I am not sure about their performance next, because I often saw them like this before. They are strong at the beginning, stable, and at be top of the standings but when the end of the season arrives, their performance declines, many mistake they make that lead to concessions, and hard to get a win. I don't know if Arteta has overcome this because the opponent knows how to beat them when they lose of spirit, and confident at the end of the session. Manchester City is a club that understands how they work, so in that situation, they will shift Arsenal's position immediately.

The both fixtures are easey peasey for them. If they can survive and beat Atletico Madrid, then who's Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea?! It is worst that Manchester City is the one behind Arsenal very bad because Arsenal can never go the whole season without dropping form and when they do Manchester City will take it from their and when once they move to the top that's the end for the Gunners, and Arsenal like losing form when the league is left with seven matches to end then you will see the worst of Arsenal any team that comes their way will win or draw then the thing seems to be a spell on them, I just hope Arteta correct that mistake this time or they will still live to regret it once again.

Derby games are usually hard to predict but Arsenal in recent time dominate the north London derby, and this season even makes it worse for Tottenham Hotspurs. Arsenal are in the form of their lives except for the draw against Sunderland they have been impeccably great.

It may be very difficult for them to achieve 100% consistency in their games going forward, but they still need to try and not allow any team to overthrow them from that first position. There are some teams that when they get to be at first place on the table, that’ll be the end of the struggle for them as they will not allow any team to overtake them again and may show a good football better than Arsenal have shown so far. So it’s better they don’t even allow that to test what will happen, it will end in another season of going trophy less even after coming close to winning it again.

I observed their next fixtures and I'm not very confident that Arsenal would scale through easily they might not lose but they could drop points against Chelsea or Tottenham and that's an advantage for Manchester City, it's quite unfortunate that City's the team behind them cause they'll be at advantage when Arsenal make errors, maybe if the gap was a littl wider I would've said Arsenal is still very safe at the top but 4 points gap is not really much. Chelsea have had satisfactory results in their last two matches, winning both. And facing Burnley in the next match shouldn't be a difficult task for them. As you said, Burnley is currently in the relegation zone. So, their performance is still good. It would be very disappointing if Chelsea couldn't win this match. Moreover, the club hasn't had any significant matches in other leagues. So, Chelsea should focus on the Premier League so they can continue to qualify for the UCL, at least a top-four finish.

Anyway about Chelsea, they have deal to sign Deinner Ordóñez, future centerback, now he is 16 years old, and will join in 2028.

Their statistics in the last five games are not good enough, because Chelsea are still stabilizing their current formation, but I agree, against Burnley, who are fighting in the degredation zone, the Blues should be win without problem. The problem is what Maresca strategy which can be use?, because Cole Palmer still uncertain to play due to injured. Maresca want Palmer recover quickly to face hard competition next. Premier League is competitive league where all players must be ready for any situation to maintain their top potition standing. If any player is injured will affect their performance.
