastle chances of winning very low. Secondly, Newcastle haven't been in form lately but it still could be possible that Newcastle will try hard here given the situation they are in. No one likes the situation where you have to depend on other fixtures to get qualified or advance to next stage so I hope Newcastle makes the next round more exciting by winning against PSG despite the odds.

Yep. Newcastle managed to deliver an early pre Christmas package to PSG! Theae are the kinda things that happens when you try to underestimate a team and if you had seen the game, you'd notice that PSG gave it to Newcastle good in terms of accurate passes, counter attacks and the rest and to a point almost came close to scoring a goal through Mbappe but it was missed.
Alexander Isak's goal in the 24' was all the morale booster they needed and honestly, I knew they won't be able to keep that goal and was hoping they would score another to solidify their win, because if there's something PSG is good at especially in a crucial game as this is a comeback.
 In their group F, group of death as I'd like to call it, thanks to this draw ,Newcastle has managed to drive their way to 3rd  place beneath leaders PSG and leaders Dortmund and thanks to AC Milan losing to Dortmund, they managed to secure a spot in the Europa. All hope's not entirely lost.
A good game I must say and quite impressive for them who haven't tasted champions league action since the 2003/04 season.

Newcastle has really improved now since the beginning of the season but no one expected them to locked head with Paris especially at their home ground. It was very unfortunate that that they were not able to go away with the complete three points because of that late penalty. The truth is PSG seems to be overhyped in their domestic league perhaps, because it's a collection of average teams and they keep on dominating year in and year out. Premier league teams always prove themselves outside unless when they are totally not in form. We all don't expect such performance from Newcastle in that group when the fixtures were released at first but they are proving everyone wrong. Although their chances of qualifying to next round is very slim and securing a win in the next game against Milan is not enough to determine that unless PSG lose against Dortmund which is likely possible to happen but time shall tells.

I have high hopes for PSG in this match. Initially I thought PSG would avenge their defeat by Newcastle in the first match by winning yesterday's match. But I was wrong because even though PSG continues to control the game, we can see that Newcastle has more effective playing skills so far. They continued to be pressured but were able to continue to survive and maintain their 1 goal lead. Unfortunately, 1 goal from a penalty obtained by PSG completely destroyed Newcastle's hopes of getting full points in this match. But PSG getting a draw as hosts feels a little unbelievable. But this really proves that clubs from the Premier League are always strong, even when Newcastle, which is currently not in its best performance, was still able to hold PSG to a draw. Mbappe also missed too many opportunities in this match. And it looks like Newcastle cannot be underestimated. Even though they have minimal experience in the UCL, being able to make things difficult for PSG is an extraordinary achievement.

I have no doubt that Bayern Munich will continue their winning streak, unless they are very unlucky. They have won all four matches in the Champions League. Copenhagen is not a strong team. Moreover, it is Bayern Munich's home match. So Munich is very unlikely to lose points in this match.
Manchester United's performance is poor. The bond between the players is not good. Manchester United lost three out of four matches. An away match against Galatasaray is more difficult for United to win. I think this match is more likely to be a draw. Munich and Galatasaray from Group A are more likely to qualify for the knockout rounds.

Knowing that PSG was lucky in this match, Newcastle led until the last minute. In the final minutes of the game, PSG received a controversial penalty. Minute 90+6, Livramento let the ball touch his hand within 16m50, but in slow motion, it can be seen that the ball hit this player's chest before finding his arm. Livramento's arm also did not rise during this phase. His hands are kept low, in a natural position when running. It was indeed too harsh for that decision to blow a penalty. Newcastle should not have unfairly lost two points because of that decision. I feel annoyed with this decision of the referee.

It means even if Newcastle United win in a last match, it will still not be enough for them to surpass PSG. Hope PSG to lose against Dortmund is something unrealistic when we consider the advantage of Dortmund.

With Newcastle having 5 points, 2 points behind PSG, they must win against Milan to have any hope of progressing. The situation of this club is challenging. These UCL matches are easier to predict, I'll be playing some few tickets today, probably 2-3 inother to grab significant winnings from the system. If there are no surprises, I think that after this match, the scenario is that Bayern will continue to maintain their position in the group against the remaining opponents. Actually, I really like MU, but frankly looking at the fact that this season they are in bad form with what they are performing, I am not too optimistic about their ability to continue, and even If it happens, MU will not be able to compete for a higher position in the tournament, perhaps this comeback is not well prepared.

Last night's Champions League results have given us a clearer picture of the teams likely to advance to the next round, including Atletico Madrid, Lazio, Dortmund, and Barcelona.

PSG are such a horrible team in this game. I never expected them to struggle this much against Newcastle. I don't know what is happening with them. Mbappe is also having one of his worst games by the way. The team are performing terrible as a whole. They don't deserve even one point with this performance honestly.

It was truly an interesting match that shocked a lot of people. Who would have believed that PSG that destroyed Borussia Dortmund two goals to nil will not be able to win Newcastle either home or away considering the fact that Dortmund won Newcastle? This is one twist in football that makes the sporting event unique and help the Bookies remain in profits.

After last night's match, there were 4 additional teams that made it through to the round of 16 and those were Atletico, Barcelona, Dortmund and Lazio. All teams won the match with convincing scores and I think these four teams really deserve a place in the next round. The Blaugrana have certainly learned from previous experiences and do not want the same results to be repeated. As one of the big teams in the competition, Barcelona should do better.

PSG's match against Newcastle was quite balanced and here it was proven that Newcastle can take advantage of the slightest opportunity so that they can get points at home to PSG, this is quite a fierce match.

And Borussia Dortmund's victory at home to AC Milan was really impressive, I didn't expect Borussia Dortmund to win with such a landslide score.
Indeed, if you look at the AC Milan team since the start of the season, they can see that there has been a significant decline in performance, this is quite detrimental for the AC Milan team.

PSG was just lucky, nothing more. A loss at home to a mid-tier team would've been devastating. Judging from this performance today from PSG, I'm not sure they'd go very far in the tournament.

The goal had to just go in be it a penalty goal or an own goal PSG just needed to score a goal because they dominated the game and created couple of chances plus it will be a slap on the face of PSG that they lost home and away to a mid-tier team that just got a champions league appearance after so many years and most of the players got their first champions league appearance for the first time this season. We all aware that Newcastle is a team that is good at playing stronger opponents so i never expected less from them, just this season they have won Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, PSG and Arsenal all this season though they lost to Manchester City in the premier league but eliminated them in the EFL cup.

The match ended, and Manchester City won the match. Leipzig scored two goals in the first half of the match. I was thinking the match would be kind of difficult to win for Manchester City, but to my greatest surprise, Manchester City was able to score three goals in the second half of the match, which gave them victory in the match. Manchester City won all five matches that they have played, that's really a good one for them, but I will say that Manchester City is not really in a difficult group, most of the clubs that are in the group are not really strong clubs. That's why it's kind of easy for Manchester City.

I had believe that Manchester City will win the match but I won’t lie i got scared when Leipzig went 2 goals up till the end of the first half, I thought they have lost the match and i had given up on my bet because they are the only team i was waiting for. When i saw them score early in the second half i just knew there is still hope to get a second goal but my prayer was to score a second goal before 80 minutes which they did.

They were lucky to be in an easy group so there was really no much challenge for them but let’s see how good they are in the next round of the competition.

Yeah actually Newcastle United has a very good chance of qualifying from there group but however there chances of qualifying is totally depend on the outcome of the match between Borussia Dortmund and PSG so if Borussia Dortmund finally wins PSG then Newcastle United wins AC Milan I think the possibility will be certain.

So I have a strong feeling that Borussia Dortmund will surely wins PSG because they are far better in times of performance and more experience players than PSG, and even checking from there past record this season Borussia Dortmund has been very good in performance than any other club in there league table, and Newcastle United in the other hand they have an upper chance of wining AC Milan so they should really put in there possible best to make sure they win AC Milan because if they failed they will miss there opportunity of qualifying from there group.

I rooted for Newcastle yesterday to beat PSG. They were on the way to securing the 3 points which would have put qualification to the knockout stage into their own hands until when PSG had a penalty. The draw means it will be PSG who progress if they better Newcastle’s result in the final Group game.
I think for Newcastle to qualify, they will have to rely on Dortmund vs PSG result. If PSG draw or lose then Newcastle will qualify because I’m sure they will beat AC Milan at St. James park.

They should have buried the game against PSG yesterday. They played the whole second half defending the goal they scored in the first half. Even with the 8 minutes additional time, they still didn’t plan to launch an attack and they were punished for that. Dortmund has qualified and they’re playing against a PSG side that will do everything to make the next round. I am hoping they don’t relent against PSG knowing that a lose or draw won’t affect them as they have qualified already.
