I would say that it is better to buy land early while its values ​​are still low because as time goes on land values ​​increase. But if you prefer to just make these rental houses or hotels, it is better and can give you income that you can buy land again. But if for people like us who have simple livelihoods, it is better to just make it our own home, I currently do not have my own land to buy and only borrow land to build a small house because of poverty and low education but I am trying my best to get out and buy my own land for my loved ones. There are so many advantages of owning large land. even you can create a new business like gardening, then do export, or you make changes or apartments, and so on. besides, if the location is strategic, it can increase the selling value in a short time.

Half of the rich people keep continue to swim in fame and wealth because of their occupied landed properties. If you own a land, housing estate you can be sure living great but this wealth are mostly control by political leaders and BD individuals......if you're blessed enough begins to occupy property's that can sure your next generation... In my country Nigeria if you don't have any of this properties forget yourself, you will end up making life mortgage and tenancy. Land never depreciates it keeps buying higher that's why I considered it the best investment. What do you think?
It is true that investing in land properties is a profitable and safe method, but there are many limitations. It may be due to the laws and regulations of your country or you may not have the funds you need for this investment.
Since investing in land properties requires a large fund, not everyone can do this investment, but those who can start it they do not have to look back. I have seen many people around me who have been very successful in buying and selling land properties.If we look at other investments then we will see that every investment has volatilities in which either it will give you very profitable profit or it will give you loss. But in terms of land properties what I have seen in my neighborhood no land price is going down day by day land price is going up.
But some times here also we have to face complications such as fake land documents, many times when we buy land without checking the documents properly but later we have to get into legal complications. Land value never depreciates. It also depends upon the location and the surroundings, based on which will be the market. Whatever the investment, it'll give return. All that required is the patience, which we can never expect with our people. Everyone want to invest today and need their investment to be doubled by the very next day. Maybe there are few lucky ones who were able to experience similar things, and for the same it isn't mandatory that we could also have the same luck.
Yes. Land value always appreciates, and even if the location is not that great but once the area will be develop, expect that everything in there will turn instant expensive. So it’s better to buy the property while it’s price is quite low, just like crypto investment, so that you can purchase a bigger part of it and will definitely give higher returns in the future. Not actually the best investment for me but it’s definitely one of the in demand investments nowadays. And also that’s one of my goals why I keep investing in the crypto market so as to diversify my investment too by acquiring landed properties. At least when crypto is no longer profitable anymore, we don’t know in the future, then I have my owned properties that can still give me passive income even when crypto is not making me profitable anymore.

Doesnt which way or method you would be doing as long you could be able to accumulate funds for you to invest or simply could be able to hit up your target then that what matter the most.

People wouldnt really be that be able to reach out their goals or wishes just because they dont act and do all sorts of things on which it would be giving out chances for them to at least be able to progress and changed up their lives when it comes to financial. Land properties arent that cheap.So whats the solution? Finding other source of income and trying out to compound those profits until you
would  really be coming into a point on which you could be able to buy on what you wanted or wished for.

We could really make out some comparison on how these things do make out some appreciation in price but if ever we can be able to reach out such target then we know that there are
lots of options on which we could be able to take on.

Yes, normally, no one has Only one goal in life. It's usually various goals, of which anyone who wants to have landed properties may equally want to have some Bitcoin investment as long as they are aware of Bitcoin. So, just as you said, it doesn't matter which way it's done, but in whatever way the person finds to be easier for them to invest. A friend here always says, "Invest in Bitcoin in a way that doesn't affect your mental health (phycologically)." If someone thinks the best option for them is to invest in land first before Bitcoin, then that's good. If they can also invest in Bitcoin first and use their profits to do other things, then it's still good.

Land is good investment most of the times. There are some exceptions like some overpriced areas where land price is already unreasonably high. Then it can go down eventually. You have to do your own research, search for some land plots in areas where it's likely to become more expensive over time. And, of course, you need lots of money for the initial investment.

Is there a prolonged conflict there?
because maybe that's the only thing that can create that situation. I'm quite surprised there is such a thing in Venezuela. But if the country will return to peace (if there ever was a conflict) then I think this is a good time to buy there. but for building properties I think I will avoid it if I haven't seen the potential in the future. due to maintenance there was damage which eventually had to be demolished and rebuilt. but if it's land then i think it will still be potential. unfortunately it's quite far from my country.

Half of the rich people keep continue to swim in fame and wealth because of their occupied landed properties. If you own a land, housing estate you can be sure living great but this wealth are mostly control by political leaders and BD individuals......if you're blessed enough begins to occupy property's that can sure your next generation... In my country Nigeria if you don't have any of this properties forget yourself, you will end up making life mortgage and tenancy. But we know that it is not really easy, especially if the state of a person's life is very low or only has the right skills in life. Like me, I can't get him easily, but I can save up until I can buy my own land. My online earnings are set aside for my planned to buy a small land area. But if I'm lucky in life, I might be able to build a house at the same time. But for now, I'm just going to workhard because one day my efforts will pay off.

That's right and even if no one wants to rent it it will also be profitable for the future because the value of the land itself will not decrease but will be the opposite.
As for maintenance costs, I don't think it's too high and it can't be a problem, it's just that time is running out, but it's quite worth it with the price increasing every year.

I have owned vacant land for several years, without anyone renting and also not doing anything but lately I heard that the price of land in that place has increased even quite drastically compared to a few years ago, I'm sure it will increase even more in the future so I'm still refrain from selling it, I think that's a real advantage.
