Everyone knows that property is a profitable investment, but not everyone can make it happen. because the capital to buy a property is very large, not to mention if it is vacant land and we want to build a building on it, of course we have to spend more money. property prices will never go down, considering the ratio between demand and limited availability of land, and that's why property is a good place to save money. even now it seems difficult to buy a property if I'm just an ordinary employee if I don't have a side job

So, you can make an inquiry in your country if they have one. I think that's a much easier way to acquire land or house without thinking of holding a huge amount before you can invest.

Buying land isnt cheap and for it to be that significant then the bigger area the better but also we should consider about being on a strategic location on which not all lands that had been purchased would really be definitely be ending up on being valuable or does have appreciating value on which it would really be just that still having the risks on which you cant really just careless or in rush on buying lands because you might really be ending up on buying a land without having those kind of potential but if you are really that making up some research and able to study before buying then you would really be having that advantage. Other than that, that same land should be situated in a position where it can generate you a lot of profits in the next couple of decades or at least the land will continue to increase its price in the near future because if the land is situated in some places like in rural areas, it will not really change anything in your life especially if it's situated in a land where it's almost impossible to make a business or plow the land to grow some crops for the meantime.

Land is one of the best investment ever. You are correct the value of land do not depreciate it appreciates over time and even gets higher for how many years. The disadvantage only of landed properties it is not liquid you cannot convert it easily to cash you need to take some extra effort to be able to sell it if you wanted to convert it into cash, or if you are in need of fast cash for emergency situations. But surely landed properties is one of the best investment. But of course as an investor i will not just invest my funds into lots only i will diversify it to other investment that could be easily liquidated i mean i could easily convert it into cash to be able to sustain emergency situations.

Large capital is indeed an obstacle that must be faced by everyone if they want to enter into investment in land property or real estate. True, Land has historically proven to be a valuable asset which tends to increase over time and I remind you. My parents also advised," if you have more economic convenience, buy land that is strategic, or has potential value, even though currently no one wants to buy the location." I think this message really educated me to invest. and true what he said. today the location is a great place as population grows and the need for housing and business.

There is no doubt that real estate remains the best and most promising investment. But to be able to own or participate in real estate investment, we need to have a huge amount of capital to get started, and that is why real estate investing is not for the masses. But the funny thing I often see is that many bitcoin investors are trying to deny this fact and claim it is the best investment today. Well, not just with land. If you want to purchase anything that’s worth spending your money on, it’s very important you do your due diligence if you don’t want to end up getting scammed out of your money.
Land is no doubt a good investment idea but like you noted, not everyone could afford to purchase and own it although a whole lot would love to have it. Having a piece of land where you could grow some crops and vegetables is nice. You could grow crops for your personal consumption and you could sell some as well to make some extra money.
