Turkish Super League 2023/24 Season

With both Galatasaray and Fenerbahce winning this week, the championship race remains unchanged. Both teams are still in the race. In addition, the fierce competition between the teams fighting for relegation is still going on. There may be a scenario where the 3 teams that will fall until the last week are not clear, so the matches that the teams will now play are very valuable. We have come to matches and weeks where even 1 point will be important.

With the remaining matches, we are having clearly Galatasaray as the champions and Fenerbahçe as the second spotted team because they lost their chances after having three draws in last few games which give huge advantage to Galatasaray for the winning of the title their attack was also at his best which give them good support, and they were able to do things which were looking not possible in early rounds of the season at the top we are having both sides as superior and their attack and defense are surely giving them best for the staying at this level.

At the bottom, we are having interesting fight but two teams which are at the bottom are set for the relegated because both are having no chance of recovery in just four games Pendikspor is having just 1 win from 10 games which is showing how terrible they are and deserve to go down with Istanbulspor which is already set for the relegation.

To be fair if Galatasaray ended up losing the next two games, then Fenerbahce will be ahead 2 points, and even in that scenario if Galatasaray wins against Fenerbahce and the last game then they are still titled the champions. That seems like the most important part for Galatasaray, they have that calm situation where they are not worried, and Fenerbahce is doing a lot worse, not just in points because it is only 4 points and nothing huge, but Fenerbahce is worried and their players are obviously playing with some stress, it was a lot more obvious in the end, they never really ended up with any problem in the end.

We should probably consider the fact that this stress could end up with a bigger and bigger loss in the end, it's never good for a team to have that stress.

Because I know for sure it's been way to long and if they don't chance something in their internal football , I doubt we will see a great team from Turkey doing amazing plays in UCL , Europa League or even Conference. My friend, Turkish football has been on a bit of a downward trend in recent years, but in the UCL groups Galatasaray were very close to qualifying for the next round. Did you watch the game where they beat Manchester United at Old Trafford? If Bayern Munich hadn't played Copenhagen with a reserve-heavy squad, maybe Galatasaray would have made it to the next round. Fenerbahçe played in the quarterfinals of the UEFA Conference League this season. We haven't been as good as we used to be in recent years, but we didn't finish this season in a very bad way. I think you should look at the results again. The Turkish Super Lig is one league that's been having a wide point margin between their title holder and the other teams but this season both top teams have actually been playing averagely and their end result is more or less thesame with a difference in just the goal margins. It's not so bad though but it'd mean that one team would have to put extra work to their game delivery if they want to secure the trophy.

 Fernabache and Galatasaray are good teams with good quality of players and both are capable of making the contest tough. But we await who'd be the greatest of them all. Galatasaray and Fernabache are making the struggle for the league trophy more difficult because they are giving thesame victory energy and aura, the points gathered, the goal differences, they're seemingly the toughest team in the league and their victory is so certain. Their elimination from the UEFA conference league tournament has even given them more time to prepare and focus on the last laps of the Turkish League games for the season.

 In a long while in the Turkish League, deciding the league's winner will take a while because these two teams are good at what they do. They play to win, and their next league game would undoubtedly end up as a victory for them both because their opponents are the opposite of them in all aspects. It's more or less a different situation for their bottom spotted teams though because these teams have managed to fight through points but it's all being in vain as they're so poor in performance and it's long been very certain that they're going to stay relegated.

Every year, when the same unsuccessful team wins the championship through match-fixing and goes to the CL, naturally their real power emerges there and they come back after conceding 4 goals in every match. That's why you are unlikely to see a Turkish team that is successful in the European Cups. When match-fixing ends in the league, if the referees officiate matches properly, and if the federation's ties with politics are cut off, then maybe you can see a Turkish team that is successful in Europe. So what you are saying right now is completely a dream.

Despite two penalties that weren't awarded, Beşiktaş played a very superior game and got an important win. Beating the referee if necessary, this team continues to intimidate all opponents. I'm sure that this performance will continue in the cup match this week.
Omar Colley is doing everything a stopper should do, contributing more than enough to the goal. Normally it's good for a stopper to score 4 goals, but in Beşiktaş, Colley carries this burden while the other defenders don't score. The wingers need to increase the number of goals and assists as well. The biggest problem this season has been the ineffectiveness in front of goal. Serdar Topraktepe seems to have solved this problem despite his limited squad. If he continues next year, I think he will do good things with a better squad.

I dont agree with you. Because after a season worse than this, Galatasaray became title last seaon. The balance of power in our league changes very quickly. For next season, if Beşiktaş does well in the summer transfer period, it can become title next season. After this week there will be only 3 games left, which means that if Galatasaray wins again, the leftover points would be 9 points, if they get just 5 points in them, meaning even one win with 2 draws, they are still the champions. On top of that, even if they lose both games, but they win against Fenerbahce, they are still the winners as well, so it would be near impossible for them to lose after this point.

I am expecting them to win all four, they are doing pretty well, but usually teams who are on a long streak, end up losing to the most unexpected bad teams, and that may happen here too, which is why I feel fear when I am betting on them to win the game.
