I expected Arsenal to trip over Tottenham and lose points (as Tottenham has a good history of earning points on higher-rated clubs) but they delivered and jumped bak into 2nd place, 4 points behind Liverpool.

But I think another win by Newcastle is more worthy of being mentioned. It's their 9th consecutive win (all competitions considered) and 6th Premier League win in a row. Together with Nottm Forest, they prove to be a dark horse of this season. I don't expect them to win, but they surely have a chance for the top 3 or top 4 at the expense of much bigger and wealthier clubs such as Chelsea or Man City.

Arsenal won but not in the way I expected. I thought they would be more comfortable. But conceding the goal first must have made a change of plans. They still made a lovely comeback in the same half in fact and the final score difference could have been bigger. 

Did you see the ankle breaker by Trossard?    Jokes aside I hope Pedro Porro is healthy now. His fall was scaring. After this win the point difference with Liverpool is 4 but we shouldn't forget Liverpool still has a missing game also. As for Newcastle, I respect their rise a lot lately. I don't know how much longer they will keep up winning but they can once again be in top 4 race this season. I don't think they will have a big downfall. Especially while Isak is playing incredible...

I bet on Liverpool to win, I bet on Manchester City to win and I also bet on Chelsea, but it's unbelievable that I lost all 3 games. It seems to me that all 3 teams are not at their best. Liverpool were doing very well, but since they played Manchester United it seems that they have declined a little or maybe they are having very bad luck every time they play Nottingham Forest. If Arsenal wins then they will be able to reduce the difference in points they have with Liverpool, I hope Liverpool wins in the next games.

Yesterday's match really disappointed many fans and bettors. The draw for each popular team seemed unreasonable. But actually as a bettor who always takes risks, it will be an advantage when betting on a draw in all three matches. Not only Liverpool whose performance has been very good, but also Chelsea and Man City also appeared very attractive which made us think that victory would be easy to get. Unfortunately, the longer the match, the more mistakes were made by the top teams that made the match end in a draw.

Bettors needs to understand the games that goes on in the premier league are competitions and no one is a complete king. The fact Liverpool dominated the season thus far doesn't mean they are immune to poor performance. In a typical competition everyone gives their best to standout as the best and Liverpool is typically doing that.

Draws will happen even more often so the earlier we appreciate this the better. After all Liverpool didn't draw with low team because Nottingham Forest are also competing for the title. Every bettor should always be open to the two sides of a bet, it's either they win or a loss.

But it seems I was wrong because they have not improved at all. The Foxes have conceded 16 and scored just two in six games. Maybe he doesn't have the right players that will make him do well or his strategies are ineffective. If nothing is done to change this poor run, Leicester might go into relegation.

I also bet on those three matches, but I just assumed that I had bad luck and didn't assume it was an unreasonable result. While the draw on Liverpool game against Nottingham Forest was somehow expected in regards to how Nottingham Forest played  them especially in defensive wise I won't say there were much disappointments.

Chelsea lost so many clear chances in the first half from the fact Jackson wasn't clinical and our players/defense did poorly to get that penalty. After that, I lost interest in watching the match. Thank God Recce James was able to get a goal through his freekick and we did get a draw. To be frank Chelsea needs to better in their coming matches in order to make it too four.

Manchester City bottled a two goals lead and Pep will be actually disappointed. Anyway, I think they will soon become better after their new signings and possibly get someone to alternate with Haaland who hasn't been having a good performance consecutively.

After we saw Chelsea perform quite well for a few weeks, in the end the team lost its consistency again. Where in the last 5 matches in the Premier League, Chelsea was only able to get 3 points, and all three points were obtained from draws. In other words, in the last five matches in the Premier League, Chelsea was unable to get a single win, even when facing a weaker team.

And regarding Man City, they have not been able to fully achieve more consistent results. Pep Guardiola's team seems to be still quite limping to be able to return to the top position.

Meanwhile regarding Nottingham Forest, they are a team that was never expected to be this strong for this season, even so far they are the only team that has been able to stop Liverpool's steps to continue getting points in every match.

It's really shocking me that Nottingham forest is standing on top 4 on the table since they are newly relegated side to be this strong at the start of the season up to this moment, I am really thinking this team can perform like the way Leicester did last time they collected the premier League title, do you think Nottingham can do such miracle?

Everyone is surprised how nothingham forest made it to the thirds position even leaving some respectable clubs behind and this why this is called football out of the blues they are maintaining the third position and I won't even lie this is like one of the most shity season have encountered because how the hell are this other clubs struggling in fact Chelsea was doing okay not untill every started changing again and this whole thing is becoming more tiring because you can not even assume that is is what if going to happen exactly in a particular game unlike before thay you can predict.

Even if they have the strength to be able to win am sure that they won't be able to go that far Liverpool have already, given hope of Winning this season so no matter how nothingham play like Leicester it's not going to happen, clubs that this should not even give their selfs hope because even before they can be able to archive there dream it's going to take some time, before they will be able to win, and if they are able to bring more empowerment then they should be able to make that dream come true.

To be fair, they were already doing quite terrible, hence why they fired him and got Ruud instead, and expecting Ruud to do better would have been a wrong move but they did, it's really not Ruuds fault to be fair, the team is just not good enough for premier league, but their problem is that they are usually too great for championship as well. So they keep being in like an elevator situation, they go up and down, and keep trying and keep failing most of the time as well.

I can't really point out how they could fix this, of course it's a very tough situation, but at the end of the day we could see this changing and we could probably have a situation where we are going to end up with a much better return without a doubt.

I think the best way to be sure if Manchester City are back to their old mode of winning every game in the second half of the season is to observe how they will perform in the Premier League and champion's league in the next 5-10 games. If they show any form of inconsistencies, then they should forget about retaining the title.

The latest result shouldn't be a yardstick for their next success.

Most people are claiming that Manchester City is back to their old form after winning two matches in the Premier League, but we should know that Manchester City played against weak teams, which they are supposed to win, and they haven’t faced any strong team yet. I agree there is an improvement in Manchester City’s performance because they do lose and draw when they played against weak teams before, but as we can see, they are beginning to get wins in their matches, so they are improving.

Manchester City's next match will be against Brentford. I know Brentford is not really a strong club, but they are dangerous and shouldn’t be underestimated. Let’s see if Manchester City will be able to get a win in the match. Let’s see if it’s going to be easy for them, and even if Manchester City is back to their form, I am not so confident that they will be able to win the Premier League title this season, because Liverpool which is also in first position, won’t be losing points either, and the point difference is just kind of much. I don’t know how Manchester City will be able to cover it up.

Managing Manchester United has got to be one of the easy peasy job I've seen. All you need do is deploy that traditional British style ofnplay with player who are pacy, determined,  consistent and high morale and mentality strong. Well, Ruud has a good understanding of the club Manchester United and he had players to do that. I haven't seen the games they've played so, I can't say Ruud is to be faulted or his players. Well, the coach should do better. I'm not here to defend him. Results been poor and no sign of improvement.

I'm more excited with the development of Newcastle United. Maybe this is the season to see Eddie Howe finally winning a trophy? He could also make it to the European competitions if he and his boys be this consistent till may. I give him flowers this season.

I'll be very disappointed if Ruud Van Nisterooy gets sacked as Leicester City manager because I was actually rooting for him to succeed at the club after his incredible performance for Manchester United in his time as an interim manager there. He started really well at Leicester City but wasn't able to maintain his good start which is why many are now questioning his managerial abilities.
Just like you suggested, I think he probably do not have the quality of players he'll want to work with but whatever is the cause for their current poor run, Leicester City management must try work with Dutch man to bring a lasting solution to it

Indeed, if you look at Manchester City's performance, of course they have not found their best form, but a draw is better than losing points. For me, Manchester City is out of the title race this season because they are quite far behind Liverpool and maybe their target is only to end the season in the top 4. I had to join my siblings who are Manchester United fans to watch this match and honestly speaking i didn't enjoy watching the first half, they didn't play like people who had a great game against Arsenal, many players looked confused and out of place and i think that's what lead to Urgate's own goal, if you're defending a set piece, as a player you ought to be focused and keep your eyes on the ball, well that's one area Amorim needs to work on and i believe he's taken note of that cause they've conceded 10 goals from set piece already this season.

 Anyways the Second half was interesting and i saw a lot of improvement, it even put smiles on the faces of my siblings who were sad from the awful first half show, Amorim got his changes right but there's one player that's yet to improve, Antony, he's talented but i wonder why he's yet to improve, maybe a loan to another club could help him get better, however Amad did a wonderful job today and it was a well deserving hat-trick.

I'll be very disappointed if Ruud Van Nisterooy gets sacked as Leicester City manager because I was actually rooting for him to succeed at the club after his incredible performance for Manchester United in his time as an interim manager there. He started really well at Leicester City but wasn't able to maintain his good start which is why many are now questioning his managerial abilities.

Six lost on consecutive match is painful for team which he had just taken care of. Ruud should be think hard to bring leicester back on middle standing. I don't know what exactly happen on team, Is it because of the coach or the players themselves?, because in the beginning he coach Ruud success to bring Leicester win when meet West Ham. I admit, the next match is quite tough, they have to face Liverpool, Manchester City and Aston villa. But it should be win when meet Crystal Palace because they play on front of fans. the big win against QPR should bring new motivation for team to get the winning on King Power.

Even if he get fired, I think it's normal for management to get the team back on track.

That was quite the comeback for Manchester United. They really owe that 3-1 win to Diallo's hat-trick in the last 10 minutes.    He is really a wonderful talent man.

But if we look at the way they perform mostly I can't say they were impressive. Southampton could have even won, no jokes there. Amorim is also aware of that without doubt but let's see. The next one is against Brighton. Another match at Old Trafford maybe but it doesn't change the fact that this time the opponent is more difficult to beat. If we see the same effort most of the time in this match then Brighton could beat them and it wouldn't be any surprise. By the way does Amorim plan to sign anyone this month?
