I can recall the rise of machines with this because before those factory workers were really generating tons of jobs for people because it really needed manpower, but because of those robots, it replaced that manpower, but not all of the factory workers lost their jobs. It's definitely an unknown at the moment, but sometimes predictions are massively overblown and they do help to sell advertising space next to the opinions of the most controversial writers. Much like NFTs were claiming to revolutionise the way that people licensed and used images, the reality is that an absolute ton of money was wasted on this nonsense that has since imploded. Chatgpt definitely has much more practical usage but it's benefits could easily be overstated and the transition could be a lot slower than anticipated. It will certainly help in things like customer service work, chatbot type activity and broad data analysis.

It must be admitted that chatgpt helps us many things without the need for the help of other people,
but if it's going to hurt the job market I hope it won't even though the possibility will always be there,
