Carrick may or may not do great job, I do not know, and I have no clue. But at the very least giving him a chance is more valuable than right now it feels like there is a good chance that we could see this be something much bigger and could provide some stuff. I understand it may not be great on the long run, but it is not terrible either and we could see it do a very fine job.
I think Carrick deserved a full season, even if the season goes bad, I think they should wait for the whole season. While I do not think they will be terrible, a 5th place finish for example would be worse than this years 3rd place and yet it would still not be a good reason to fire him if you ask me. This is why they should give him a full season.

Fuck can we stop this shit, im talking about the value of players which are not at the super high level and every team paid a large ammount of money. Anyone look into this transfermarket? Every single transfer between Premier League teams are around $50 millions when are mid players, is just crazy, after that you see Trossard going to the turkish league for much less, what the hell....

This duel has attracted my attention on Matchweek 1 next season. Xabi Alonso and Arbeloa, the old teammates are going to face each other as managers at their new teams. Here Xabi Alonso has much more manager experience, has a stronger team and has proven his skills already with a great achievement at Leverkusen... This is going to be Arbeloa's first experience in the PL as a manager. How do you expect these names to start the season?

I have really liked Tottenham's transfers until this moment. Another target for them is said to be Kroupi Jr. from Bournemouth.
It's said like they have already offered £85m for him but his team rejected the offer... His value in the market looks like €70m - ~£60m - but still they reject the offer?
How much do they want for him? He scored 13 goals this season and he is 20 years old. But isn't it risky to spend this much on him now?
Tottenham is very ambitious; they want to sign every player they desire in order to improve the team’s quality. What’s even crazier is that Tottenham is buying or offering to sign players at prices that are beyond what most people consider reasonable. Take this player, for example: Kroupi Jr., whose market value is roughly £60 million, but Tottenham is offering £85 million for him. Tottenham has disrupted the transfer market in pursuit of its ambitions. That is an insane amount of money for a 20-year-old! Offering £85m for Eli Junior Kroupi when his market value is around £60m shows that Tottenham is fully desperate to spend big. He is a massive talent and had a great season with 13 goals, but dropping nearly £90m on him after just one good year is a massive gamble. It’s hard to understand why Tottenham’s transfer policy is so erratic. I mean, why doesn’t Tottenham think things through carefully before offering players a fair price? I see Tottenham just throwing away a lot of money without considering whether it will have a positive impact on the club. To me, what Tottenham is doing in the transfer market is ridiculous.

This will definitely be an interesting meeting between these two, they've been teammates since their playing days and now they are going to face off in their first match for their new clubs. It's true that Arbeloa is not managing Real Madrid anymore and now he's managing a even lesser club than Xabi Alonso so Alonso has all the advantage in this fixture, he's managing a stronger side and has more league experience compared to Arbeloa so I think Alonso is likely to come out on top. Arbeloa is not lucky in his first fixture but he could still have a good start if he can challenge Alonso.

Statistically speaking, Xabi Alonso has the edge over Arbeloa because Xabi began his coaching career earlier and has already achieved success. As for Arbeloa, he only recently became a coach, and his first club was Real Madrid, though that was just for half a season, replacing Xabi. Now they’re both in the Premier League and are newcomers there as well. Therefore, it will be interesting to see who comes out on top when their respective teams face off.

Both coaches who have just taken over their teams definitely need to adjust to the players and the tactics they will apply. Both will show their skills in creating strategies and selecting players. They still have plenty of time, and they will start once all the players are ready.

He did it during his time at Leverkusen. He also recorded good WR when he was at Madrid. Meanwhile, Arbeloa was fail even when he manage a team with full of Superstar at Madrid, and has worsen WR than Xabi with the same team. So Xabi is likely my favorite to win the duel in the first match week of EPL. I think Xabi will be getting smooth start compared to Arbeloa, which obviously need time to adapt EPL. Xabi more tactically compared to Arbeloa. So he's my choice.

Considering how he ended last season I don’t think their is a better manager that deserves to have a full season at Manchester United than him. He did well and base on stat, since he took over he was the manager with most points acquired in the league. The players seems to love playing under him, they fight for him on the pitch. Now with the transfer so far a lot of people are beginning to question if he his the right man for the job, we have not see a decent player signed to Manchester United. We saw the likes of Tonali and Fernandez all slip off their hands. Some people are even saying Carrick is not pushing the board for signings. Is Carrick really the right man for Manchester United next season.

Xabi has more experience than Arbeloa, his work has been proven with Leverkusen, the quality of the squad that Chelsea has is also stronger than Fulham's and Xabi Alonso came to the Premier League not to learn, but he has brought the label of a potential top world coach. Xabi Alonso is favored in the long term, which is why Chelsea offered him a four-year contract, but on the scale of a single match, anything can happen, especially if Fulham plays without any burden. Xabi can easily manage the team because they have abundant resources, while Arbeloa has to rely on the players available, but the battle of strategies between the two coaches who have managed Real Madrid will be one of the most anticipated matches for football fans.

Within a short period of time carrick has been able to make significant changes in the club and just from what he was able to achieve last season you can tell that he is going to do well next season. If only he started managing the team sooner than he did last season perhaps Manchester United would have been able to achieve or probably end up occupying the second position. In as much as anything can happen because that's what football is all about, there is a high chance that Manchester United are going to do very well next season.

Former Liverpool teammates, former Real Madrid teammates, former Spain national team teammates and now, Alvaro Arbeloa will be facing his compatriot Xabi Alonso in their first game as English Premier managers. I saw the news yesterday and smiled heavily because that'll be another beautiful story which football can only give you. The game will be at Craven Cottage so Fulham will have the full support of their home fans, however, I think Chelsea are the favorites to win that particular one.

We should judge him from the just concluded Premier League Season and we saw how they did in the league. They were at the bottom of the league table and after the middle of the season, Manchester United Started doing well as Michael Carrick took over the leadership the team. And they ended the league in third position therefore in my opinion, Michael Carrick will do well in the next season but we will still know more in the first round of the season. How the team will perform.

It looks like Xabi Alonso will be reunited with Arbeloa, where it will add a new element of excitement to the Premier League next season. And their matchups will be unique because they’ll be facing off against each other while managing their respective teams. But I think there might be a battle of pride between these two coaches by considering they’ll be doing their absolute best to deliver top performances to boost their reputations as managers. I personally think these two coaches will be among the main highlights of the Premier League. And their matchups will bring a fresh dynamic at the start of the season. I think many people will be eager to see how the upcoming matches play out. In any case I think Arbeloa’s challenge will be a bit tougher than Xabi Alonso’s because he has to compete against other great teams in the English league, where this is also only his second experience as a manager leading a team in the top flight. It’s hard for me to predict which team will win. But I’m confident that Fulham will dominate the match given that they’ll be playing at home. And their most recent head-to-head matchup makes me confident that they’ll dominate again or even repeat the same victory they had in last season’s matchup. Or a tie could happen if they’re careful not to lose points early in the season.

I agree, Fulham is winning this game they're better side then Chelsea forget about Alonso Xabi experience he has no good players to to face Fulham, the highest result in this game will be a draw, because Xabi Alonso would like to show his present in the league. If I'm staking I'll stake for Fulham because of their current form before the end of the season, Chelsea has to buy more p players to be able to challenge for the league this season, they had a very bad squad last season and it caused them European competitions.

I think Michael Carrick is a decent manager and also did well at Manchester United in the just concluded season and deserves to be giving a chance. I really don't know he is going to fare in the upcoming season, but I think Manchester United needs stability in their management, that's why I feel he should be giving time to implement his ideas in the team and hopefully it can come out good. Changing of manager will not help them, so I really think he should be giving more than this season and see how it goes for them.

Chelsea is not big rival of Fulham but now the manager battle can make it a Derby Match I love to see how xabi can beat him in the up comming premier league matches because Xabi has experience and they have the ability to take revenge on him it's a clear win for xabi and a revenge of has all old stupid things which Arbeloa did with him

Carrick made a big change in a short time for Man Utd, that's a fact, but it doesn't mean that if he was involved earlier it would have produced the same or much better results, it's not that simple, because if we look at their new recruits, such as Cunha, Mbeumo and Sesko are important roles why Man Utd has developed significantly, and they were recruited when Amorim was still in charge, if Carrick had become a coach earlier would Man Utd have recruited these three players? Maybe yes, maybe not, right? We don't know for sure. Different coaches have different tactics and the players they like will also be different. But let's put those assumptions aside, and one thing I'm sure of, Man Utd with Carrick in the new season, will be a bright season.
