Manchester City is definitely back, they are getting great results, this easy win for them is not just three points but it is also a way to feel better and more welcome as well. They will have great morale and confidence after this game, so winning could become a lot better for them, which could even help them with the PSG game as well.

This isn't a simple thing, but we need to realize that it is not going to be all that much of a big trouble at all. They are six points away from second place, which isn't that bad for City, if they can keep this momentum going then we could see them end up getting there. Liverpool still remains clear favourite doe this year English Premier League title. Their performance this season has been outstanding playing 20 matches scoring 48 goals and having 47 points just loosing 1 what an nice  performance, while Arsenal the team a lot of people would have thought to have a tight fight for the trophy are having  mixed performance for some matches now and are 4 points behind Liverpool who have one game at hand and the lead could increase to 7 points.

We already lived this scenario like 2 or 3 seasons ago, just the season when Klopp was leaving Liverpool, the fight was close with these two teams, but honestly Liverpool went ahead, but it wasn't enough because City caught up with them and that was crazy because then City became champions and that was something that for me they didn't deserve, but since football is not about merits, things will always be who scores the goals and who does the most, so that's how Liverpool lost that opportunity, in view of this I think that now is Liverpool's moment to shine, and the only one who can harm that path is Arsenal.

They have been performing well but let's see how long they can keep it up, I honestly can't believe that Nottingham forest has Been doing better than them this season, I'm very sure that this has been the worst season so far for Manchester city. It's quite impressive that they could be able to pick themselves after having a lot of losses. But from my speculations I don't think they would be able to surpass Nottingham forest on the league table, they have a match tough game coming against Chelsea, this game won't be easy for both teams but I'm very sure that Manchester city would win.

Yea, Nothingham forest has been doing absolutely great in the premier league I mean been at the third place in the premier league table is an evidence that they have been doing well but I doubt if they can still maintain or keep it because very soon Chelsea and Manchester city will displace them but it is going to be very hard because the matches I thought they will drop point they didn't and this means that very soon they will drop point because I don't think they have lose any of their last 6-7 matches in the premier league and with this their form I doubt again if any of the top 6 or 7 in the league can be able to beat them. Chelsea and Manchester city is always a tough match but if truly Manchester city has regain completely they will win but if they haven't, it is not going to be easy because Chelsea may likely win them because Chelsea is inform.

Therefore I am not completely convinced by the result of Man City big win over Ipswich. It is still too early to say that they have returned to their best form. But as a motivation, it is valid so that the players regain their long-lost self-confidence. One thing I am sure of is that Man City will not win the EPL title this year. To secure a Champions League ticket is still very possible, the difference with Chelsea is only 2 points and can be caught up at any time.

Manchester City went on a losing run for a very long time and that has affected their position in the standings to the position they find themselves to be today. Chelsea was at a very big advantage when they hopped their game and went on a winning run not until recently they now begin to fumble once more. Just two points between them and Manchester City now. Manchester City won’t take it lightly in this game and they will just have to fight to get a win to go above them on the table. We shall see in this match if Manchester City are really back to their winning ways or it’s just for the main time as they prevailed and won over Ipswich Town.

The Champions League and efforts to survive in the top four of the English Premier League standings are very difficult in the midst of their situation which is still not solid. Facing PSG in the Champions League on January 23 at the Parc des Princes is a must if they want to continue or survive in the UCL because PSG also really wants to be able to do a lot in this prestigious tournament.

PSG are really in need of this match and want to win the match as much as they could in order to qualify for the next phase of the competition which is the knockout stage. Just like Manchester City, they have also wasted plenty of chances to be at a very good position on the table and we are now seeing them on a very low level which is also limiting their chances for the champions league knockout stage. This will be an interesting match and neither team can be said to be the best team now until the match is played.

My advice to Manchester United and Tottenham fans is to find out after the game that their teams were beaten rather than watching the game live. It's difficult to see your team losing so many games at this time. Manchester United's defeat was the result of their poor defense and an error by the goalkeeper. I want to confess that I was wrong about Ten Hag when he was working there. I remember months ago when Ten Hag was working at Manchester United I thought they had bad performance because of their coach and Ten Hag was the reason for them to have bad results in both the Premier League and the other games they had. But I was wrong because even Amorim couldn't change anything and he even made things worse for them.

The Problem in Manchester United is not about Amorim and Ten Hag it's about the whole team because now ad with the current situation in this team, I think even Pep Gurila can't help them because they need a miracle to fix this team since they have got the worst result they could ever get in Manchester United so far.

I agreed with you. Manchester City winning Ipswich should not be counted as a win but should be as a bonus because Ipswich is the lowest team in this season I have seen so far in the league. Though they have used to to get points and rank up in the table. Manchester City Vs Chelsea will be an interesting match to watch and from indication of things, Chelsea will win that game and if Chelsea strike is good then Manchester City will lose out. But if Chelsea Attack is weak and the defend is also weak then good bye goe them and welcome back to the fourth position.

Liverpool still move on comfortably in the PL. They have a 6-point lead over Arsenal with a missing game at the same time. This is a great advantage in the title race.  

I wasn't expecting Arsenal to lose that 2-0 lead vs Aston Villa that easy. I saw a clear win there but they surprised all of us. Arsenal still don't look ready for a PL title if you ask me. Aside from that they should sign a top striker immediately...

Great work done by Manchester City! 6-0 win is impressive but I still don't want to have big expectations from them yet. Because their nightmare is just starting if you examine their upcoming games in the PL.  

Looking at the fixtures that Manchester City is coming up against I will say that Manchester City really has a hard knot to crack if they plan to finish at the top four sport in the premier League this season because going through the opponents that city is build to coming up against it is obvious that they will definitely struggle as these opponents are tough oppositions to come by

I see Manchester City going into another lossing rounds of matches because city is just trying to come back from a very difficult phase of their season due to injuries in part of players and even bad form so it will be difficult to come up against these top teams at this point of the season that they are struggling to get back to winning ways and gain their form back

Going by the way Manchester City are performing this season, I would say that Manchester City will drop points in most of the five matches they have ahead of them. Firstly they are unlikely to win against Liverpool, secondly they are unlikely to pick up full points against Arsenal as Arsenal are performing well at the moment. Manchester City can get a point against Tottenham who have been playing a lot of attacking football this season. Remaining two teams if Manchester City can't do well against these two teams then Manchester City can lose points against these two teams and if they do well they can gain full points. Yes slowly but surely The City begins to step on top standing again. Pep will probably apply the same thing to face PSG tonight because he knows how to build the mental squad. It was a bad couple of weeks for the city, but the last win will be a good momentum to fix all the problems. PSG are certainly not an easy opponent, they have met six times, and fortunately The City won it 4 times, lost it only once at the PSG home. And this should be a serious concern, because more probably they won't the city stolen that 3 points on Paris again. PSG knows that the city is rebuilding its performance, maybe there will be a little bluff made by PSG to demoralize the city players, maybe a supporter's favor will degrading The City mentally .

Manchester City seems to be returning to winning ways after previous poor trends, as they defeated Ipswich Town by a lot of goals. I expected Manchester City to win, but I didn't expect them to score so many goals, they scored six throughout the game. It's good to see Foden returning to his good form again; after failing to score goals at the start of the season, he scored a brace in the last two games, making it 6 Premier League goals this season.

But can Manchester City be able to maintain this amazing Premier League performance? Since they only play against weak Premier League teams and destroyed a club that remains in the relegation zone, no one can truly determine at this stage. Their next Champions League game is against PSG, and their next Premier League game is against Chelsea, If Manchester City can win the next two games, I can say that they are back to their top form.

To be quite honest, if they play the way they are playing right now, there aren't that many teams they are going to face and be a tough thing for them. Look at the squads, Chelsea is worse, Arsenal is worse, Newcastle is not even close, Spurs is doing awful this season, and Nottingham Forrest is doing great this season but lets be honest they are not competition.

Liverpool is the only tough team they could lose and it would be logical, but all the other teams they should be able to win. I am not saying they are going to get out of this with just one loss and all wins, I am just saying they could, they have that potential and if you watched their recent games, they are on a good momentum and they could win these games easily. If they do, and beat all the teams except Liverpool, then I am pretty sure that there is a chance they could be second place, it would not be all that much of a big trouble for them and we could see them do much better without a doubt.

Last season they lost De Bruyne, but they didn't play worse, I think Guardiola's reaction could be the reason for such a protracted crisis. Players feel when something is wrong, when they are under pressure, and Guardiola's reaction to defeats was even strange, when he scratched his face, or when he snapped at Ortega after a draw with Brentford. I think a coach shouldn't behave like that towards his players, it spoils the atmosphere in the team, and it will be too difficult to fix later.

Yes, you are absolutely right because the teams in the next matches are very strong, which are Arsenal, PSG, Chelsea, these are the teams against which Manchester City does not strengthen its defense. Well, if you see, Manchester City has strengthened itself, but in reality, Manchester City will maintain itself or weaken itself again in the next matches. If manchester city get strong then maybe they can play some good but i have so much hope out of next 5 matches manchester city will draw 1 match and win 1 match and they will lose 3 matches because manchester city not made themselves weak. It is not to be done, for that, of course, they should draw the match.  That's why they are working hard to climb up the points table, but they will have to work hard for that. The coach (Amorim) made it clear in one of his press conference that they're going to suffer and I totally understand what he's was trying to say, it very clear that most of these players are not getting his strategy clear and several of them leaves to leave the club cause they're struggling and not showing any signs of improvement and the lose against Brighton is more than enough prove. Ineos would be blamed if this coach doesn't succeed and get fired like others cause they know the solution to Manchester United's problem, it's clear and everybody can see it but they're refusing to solve it by backing up the coach with new arrivals but instead giving excuses with financial fair plays rules instead of doing the needful. Amorim is a good coach and if given the right players I think he'll try to restore Manchester United back to their position in few years time.

Liverpool once again showed their class by grabbing a crucial win over Brentford, while in another match, Aston Villa managed to force Arsenal to a draw at the Emirates Stadium. This draw makes Arsenal lose momentum in the hunt for important points, their inability to maintain the lead gives an advantage to Liverpool.
Now the team coached by Arne Slot is increasingly solid at the top of the standings with 50 points, Arsenal struggle is getting harder after falling behind 6 points from Liverpool.

Liverpool football team played very excellent in last match and that team did 2 goals in last match and won the match one sided.   Brentford football team could not do any goal in this match and that was the big reason of their lose in this match . Núñez was the person who did both goals of the match and he did first goal at 91 minutes of the match and he did second goal at 93 minutes of the match .  The passes of Liverpool team were more in number which were 484 and passes of Brentford team were only 319.
