To be honest, it's not easy for me to quit gambling. But I gamble only for fun. So I gamble for some adrenaline and some dopamine. I am sure that one day I will definitely not lose control if I win a lot of money while gambling. Because I know why I gamble. If a person manages to control himself, it is okay for him to go back to gambling, even if he wins or loses money from gambling. I don't think it's about luck. I think it's a matter of willpower. We cannot control our luck. But we can control our willpower.

Gambling is a deadly addiction, but it is not for everyone. Gambling is a deadly addiction for those who cannot control themselves while gambling. There are some people.  People who gamble often lose control of their money.I think it's fine if you gamble in your free time. But if you choose gambling as a way of income, it can be a big disadvantage for you.

My question is almost every body in the gambling world today knows this particular fact about this habit and its high rate of getting addicted to it but many people still fall victims to this why?.

Gambling is a very tricky act that leads people to doing crazy thing but thats only if you see as a means of always doubling your money but the hard fact  is that no gambler ever goes to gamble expecting to lose.

For many reasons there are still too many who are victims of gambling addiction and what is more certain is the increasing number of gamblers or many novice gamblers who enter the world of gambling with the wrong thought of gambling as a place to multiply and end up addicted.
Actually it's not that complicated but people feel this problem is too complicated.

For a person who is on the sideline watching the situation, it seems that it is simple and not complicated, but the truth, for a gambler that is hooked on the game is really complicated.  This is like a situation of a viewer which has a top view of a maze and the player who is inside the maze.

In fact, if we can always control ourselves to control our emotions to avoid increasing the number of bets and chasing defeats, we will definitely avoid gambling addiction.

There are several Stake users I personally know, these guys have won over $100k but lost profit back in a month. Something doesn't let them to win anymore after one point, they destroy their profit ratio with useless gambling strategies that are used for beating the house edge.

I thought it didn't matter, is it because I don't gamble often enough so I don't feel heavy? At least, gambling is not my routine activity, but rather one of my free time activities. So, it doesn't really bother me. And it doesn't make me an addict. And because of this too, I have never experienced high wins or lots of losses. Maybe because they are not too excited or sometimes they are just playing around.
However, I'm sure everyone's condition is different. And maybe it will be very different from other people. That is another good point I haven't focused on yet, taking a break from gambling for a few weeks is no problem for me. If I don't visit a casino for some time it's not like I start sweating and dreaming of gambling. Probably my brain already knows that it's only a limited period where I stop gambling and that I eventually come back. I am not sure if I could really stop gambling forever. I would rather place 100 times 1 USD bets than only place 2 times a 50 USD bets. At first I didn't think that someone who had gotten a big win at gambling would be able to stop doing it, because I know there are many cases where someone who has gotten a lot of wins will get even more addicted to gambling, and that can happen. There is no denying that everyone is greedy when it comes to money and always wants something more than before. I should say first that I’ve never bet a lot of money on anything really. I could be wrong but I think $175 is probably the largest bet I’ve ever made with a casino. For me it would be easy to stop, but not because I won life changing money. I gamble for the fun, so making money doesn’t have a lot to do with my decision. Yes, I've also heard someone's story, he became a businessman after he won big from gambling that's why those who succeed are like 1% of 1000% of players, not many get the luck of big wins it seems, after all most people every time they win big they keep on playing gambling until they get even more, like a greedy person so that instead of getting profit he spends his winnings and his money until he becomes an addict.

Really that impossible that you wouldn't really be having those responses on the time that you would be having some huge wins on which you would really be hearing up those voices on your head or those thoughts that you should need to stop for you to secure your profits on which you would really be thinking that you have already break even with your losses.

The issue on here is that most people doesnt really mind or simply ignore those things on which they've been aware but they did tolerate their thinking about on winning more and this is where

I think quitting will be hard, especially if you won a large amount of money in gambling. A good example is, whenever I win a significant amount of money in gambling, I am more enticed to gamble. Winning a life changing money may put me into a life of gambling. Discipline can also play a large role in determining if the gambler will stop or continue to gamble. A more disciplined individual may be able to stop gambling if he ever makes that much money because he can control himself. Otherwise, the opposite can happen.

It happened to me many times though it's not a huge winning. The thought that you can replicate those previous wins can really motivate a gambler to play again. But in reality the chances are slim especially if it's a huge amount. Thus it's really best to already stop once you experience winning huge. Just quit and divert your attention on how to use the winning money to earn a passive income and not thinking to return back playing again.

Nevertheless, self control is the key to refrain ourselves from playing. It might hard but if you are determine to stop since you already win a huge amount, then nothing is impossible. It just depends on how the gambler deal with it.

Gambling is never a good thing. There are many people who play gambling for fun and there are many people who take gambling as a profession. There is a kind of greed that works in gambling which is very dangerous. You win 100$ by betting from one place and then you see the greed to win more money. But you will see that you lose what you have won in the greed of winning money. In my opinion you should not go back to gambling after making a lot of money because it will lead you to ruin. I have made a lot of money in my life by gambling but I was not able to keep it because of that Now quit gambling. I will tell you from my real experience to refrain from gambling.
