I agree with you about Beşiktaş' match. As of Fernando Santos' being brought to the manager position the team have started to play much more different. They scored 7 goals and conceded 0 in their last 2 Super League matches. This is a really huge progress for them when we think about their previous inconsistencies. This might be a reaction to a change as well of course so the only way to understand it is to wait until the end of the season.

But now Pendikspor is also not a big threat for Beşiktaş while they are playing in a strong way. They should be winning by at least a 2-goal difference.

I am not saying that you are wrong, but what is the probability that Galatasaray will drop 16 points whereas Besiktas wins all of their remaining 18 games? Because that is what is needed for Besiktas to be even with Galatasaray and if they want to catch Fenerbahce, it would even be 18 points.

Winning the game against Galatasaray would make it a gap of13 points and it still seems unrealistic to me that Besiktas could make up for that given that they might lose one or two games themselves at least. They have 7 losses already. I don't think that anyone is proactively talking about the title at the moment.

You were right about Umut Nayir. He scored in the 4th minute and it is a big advantage for Pendikspor. Now we will understand whether Santos can be a coach in the super league or not. I think falling behind early in an Anatolian away game(I know it is in Istanbul but still..) is the most undesirable scenario for a coach, especially for a coach who likes a defensive approach, it's a nightmare. Exactly this scenario separates the big team coach from the normal coach. It seems that the choice of the squad was not very correct. This match will be difficult for Beşiktaş. Besiktas is one team in the Turkish League that are to an extent doing well for themselves. Even though they don't get to have a spot in the UCL, they still try their best to earn a spot in the UEL  and while at that segment of the European tournament, they do their best to gain good results. Besiktas being one of the top teams in the league still has the tendency of rising to a better stance. The team is set to make a positive turn around in the team and their game play will be improved too. We hope to see the new Besiktas a few days and weeks from now and see the difference they'd make.

 Fernabache and Galatasaray are good teams with good quality of players and both are capable of making the contest tough. But we await who'd be the greatest of them all. They are making the struggle for the league trophy more difficult because they are giving thesame victory energy and aura, the points gathered, the goal differences, they're seemingly the toughest team in the league and their victory is so certain. In a long while in the Turkish League, deciding the league's winner will take a while because these two teams are good at what they do. They're making the league's football more fun especially when it has to do with these two teams.

But personally I don't think it is fair to judge a new manager very quickly. Teams in this league are likely to change managers quite often because of being impatient. I know Beşiktaş' having difficult times but they need time to recover no matter what.

The league has been quite favourable for Besiktas, they've had good and bad times, victories and losses too. Though the first half was a bit shaky due to the management switch and the team just had to find a soft landing. Well they've arrived to secure a 3points with good goal margin from their last game and this only means that there's positivity ahead for them. All they need to do is try as much as possible to maintain this form, so as to seal a spot for the top.4.

 There's confidence and high expectations in and from the team and truthfully, they're likely to deliver. The odds are in their favor. One would watch them up until the season ends and see how far and well they'd achieve. The coach himself will put in extra work to cover up the breaches that were experienced at the beginning journey through the season. There's still ample time to cover up.

Today Galatasaray will play away against Trabzonspor. Trabzonspor have not lost their last 6 matches in the league. They started to become a good team after Abdullah Avci took charge of the team. They have been getting good results in recent weeks. But important players like Paul Onuachu, Nicolas Pepe, and Trezeguet will not play in this match due to the African Cup of Nations. On the other hand, Galatasaray will be without Hakim Ziyech and Cedric Bakambu due to the African Cup of Nations. Still, these players have not usually been in the starting lineup this season, they have mostly been substitutes. I want Galatasaray to win this game because we are currently 2 points behind Fenerbahçe. If we lose this match, the difference in points between us and Fenerbahçe will increase a lot.
